Proposed scalable parametrizable SMP system architecture is intended for creation ASIC optimised for source algorithm. Based on proposed architecture high-level ASIC synthesis tools are presented. The proposed high-level synthesis tools allow to create custom ASIC which bases on programming language algorithm description

Informal optimization complexity principles of specialized processors are formulated. In addition, ways of effective construction of the temporary and program complexities of software-hardware models of algorithms is described.

Programmable hardware accelerator architecture and information processing method based on a new m... more Programmable hardware accelerator architecture and information processing method based on a new model of computation with parallel ordered data and command access is proposed in a paper. The principles of the formation, compilation and execution of the computer program in the hardware accelerator according to the proposed model are given. The advantages of the proposed hardware accelerator architecture over traditional ones are highlighted.

ABSTRACT The memory types used in conventional computers are analyzed and a new patented ordered ... more ABSTRACT The memory types used in conventional computers are analyzed and a new patented ordered data access method and apparatus are proposed. Recent patented data access method and apparatus are described and challenging problems of their using in high-performance computers are discussed. Distinctive features of the new method compared to known data access methods are discussed. Input data, their indices and output data of the ordered access memory are described. The ordered access memory organization and interface as well as its advantages compared to the random, associative, and sequential access memories are discussed. Four variants of the ordered access memory are described, and the examples of the ordered access memory usage in computer systems are demonstrated. The results of the ordered access memory implementation in FPGA are presented.

The expediency of using a reconfigurable environment in IoT nodes is justified. An idea to place into the cloud the specialized processors automatic design and synthesis tools from high-level languages was proposed and evaluated. These cloud design and synthesis tools are laid at the base of new method for computing organization in reconfigurable IoT nodes by giving them possibility of self-configuration. The challenges which need such a solution are shown and the benefits of the self-configurable IoT nodes use are justified.

These tasks are usually performed by dedicated or algorithm-specific computer systems. Such systems design is quite complicated and laborious process while time-to-market is critical. So there is a need for the computer-aided dedicated systems design methods development. In given work instruction set architecture of the determined memory access processor is proposed. Such a processor usage will grant very short terms of application-specific systems design.

During the last few years, interest in 3D data describing of urban areas has increased. This data is needed for a variety of applications such as town planning, architecture, microclimate investigations or transmitter placement for telecommunication. Our investigations are concerned with the feasibility of building extraction using laser data, obtained by airborne laser scanners, as input data.
