The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling, which took the entire sample of 25 respondents who were employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Sub-Branch KM 12 Palembang. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that job placement and career development partially and simultaneously had a positive effect on employee performance.
The aim of the research was to analyze the impact education and skill of labor market discriminat... more The aim of the research was to analyze the impact education and skill of labor market discrimination on the income of medium-sized industry sectors in Palembang. The research was conducted in the city of Palembang with male and female labor force aged 15-64 who worked inmedium-sized industries.Proportional stratified random sampling was employed in selecting 380 labor forces as the sample.The method for collecting the data was survey which is an investigation of gathering factual information from the phenomena, characteristics, behaviors, or opinions of a group of people. This research investigated labor market discrimination in medium-sized industry sectors in Palembang.The research was conducted at sixteen sub-districts in the city of Palembang using questionnaire and observation. Medium-sized industries in Palembangwere purposively selected as the research site of this study. Research variablesincluded factors causing discrimination such as education, working skillsand working experience. The variables that were affected by discrimination include wage and employment. The results revealed that working experience and labor skills have a siginificant influence on labor discrimination in medium-sized industry sector. Meanwhile, education did not significantly influence labor discrimination.It can be concluded that medium-size industries did not require a formal higher education degree. It required competence and skills including technical skills to increase productivity in industry. The variables of education and skills altogether affected labor discrimination significantly as high as 65,1 percent.Discriminations occurred in wage and employment.This could strengthen the relationship among education and working skills. As a result, if labor wage increased, discrimination was likely to increase too. If employment increased, discrimination would also increase.Discrimination had a significant influence on income. This can be seen from the fact that the higher discrimination index, the lower income of the labor force would be.

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisa Pengaruh dari Budaya Organisasi Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap K... more Penelitian ini untuk menganalisa Pengaruh dari Budaya Organisasi Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Kecamatan Kalidoni Kota Palembang dengan Motivasi sebagai variabel intervening dimana sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yaitu semua populasi PNS di lingkungan kerja kecamatan kalidoni yang berjumlah 56 orang sebagai sampel penelitian.Adapun dalam mengolah data digunakan program yakni SPSS dengan metode analisis jalur (path analysis). Setelah dilakukan analisis data maka hasil yang didapatkan yakni hasil uji validitas X 1 , X 2 , Y dan Z didapatkan r tabel sebesar 0.2656 < corrected item total correlations, dari hasil uji reliabilitas X 1 , X 2 , Y dan Z nilai Cronbach's Alpha di rentang 0.801-0.920 > 0.60 sehingga dapat dikatakan reliabel. Pada uji simultan 29,467 lebih besar dari f tabel 2,78 dan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi secara simultan. Nilai f hitung sebesar 16,375 lebih besar dari f tabel 2,78 dan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja secara simultan. Selanjutnya nilai R 2 pada uji path analysis pertama sebesar 0,527 menunjukan bahwa variabel Motivasi yang dipengaruhi langsung oleh variabel Budaya Organisasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan sedangkan sisanya sebesar (100%-52,7%) atau 47,3% dipengaruhi variabel lainnya. Dengan nilai R 2 pada uji path analysis kedua sebesar 0,491 menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerja dipengaruhi langsung oleh variabel budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan motivasi sedangkan sisanya (100%-49,1%) atau 50,9 % dipengaruhi variabel lainnya.

Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Through Organizational Climate Moderation, both partially and simultaneously in providing services to the management of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. This study uses a quantitative verification method with a confirmative negative verification. The results of the analysis of the Competence of Organizational Iklmin prove positive and significant with a significance of 0,000 <0.05 and t arithmetic 6.422> t table 1.994, so that it can be attenuated against comparisons to organizations, Products towards organizational climate are proven by the results of data processing using SPSS version 23 significant and significant with t-test 7.115> t table 1, 994 and significance 0.000 <0.05. The most influential research variable on organizational climate is productivity, then competency variable. d) passionate outsourcing competency when working in a solid team dam, will have a positive and significant impact on the performance of outsourcing helping each other in completing tasks so that the task load can be completed properly. e) productivity outsourcing in the development of asset and office management of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, which has high morale, positively and significantly influences the improvement of outsourcing performance which always helps each other in completing tasks properly. f) the organizational climate built through outsourcing relationships is very close and familiar, significantly influencing the performance of outsourcing in the Department of Asset and Office Management of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk which always helps in completing tasks effectively. g) high outsourcing components, increased outsourcing productivity and a conducive organizational climate Department of Asset and Office Management PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, jointly influences the improvement of outsourcing performance which helps each other in completing tasks with optimal results.

