Nowadays, what has included the control of the efficiency and profitability of the banks and fina... more Nowadays, what has included the control of the efficiency and profitability of the banks and financial institutes is a complicated factor and a widespread concept called marketing. Since banks are regarded as the economic pulse of the country, the active persons and the professionals in this field have recognized it is essential to use the appropriate marketing techniques to get the hinge share of the market in which they are for the sake of utilizing the opportunities for achieving the smart strategies of the marketing. The point which is very important in this complicated and competitive situation with the development of banks day by day, and banks will develop a especial fame and brand with the use of marketing techniques, is that if a bank can develop a especial fame and brand with marketing, it will assign huge and noticeable profit among the other banks as well as a lot of bank customers. In this research, the analysis relationships among Marketing Mix Dimensions’ and Specific Value of the Brand has been studied. The Marketing Mix Dimensions of each of the banks in the light of price, product, place and promotion is studied and Specific Value of the Brand is also studied whiten four indices including understanding quality commercial business brandy, loyalty and having, information of commercial fame and brand. This research in the light of purpose is and applicable type and in the viewpoint of method is descriptive and of correlation, in which library studies, and questionnaire distributions have been used for collecting the information and date. Sampling has been carried out by the simple random method, and the questionnaires have been distributed among personnel and customers of the banks including: Mellat, Melli, Keshavarzy, Tejarat, Refahekargaran, Ayandeh, Sepah, Toseh taavon, Eghtesadenovin and Saderat which have been chosen among other banks randomly. The results of this research show that there exists a significant relation between Marketing Mix Dimensions of the banks under study and Specific Value of the Brand. So, a collection of data shows the administrative structure and network administration is needed. The major of the proposed hypotheses is that there is a significant relationship between administrative structure variables, computer network administration and distributing variables. In this study, more than 150 questionnaires have been distributed among the participants. 100 questionnaires were answered, and then the required information test hypotheses were extracted. For testing the research hypotheses , chi-square test displayed the relationship between variables. Correlation coefficients were positive and inorder to evaluate the reliability of questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha test was used. E-commerce security and its related legislations are very
critical issue in information technology and court law. There is
a consensus that security matters are the significant foundation
of e-commerce, electronic consumers, and firms’ privacy.
While e-commerce networks need a policy for security privacy,
they should be prepared for a simple consumer friendly
infrastructure. Hence it is necessary to review the theoretical
models for revision. In This theory review, we embody a
number of former articles that cover security of e-commerce
and legislation ambit at the individual level by assessing five
criteria. Whether data of articles provide an effective strategy
for secure-protection challenges in e-commerce and econsumers. Whether provisions clearly remedy precedents or
they need to flourish? This paper focuses on analyzing the
former discussion regarding e-commerce security and
existence legislation toward cyber-crime activity of ecommerce the article also purports recommendation for
subsequent research which is indicate that through secure
factors of e-commerce we are able to fill the vacuum of its
legislation.

Nowadays many advanced technologies are trying to address the trust issues in e-commerce. One among them suggests using suitable user interfaces. This paper investigates the functionality and capabilities of 3D graphical user interfaces in regard to trust building in the customers of next generation of B2C e-commerce websites. It expands the McKnight and Chervaney's “Trust Model in E-Commerce” and proposes a new trust model based on 3D user interfaces functionality. For this reason the relationships between five dependent variables consisting the appeal of 3D user interfaces, interacting with 3D virtual models of products and services, 3D virtual interacting with the salesman, 3D virtual interacting with other online buyers, and presence in 3D virtual spaces in regard to increasing the trust level of B2C e-commerce customers were studied. The method of descriptive survey by library and field studies was deployed. Data were gathered by the mean of simple questionnaire, and analyzed through one sample t-test. Significant relations were found between dependent and independent research variables. So evaluating the research results, the proposed trust model was confirmed. Finally the paper proposes implementation strategies for 3D e-commerce websites based on research findings.

The research approach is to appraise the impact of electronic customer relationship management in... more The research approach is to appraise the impact of electronic customer relationship management in creating loyalty and retention of customers in Iran mobile telecommunication sector. 200 customers who use Iranian mobile telecom operators' services (Hamrah-e Avval , Irancell, and Taliya) have been asked as respondents in this research. The objective of this study is to find the relationship between eCRM effective factors and loyalty and retention factors in order to conduct the Iranian mobile telecom operators to be successful in enhancing loyalty and retention of their customers in this field. With this Approach, the results of our research shows which factors are effective and which factors are not in Iranian mobile telecom sector. This study enables the manager of this sector to implement the eCRM in the best shape and match it with Iranian culture to create more loyalty and retention.

Searching for the right information and making quick, accurate decisions within time-pressured se... more Searching for the right information and making quick, accurate decisions within time-pressured settings is often non-trivial. We contrast the relative efficacies of written English (Text) and a more concise, compact communication mode (Image) for information search and decision making by using a financial incentive scheme to apply implicit time pressure on subjects. We found that, while Image users earned as much as Text users, they achieved this earnings parity by following speedier but less accurate strategies. We conclude with thoughts on possible refinements to our work that could steer subjects in the ideal direction of fast, accurate, lucrative decisions with languages like Image. D
