Nowadays, CBIR (Content-Based Image Retrieval) technology is emerged as important technique to re... more Nowadays, CBIR (Content-Based Image Retrieval) technology is emerged as important technique to retrieve the image; it contains color, shape or text from huge data storage collection. Onset of computer vision and increasing the number of images taken by digital video device pointed for image containing user specified characteristics in large image database has become more important. As one of the most important applications of image analysis and understanding, CBIR has received more and more attention. The tremendous growth of the quantities and sizes of digital image require powerful tools for searching in image databases collection. The sematic gap is an intermediate gap between low level and high level machine description. This gap is minimized through efficient CBIR technique process based on color and shape of images.
Content-based image retrieval, also known as query by image content is the application of compute... more Content-based image retrieval, also known as query by image content is the application of computer vision techniques to the image retrieval problem, that is, the problem of searching for digital images in large databases. The usage of digital images has been increased enormously from the last decade due to the drastic growth in storage and network technology. These technological changes have led the professional users to use, store and manipulate the remotely stored images. Information Retrieval (IR) deals with location and retrieval of related documents or images on the basis of user inputs such as keywords or example as a query from the repository. Hence, to throw a light into this chosen research topic, we are carrying out an integrated analysis of HSV color histogram characteristics with contour based concepts could be used to improve the retrieval system performance in CBIR.

Keeping this information is not an easy job especially with a voluminous number of records and other documents that have to be filed, usually in rows of labeled folders in file cabinets. This project proposes project the utilization of a telemedicine framework that addresses this dilemma. The project makes use of web services and a mobile application as the client in accessing and entering patient information. With mobile phones, medical practitioners can take advantage of its technological capacity and geographically extend their practice to be of service to more patients by bringing this to remote areas such as barrios in the provinces despite the absence of broadband internet connection, essential for web services a pivotal element of the project infrastructure. This project has a simple electronic component detection procedure which has three major steps; firstly the objects are being recognized based on its physical appearances via length, Breadth, number of legs of the Electrical and Electronics components, secondly by finding roundness of objects and finally matching by correlation. Our procedure is based on object recognition technique (knowledgebased approach). In this paper, we used MATLAB codes and algorithms to detect electric components by quantitative analysis method, for finding roundness of objects and matching by correlation.

Nowadays, health is more important for every human life exits in earth for survival. Death rate g... more Nowadays, health is more important for every human life exits in earth for survival. Death rate grows increasing because of non-availability of hospitals in rural areas, not sufficient medical equipment and moreover doctors are not free to work in rural region. Hence in order to reduce death rate, cloud approaches are implemented to provide direct facility to the patients without going to clinics and take tablet in home itself. Branching tree, bilinear property and some cryptographic tools are effective to preserve the patient's record whenever it desired. Along with text, images are also used to indicate the description and symptoms of particular patients after fully loading image. Finally without loss of information, by generating secret keys then only information about healthcare is obtained.

Abstract In this research paper, CBIR algorithm development using RGB histogram-based block conto... more Abstract In this research paper, CBIR algorithm development using RGB histogram-based block contour method to improve the retrieval performance is presented along with the simulation results. CBIR to extract the visual content of an image automatically like color, texture, size, direction, distance, nearness or its shape using HSV colour RGB histogram & block contour methods is proposed here in this paper. The work presented in this paper is a new methodology of the picture retrievals by the combination of different parameters of the query image with the help of RGB histograms & the block contours. Simulations are carried out in the Matlab environment and the simulation results are observed. The CBIR based system is going to be tested using different types of test images for varieties & finally the nearest test outcomes will be got & be tabulated neatly. Here, in this proposed work using different sizes of the blocks & the no. of characteristics & the time obtained for extracting those realistic parameters could be found out & also other parameters such as the recalling, precision, characteristics were calculated and compared with existing systems. The precision and recall are used to calculate the performance of the designed system. The results presented gives precision values & the values of the recall parameter of the developed & existing CBIR systems, which shows the efficacy of the proposed methodology that is superior. Here, the observation is – the developed methodology will be highly unique, its performance will be more superior to the existing systems. Finally, to conclude, it could be iterated that this contributory work was developed to show about the RGB histogram & block contour concept involvement to extract the different features of the images and carry out the performance of system (retrieval). Finally, the results of the simulation gives the improved performance of the system (retrieval) over the others, thus showing the profoundness or the effectiveness of the research work done.

Indian Vedas and Upanishads are also important and have a great history. That too Vedic mathematics was, is and will be an important basic logic for all mathematical related applications in various fields of science and technology. VLSI is an ever growing field which involves Analog, Digital and Mixed mode Designs. Also in VLSI research, an ALU is a very important system which involves user specifications while designing, for applications like microprocessor, microcontroller, signal processing and various fields. This paper concentrates on the related work on design of Vedic ALU, till date from 46 different IEEE papers and provides some common problem statements and solutions that can be used to design the best ALU, which is not done till date. Importance of reconfigurable feature is also explained in this paper.
