The objective of the present study is to measure brand loyalty to healthy foods in Peru, not only in a pandemic context, but also in a natural context based on the dimensions of the PERVAL value scale. Data were collected through an online survey and processed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the model among 396 consumers revealed that qualitative value and emotional value have the highest contribution to brand loyalty, followed by economic value and social value. These findings suggest that product quality should be taken as a priority and, although social value does not contribute much to health food brand loyalty, it is a trend sought after by consumers.

From the point of view of well-being, it is an aerobic activity that prevents and improves cardiovascular diseases. According to data provided by the United Nations, within the framework of the International Year of Mountains, mountain tourism represents around 15% to 20% of total world tourism revenue. This approach aims to critically analyze the scientific production on trail tourism (HT) with contributions from authors from around the world from 1991 to 2022, in order to respond to the connection between this research, knowledge management and the sustainable development of the industry. Key knowledge contributions are examined using a scientometric approach as a method (spatial, production, impact, and relational) based on registry data stored in the Web of Science (JCR and ESCI). Regarding the results, there has been an increase in scientific production in the last decade, which is manifested in the qualit...

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the challenges presented by university education in the creation of virtual environments. It is a quantitative, descriptive study, in which a questionnaire, composed of 19 items, with Likert-type response alternatives (with validity and reliability criteria), was applied to 256 university professors, selected with intentionality criteria because they belong to a network that groups teachers from different Latin American countries. The results indicate that university education is dealing basically with understanding and applying new virtual platforms, the use of tools in an effective way, as well as designing and applying virtual evaluations that guarantee the achievement of the learning results to give continuity to the formative process. It is concluded that the challenge for university professors is to face changes in educational models aligned with the new technological strategies to achieve the expected learning results and answer to the graduated profiles considered in educational programs of Latin American universities, and also attend students' emotional situations due to the pandemic.

The convergent research design was used in two sections. In the first section, 160 validated and reliable surveys were administered to students to ascertain and contrast the quali-quantitative results. The second section consisted of 10 interviews with students at a Peruvian university, in which the stressful situation experienced by the students was revealed through interpretative hermeneutic analysis. The results show that there is no relationship between the use of educational platforms and academic stress among university students. The symptomatology presented at this stage is casual and temporary.