The population in this study were customers at PT. Bank Mandiri Palembang Branch Offices totaling 174,363 people. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula, in order to obtain a sample of 100 people with incidental sampling technique. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing using the t test and the F test. The results show that partially the variables of service quality and bank image have a significant and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri. Meanwhile, the variable of product quality has an effect and is not significant towards the customer satisfaction of Bank Mandiri. Together, the variable service quality, product quality, and image of the bank simultaneously have an effect and are significant on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri. It is hoped that Bank Mandiri will further improve service quality, such as maintaining the banking system so that it always runs well, providing good and appropriate solutions, and maintaining a high corporate image as a customer image.

The General Election of Banyuasin Regency used quantitative methods, using a saturated sampling sample in the study of 20 employees. In this study, the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Hypothesis testing through t test and F test using SPSS analysis tools. The results of data processing using SPSS 20, using the t test that t counts 4,330> t table 2.003 There is an influence of competence on performance; that t count 4.181> t table 2.003 positive and significant effect of compensation on performance; t count 4.469> t table 2.003 there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on performance; and F count 34.356> F table 4.883 and a significance level of 0.00 <0.05, that there is a positive and significant effect on the competency, compensation and motivation patterns together on performance, with a determination coefficient of 77.5%, the rest is influenced by other variables. The conclusion of the research is that competence, compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance either partially or simultaneously. Strategies to improve employee performance at the KPU Banyuasin Regency can be done by first increasing employee motivation to increase broad knowledge of knowledge in supporting work implementation, then increase. competence to be consistent in having a good attitude with colleagues.

The results showed that partially occupational safety and occupational health variables had a positive and significant effect, and simultaneously the effect of work safety and occupational health together had an effect on employee performance, but partially occupational health was more dominant in influencing employee performance. It is suggested that in order to achieve good performance related to K3, then the health factor is prioritized, then work safety.

Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The sample measurement refers to the Saturated Sample Concept that has been formatted so that it is stated that all populations are samples that are very simple and easy to use, because functionally it only consists of two important columns namely a column for population size (N) and a column for sample size (n). The number of employees of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk as many as 85 people became the population and all were taken as samples. In this study, the type of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Hypothesis testing through t test and F test using SPSS analysis tools. The results of research data output processed with SPPS 23 that training, competence and placement together affect the performance of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk with a significance level of 0.001 <0.05, thus H0 is rejected and H1 can be accepted. That the influence of training, competence and placement together are positive and significant to the performance of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk with an F count of 35, 474> F table4,893. Thus this hypothesis-4 rejects Ho and accepts H1, that together training, competence and placement together positively and significantly influence the performance of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, with a significance level of 0.026 <0.05 and t arithmetic 2.269> t table 2003 and a 0.306 regression terminated, so that this study was able to confirm between the research theory and the empirical in the field. Conclusion of the study that simultaneous training, competence and placement affect the performance of employees to work more diligently and thoroughly in the framework of achieving production and as the highest variable the effect is the placement of employee positions that pay attention to the level of employee knowledge in accordance with the demands of the task.

Employees at CV.Arwana Mas feel that there is an excessive workload, so that it will result in the employee's lack of focus on the work given. Employees who get assignments that exceed the job description will make the employee get an excessive workload so that it will result in the emergence of work stress which will reduce employee performance. Related to work stress, currently there are demands from employees at CV Arwana Mas Palembang for the provision of salaries that are still unfair and inappropriate with the current UMK / UMR of the city of Palembang. This study aims to investigate the effects of work stress and compensation on employees' performance at CV Arwana Mas Palembang. Data of 60 respondents were collected through a questionnaire. This study implemented the multiple linear regression method to analyze the data. The results of the investigation show that partially work stress has no significant effect on employees' performance. Conversely, compensation has a significant and positive effect on employees' performance. This empirical evidence can provide benefits for CV Arwana Mas Palembang. To improve employees' performance, the leader of the company should the neglect work stress factor but optimize compensation for their employees.

These empirical findings can provide benefits for the Talang Kelapa District Office in Banyuasin Regency. The leaders of this government institusion should pay attention to motivational and work environment factors to improve employee performance.

