This study, entitled "Implementation of Waste Management Policy in Bandung Regency (Case Study in... more This study, entitled "Implementation of Waste Management Policy in Bandung Regency (Case Study in the Soreang's Waste Service Area)". The author uses the theory of policy implementation proposed by Budiman Rusli, which consists of policy content, policy implementers and target groups and policy environment. The research method is a qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of waste management policies in the Soreang's Waste Service Area of Bandung Regency has not been successfully implemented. There is still a lack of communication with the policy target groups, capabilities, competencies and consistency of the implementers who are still lacking in carrying out their duties. And the target groups that are still traditional so that it is difficult to give an understanding of waste management, do not support the achievement of policy objectives. For the implementation of the policy to be successful, the Waste Management Sector must focus more on improving aspects such as communication, coaching in increasing public awareness in managing waste, coordinating with the Subdistrict or villages that have been accompanied by TPS / TPST in their use, and increasing the capability and consistency of the implementers and public support, from the target group and the business world.
