This would all suggest that smaller hospitals matter little in the delivery of general population healthcare at national level, larger organizations providing the dominant care. And yet, for many reasons, the role of small hospitals is not negligible. Alternative structures, policies and funding mechanisms, based on the evidence, are urgently needed to support them (2). Although some medical approaches are traditionally associated with large hospitals, they can also be successfully implemented for smaller units. This is also the case with minimally invasive treatment techniques. Minimally invasive surgery uses small incisions and specialized instruments to perform various procedures with less trauma and faster recovery than traditional open surgery. As a result, it is offering numerous benefits to patients, including reduced pain, bleeding, infection, scarring, shorter hospital stays, and improved cosmetic outcomes. Advanced procedures, traditionally associated with larger medical centers, can also be implemented in small hospitals expanding their surgical capabilities (1). This article discusses the benefits, challenges, and considerations for implementing these techniques in resource-limited settings. By adopting these advancements, small hospitals can enhance patient care, attract skilled surgeons, and strengthen their position in the healthcare landscape. Finally, also may prove benefits such as lower costs, higher efficiency, better outcomes and increased patient satisfaction. This approach rises some challenges for small hospitals, such as the need for adequate training, equipment, infrastructure and support. There may be difficulties in acquiring and maintaining specific devices, which are often expensive and complex. They may also lack qualified and experienced surgeons, nurses and technicians who can perform these procedures safely and effectively. Furthermore, it may require access to resources such as blood banks, intensive care units and referral centers in case of complications or emergencies.

The preschooler is moving briskly towards more appropriate conduct of social conveniences and develops a lot of independence, contributes decisively to the establishment of his own internal structure, the Self, and launches into the universe of imagination. An intense psycho-emotional development is now supported by a continuous interrogation fuelled by countless "why" and "how", and great curiosity is a fascinating motive towards the world of storytelling, as a place of expression of thoughts, feelings and finally, actions. The method of storytelling in various current pedagogies, such as that proposed by Franz Kett, proves its effectiveness precisely by the happy combination of imagination and story, on one hand, and the extremely impo...

While the necessities of every period of development are being energized again, they have the possibility to review and satisfy, through the process of re-experimentation, some important psychological topics that were not complete yet. Practically, they are involved with a new process of learning. They do not relive the various phases of the first and second childhood, but they relive only certain aspects of it, to resolve unsettled problems. It is exactly in this period marked by transition that the contribution of the permits helps the adolescents to live re-experimenting the process of identification and separation characterized by the phase of attachment, exploration, separation and socialization.

The tradition of the renowned Munich School and the need to adapt the educational process to the changing cultural context of the 1980s led Franz Kett to shape a form of education based on the search for meaning. Kett thus laid the foundations for a new pedagogy in which the focus on the positive attitude towards the gift of life and the reception of positive "to exist" and "to do" messages have the force of directing the creative energies of the child and of helping to discover the meaning of words, actions and meeting with peers, including the other. The example presented, "Mrs. Holle", attempts to present the active and innovative valences of the Kett pedagogy and to confirm the need for the transfer of knowledge within the German cultural space.

In the second half of the XIX century, the existence and pragmatism of inclinations, trends and orientations in Philosophy, Metaphysics and Natural Science would have given a decisive contribution to the formation of the necessary conditions so that the intuitions and experimental research of Wilhelm Wundt conducted to remarkable progress in Psychology. The creation of the first laboratory of Experimental Psychology at the University of Lipsia, in 1879, highlighted the incontrovertible contribution of the introspection method, and, consequently, the history of Psychology registered the birth of Experimental Psychology as a Science.