This research used multiple regression analysis and processed with Eviews version 8. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 mahasiswa yang dijadikan sebagai responden. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Temuan-Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa: 1). Secara parsial didapatkan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif Product, dan Promotion terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Palembang, sedangkan Price, Place, Personal traits, Process, dan Physical Evidence tidak berpengaruh secara segnifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Palembang. 2) Secara simultan didapatkan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Palembang. Keterbatasan penelitian-Penelitian ini fokus meneliti tentang faktor bauran pemasaran yang mempengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa, terdapat faktor-faktor lain yang dapat dikembangkan untuk penelitian lanjutan seperti branding, jasa maupun faktor perilaku konsumen lainnya. Originality/value-Penelitian ini membandingkan bauran pemasaran dari organisasi yang sejenis yaitu perguruan tinggi swasta di kota Palembang.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Product, Premium, Location and Prom... more This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Product, Premium, Location and Promotion on the Decision to Purchase a Vehicle Insurance Policy in South Sumatra Province. This research is included in the quantitative descriptive research. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables in this study are Product, Premium, Location and Promotion while the dependent variable is the decision to purchase insurance products. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of product variables on customer decisions 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), which means that the influence exerted by the product is quite large. The premium variable has a positive and significant influence on customer decisions with a significance value of 0.003 less than 0.05 (0.003 <0.05), which means that the influence exerted by the premium is quite large. The location variable has a positive and significant influence on customer decisions with a tcount of 2.996 greater than a ttable of 1.97993 (2.996 > 1.97993). The promotion variable has a positive and significant influence on customer decisions with a tcount value of 2.256 greater than a ttable of 1.97993 (2.256 > 1.97993). The research objective is to analyze and prove the influence of competence, career development, a... more The research objective is to analyze and prove the influence of competence, career development, and organizational culture on employee performance. For 3 (three) months, the research was carried out, starting from January-March 2022, at the Regional Secretariat of the Kupang City Government. This research belongs to quantitative research. The population in this study was 1034 employees. The number of research samples was 288, determined by proportional stratified random sampling and the Slovin technique. The Likert scale is used to obtain data from questionnaires and use observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed a positive and significant influence between career development variables and organizational culture on employee performance. In contrast, the competence variable had a negative influence on employee performance at the Kupang City Government Regional Secretariat. Competence of employees who show a negative influence shows information that the competence of employees needs to be a concern of the organization to be improved so that employees can develop from the aspect of working ability in achieving organizational goals. This study also proves that competence, career development, and organizational culture can simultaneously be used as organizational strategies to improve employee performance.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel Pendidikan (X1), Pel... more Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel Pendidikan (X1), Pelatihan (X2), dan Penempatan Kerja (X3) baik secara individu maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) untuk mengetahui variabel apa yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan Division Operation 2 PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang telah dibagikan. Sampel penelitian karyawan Division Operation 2 berjumlah 110 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil perhitungan untuk nilai regresi berganda diperoleh angka koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,511 yang artinya kinerja karyawan Division Operation PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan (X1), pelatihan (X2), dan penempatan kerja (X3) sebesar 51,1%, sedangkan sisanya 49,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Dari hasil uji regresi didapatkan hasil perhitungan nilai thitung dibandingkan dengan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,981 disimpulkan bahwa variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan nilai thitung dimensi pendidikan (X1) 2,465, pelatihan (X2) 5,252 sehingga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan untuk penempatan kerja (X3) memiliki thitung 1,129 sehingga tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Division Operation 2 PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Pengujian secara simultan variabel X terhadap variabel Y yang membandingkan nilai Fhitung dengan Ftabel dimana Fhitung 36,939 > Ftabel 3,08 sehingga variabel pendidikan (X1), pelatihan (X2), dan penempatan kerja (X3) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Division Operation 2 PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Maka strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kompetensi melalui pelatihan karyawan, kesesuaian pendidikan yang telah dicapai, dan selalu melakukan pekerjaan sesuai dengan standard operating procedure yang sudah ada.

