The differences and similarities of American and Iranian attitudes toward women\u27s education was investigated by conducting research on 80 Iranian and 83 American females and males, married and single, attending universities in the midwestern United States. The semantic differential technique was used to construct an instrument with 16 situations related to women\u27s education as concepts. The Iranian questionnaire was in Farsi; American subjects had an English version;Factor analysis showed six qualifiers to be loading high (.77-.85) in both language/culture groups (reasonable/unreasonable; good/bad, fair/unfair, right/wrong, acceptable/unacceptable, appropriate/inappropriate). Anti-computer forensics conceals and deletes computer data. Currently, organizations rely on computer investigators or fraud specialists to conduct audits to unveil misconduct. There is an increased need to develop a preventative anti-computer forensics framework to assist organizations who are not privy to a specialist. In this paper, we propose a preventative anticomputer forensics framework and brief demonstration. This framework will assist organizations with strengthening their approach to thwarting tools and procedures conducted by criminals.

With the development of the Internet, these issues became global. Computer systems have been under attack by hackers through using several techniques including malicious email attachments. There are various estimates about the cost of damage, but the most recent statistics are stated to be in the range of billions of dollars per year. Organizations have been slow in adopting strategies and developing policies to secure their information resources. Firms’ budget allocations appear unaffected by the accelerated rate of computer security incidents. Companies have been slow in spending more money and adopting strategies to secure their information resources. There is a trade-off between security and the budget allocation, and organizations are having a difficult time to find a balance. This study argues that some HRD projects may not positively affect organizational performance mainly due to the inability of organizations to effectively retain, motivate, and utilize the trained workforce. It concludes that HRD investments tend to be made relatively easily but what is difficult is retaining and effectively utilizing trained personnel. That is, HRD is necessary but not sufficient for enhancing organizational performance. Implications of these findings and future research directions are also discussed.