This research aims to know the impact of "Manage IT Human Resource (PO7)" and "Educate and Train ... more This research aims to know the impact of "Manage IT Human Resource (PO7)" and "Educate and Train User (DS7)" in COBIT 4.1 on IT Service Management (ITSM) at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research is 787 employee at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk who are actively using information technology, chosen by purposively sampling. This research is a quantitative research using survey, descriptive and associative method, also involving doubled linear analysis technique to analyze the data. The test result t partially of Manage IT Human Resource (PO7) and Educate & Train User (DS7) partially impacts on IT Service Management (ITSM) with the test value of thitung 3,920 > ttabel(0,05,n-2) 1,98729 and thitung 4,647 > ttable(0,05,n-2)1,98729. The test result F simultaneously Manage IT Human Resource (PO7) and Educate & Train User (DS7) impacts on IT Service Management with the Fhitung 46,955 > Ftable (2,n-2) as 3,10. Contribution given by Manage IT Human Resource (PO7) and Educate & Train User (DS7) is 51,9% while 48,1% is impacted by other variables. Partially Manage IT Human Resource (PO7) impacts biggest 30,8% and Educate & Train User (DS7) impacts smallest 21,3% on IT Service Management (ITSM). By increasing personnel's competency of Information Communication and Technology Division, also give the suitable education and training, so the understanding of role, function, authority and responsibility of Information Communication and Technology Division will be increasing, thus, it could present the customer satisfaction of Information Technology Services.

This research investigated labor market discrimination in medium-sized industry sectors in Palembang.The research was conducted at sixteen sub-districts in the city of Palembang using questionnaire and observation. Medium-sized industries in Palembangwere purposively selected as the research site of this study. Research variablesincluded factors causing discrimination such as education, working skillsand working experience. The variables that were affected by discrimination include wage and employment. The results revealed that working experience and labor skills have a siginificant influence on labor discrimination in medium-sized industry sector. Meanwhile, education did not significantly influence labor discrimination.It can be concluded that medium-size industries did not require a formal higher education degree. It required competence and skills including technical skills to increase productivity in industry. The variables of education and skills altogether affected labor discrimination significantly as high as 65,1 percent.Discriminations occurred in wage and employment.This could strengthen the relationship among education and working skills. As a result, if labor wage increased, discrimination was likely to increase too. If employment increased, discrimination would also increase.Discrimination had a significant influence on income. This can be seen from the fact that the higher discrimination index, the lower income of the labor force would be.

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisa Pengaruh dari Budaya Organisasi Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap K... more Penelitian ini untuk menganalisa Pengaruh dari Budaya Organisasi Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Kecamatan Kalidoni Kota Palembang dengan Motivasi sebagai variabel intervening dimana sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yaitu semua populasi PNS di lingkungan kerja kecamatan kalidoni yang berjumlah 56 orang sebagai sampel penelitian.Adapun dalam mengolah data digunakan program yakni SPSS dengan metode analisis jalur (path analysis). Setelah dilakukan analisis data maka hasil yang didapatkan yakni hasil uji validitas X 1 , X 2 , Y dan Z didapatkan r tabel sebesar 0.2656 < corrected item total correlations, dari hasil uji reliabilitas X 1 , X 2 , Y dan Z nilai Cronbach's Alpha di rentang 0.801-0.920 > 0.60 sehingga dapat dikatakan reliabel. Pada uji simultan 29,467 lebih besar dari f tabel 2,78 dan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi secara simultan. Nilai f hitung sebesar 16,375 lebih besar dari f tabel 2,78 dan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja secara simultan. Selanjutnya nilai R 2 pada uji path analysis pertama sebesar 0,527 menunjukan bahwa variabel Motivasi yang dipengaruhi langsung oleh variabel Budaya Organisasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan sedangkan sisanya sebesar (100%-52,7%) atau 47,3% dipengaruhi variabel lainnya. Dengan nilai R 2 pada uji path analysis kedua sebesar 0,491 menunjukan bahwa variabel kinerja dipengaruhi langsung oleh variabel budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan motivasi sedangkan sisanya (100%-49,1%) atau 50,9 % dipengaruhi variabel lainnya.

The population in this study were customers at PT. Bank Mandiri Palembang Branch Offices totaling 174,363 people. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula, in order to obtain a sample of 100 people with incidental sampling technique. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing using the t test and the F test. The results show that partially the variables of service quality and bank image have a significant and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri. Meanwhile, the variable of product quality has an effect and is not significant towards the customer satisfaction of Bank Mandiri. Together, the variable service quality, product quality, and image of the bank simultaneously have an effect and are significant on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri. It is hoped that Bank Mandiri will further improve service quality, such as maintaining the banking system so that it always runs well, providing good and appropriate solutions, and maintaining a high corporate image as a customer image.

Hypothesis testing through t test and F test using SPSS analysis tools. The results of data processing using SPSS 20, using the t test that t counts 4,330> t table 2.003 There is an influence of competence on performance; that t count 4.181> t table 2.003 positive and significant effect of compensation on performance; t count 4.469> t table 2.003 there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on performance; and F count 34.356> F table 4.883 and a significance level of 0.00 <0.05, that there is a positive and significant effect on the competency, compensation and motivation patterns together on performance, with a determination coefficient of 77.5%, the rest is influenced by other variables. The conclusion of the research is that competence, compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance either partially or simultaneously. Strategies to improve employee performance at the KPU Banyuasin Regency can be done by first increasing employee motivation to increase broad knowledge of knowledge in supporting work implementation, then increase. competence to be consistent in having a good attitude with colleagues.

The results showed that partially occupational safety and occupational health variables had a positive and significant effect, and simultaneously the effect of work safety and occupational health together had an effect on employee performance, but partially occupational health was more dominant in influencing employee performance. The sample measurement refers to the Saturated Sample Concept that has been formatted so that it is stated that all populations are samples that are very simple and easy to use, because functionally it only consists of two important columns namely a column for population size (N) and a column for sample size (n). The number of employees of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk as many as 85 people became the population and all were taken as samples. In this study, the type of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Hypothesis testing through t test and F test using SPSS analysis tools. The results of research data output processed with SPPS 23 that training, competence and placement together affect the performance of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk with a significance level of 0.001 <0.05, thus H0 is rejected and H1 can be accepted. That the influence of training, competence and placement together are positive and significant to the performance of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk with an F count of 35, 474> F table4,893. Thus this hypothesis-4 rejects Ho and accepts H1, that together training, competence and placement together positively and significantly influence the performance of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk, with a significance level of 0.026 <0.05 and t arithmetic 2.269> t table 2003 and a 0.306 regression terminated, so that this study was able to confirm between the research theory and the empirical in the field. Conclusion of the study that simultaneous training, competence and placement affect the performance of employees to work more diligently and thoroughly in the framework of achieving production and as the highest variable the effect is the placement of employee positions that pay attention to the level of employee knowledge in accordance with the demands of the task.

Employees at CV.Arwana Mas feel that there is an excessive workload, so that it will result in the employee's lack of focus on the work given. Employees who get assignments that exceed the job description will make the employee get an excessive workload so that it will result in the emergence of work stress which will reduce employee performance. Related to work stress, currently there are demands from employees at CV Arwana Mas Palembang for the provision of salaries that are still unfair and inappropriate with the current UMK / UMR of the city of Palembang. This study aims to investigate the effects of work stress and compensation on employees' performance at CV Arwana Mas Palembang. Data of 60 respondents were collected through a questionnaire. This study implemented the multiple linear regression method to analyze the data. The results of the investigation show that partially work stress has no significant effect on employees' performance. Conversely, compensation has a significant and positive effect on employees' performance. This empirical evidence can provide benefits for CV Arwana Mas Palembang. To improve employees' performance, the leader of the company should the neglect work stress factor but optimize compensation for their employees.

Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 mahasiswa yang dijadikan sebagai responden. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Temuan-Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa: 1). Secara parsial didapatkan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif Product, dan Promotion terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Palembang, sedangkan Price, Place, Personal traits, Process, dan Physical Evidence tidak berpengaruh secara segnifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Palembang. 2) Secara simultan didapatkan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Palembang. Keterbatasan penelitian-Penelitian ini fokus meneliti tentang faktor bauran pemasaran yang mempengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa, terdapat faktor-faktor lain yang dapat dikembangkan untuk penelitian lanjutan seperti branding, jasa maupun faktor perilaku konsumen lainnya. This research is included in the quantitative descriptive research. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables in this study are Product, Premium, Location and Promotion while the dependent variable is the decision to purchase insurance products. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of product variables on customer decisions 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), which means that the influence exerted by the product is quite large. The premium variable has a positive and significant influence on customer decisions with a significance value of 0.003 less than 0.05 (0.003 <0.05), which means that the influence exerted by the premium is quite large. The location variable has a positive and significant influence on customer decisions with a tcount of 2.996 greater than a ttable of 1.97993 (2.996 > 1.97993). The promotion variable has a positive and significant influence on customer decisions with a tcount value of 2.256 greater than a ttable of 1.97993 (2.256 > 1.97993). The research objective is to analyze and prove the influence of competence, career development, a... more The research objective is to analyze and prove the influence of competence, career development, and organizational culture on employee performance. For 3 (three) months, the research was carried out, starting from January-March 2022, at the Regional Secretariat of the Kupang City Government. This research belongs to quantitative research. The population in this study was 1034 employees. The number of research samples was 288, determined by proportional stratified random sampling and the Slovin technique. The Likert scale is used to obtain data from questionnaires and use observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed a positive and significant influence between career development variables and organizational culture on employee performance. In contrast, the competence variable had a negative influence on employee performance at the Kupang City Government Regional Secretariat. Competence of employees who show a negative influence shows information that the competence of employees needs to be a concern of the organization to be improved so that employees can develop from the aspect of working ability in achieving organizational goals. This study also proves that competence, career development, and organizational culture can simultaneously be used as organizational strategies to improve employee performance.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel Pendidikan (X1), Pel... more Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel Pendidikan (X1), Pelatihan (X2), dan Penempatan Kerja (X3) baik secara individu maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) untuk mengetahui variabel apa yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan Division Operation 2 PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang telah dibagikan. Sampel penelitian karyawan Division Operation 2 berjumlah 110 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil perhitungan untuk nilai regresi berganda diperoleh angka koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,511 yang artinya kinerja karyawan Division Operation PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan (X1), pelatihan (X2), dan penempatan kerja (X3) sebesar 51,1%, sedangkan sisanya 49,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Dari hasil uji regresi didapatkan hasil perhitungan nilai thitung dibandingkan dengan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,981 disimpulkan bahwa variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan dengan nilai thitung dimensi pendidikan (X1) 2,465, pelatihan (X2) 5,252 sehingga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan untuk penempatan kerja (X3) memiliki thitung 1,129 sehingga tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Division Operation 2 PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Pengujian secara simultan variabel X terhadap variabel Y yang membandingkan nilai Fhitung dengan Ftabel dimana Fhitung 36,939 > Ftabel 3,08 sehingga variabel pendidikan (X1), pelatihan (X2), dan penempatan kerja (X3) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Division Operation 2 PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Maka strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kompetensi melalui pelatihan karyawan, kesesuaian pendidikan yang telah dicapai, dan selalu melakukan pekerjaan sesuai dengan standard operating procedure yang sudah ada.

The population in this research is 787 employee at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk who are actively using information technology, chosen by purposively sampling. This research is a quantitative research using survey, descriptive and associative method, also involving doubled linear analysis technique to analyze the data. The test result t partially of Manage IT Human Resource (PO7) and Educate & Train User (DS7) partially impacts on IT Service Management (ITSM) with the test value of thitung 3,920 > ttabel(0,05,n-2) 1,98729 and thitung 4,647 > ttable(0,05,n-2)1,98729. The test result F simultaneously Manage IT Human Resource (PO7) and Educate & Train User (DS7) impacts on IT Service Management with the Fhitung 46,955 > Ftable (2,n-2) as 3,10. Contribution given by Manage IT Human Resource (PO7) and Educate & Train User (DS7) is 51,9% while 48,1% is impacted by other variables. Partially Manage IT Human Resource (PO7) impacts biggest 30,8% and Educate & Train User (DS7) impacts smallest 21,3% on IT Service Management (ITSM). By increasing personnel's competency of Information Communication and Technology Division, also give the suitable education and training, so the understanding of role, function, authority and responsibility of Information Communication and Technology Division will be increasing, thus, it could present the customer satisfaction of Information Technology Services.

The analysis of data which was gamed by using multiple regression.these analyses included: validity test and reability test, classic assumption, multiple regression analysis, hypoteses testing through t-test , F-test and the analysis of coefficient determination. The implementation of theprogram of the school committee on education in junior high school inSeberangUlu I šub-district of Palembang was not as expected, it was caused by the use of the school operational funds (BOS) that had not fully referred to the expected dimensions of Kepmendiknas No. 44 of 2002. There are several roles ofthe school committee, namely 1) as advisory agency, 2) as supporting agency, 3) as controlling agencyand 4) as mediator agency; in fact, the role of the executive of school committee in SeberangUlu I subdistrict had not participated optimally. The school committee did not actas a mediator in the funding proposal of BOS; theschool committee’s role was only to be involved in the other funds, such as DAK orfund from advisory and supporting agencies. From the four roles ofthe school committee mentionedabove, only the role of advisory and supporting agencies had been implemented by the executive ofschool committee of the school in SeberangUluI sub-district of Palembang; on the other hand, the roleof them as controlling and mediator agencies in SeberangUlu I sub-district of Palembang were not done optimally.
