In this paper, the customer processes in insurance companies identified through interview with several insurance experts. Then we customized the existing CKM maturity model (CKMMM) for insurance industry by integrating the customer processes with the CKMMM. Also a tool was designed based on the created model for measuring CKM maturity in insurance sector. Running the developed model in 10 insurance companies, it was found that most of them were in level 1 or 2 of maturity. We described one of them as an example to show the usage of the model. The proposed model along with its relevant tool helps insurance managers to assess the current maturity of their CKM and take suitable required actions by considering the potential of future growth and moving toward desired status. Moreover, single linear regression was applied for studying the relationship b...

Zandevakili this teaching method more than the others; and this teaching method has increased their motivation, and they have regarded it more effective in their learning. Conclusions: With respect to the significant difference in the evaluation of the gamebased teaching method compared with other two teaching methods, it is recommended that the educational institutes, teachers and developers of computer games pay more attention to game-based teaching method and gamification with the teaching objectives. At least, based on the subject and content of the course, besides the traditional method (face-to-face and PowerPoint) which is a common method in teaching, use of a combination of various teaching methods including game-based professional softwarebased teaching method along with the traditional method can be beneficial and increase the level of satisfaction, learning, motivation, capability, interaction and pleasure of the students. Lack of teaching games relevant to academic courses was one of the main challenges of this research. As a result, it was impossible to study the effect of game elements (such as leaderboards, scores, medals, …) in teaching through game-based method. Due to the impossibility of running educational games related to academic courses in the time period in which the research was being conducted, the spatial scope of the research was limited to two organizations in Tehran province and it was impossible to gather data from other educational institutions and in other classrooms for the other courses.

Innovation process is generally classified in to pushed or pulled type. A pushed type is a process that the organizations has access to the new invented technology and try to find profitable applications to use this technology. A pulled process attempts to find customers' needs not met, and then focus development efforts to find solutions to those needs. Innovation process is broken down to 6 phases which are: (1) invention, (2) decision to bring the invention into development, (3) development, (4) decision to produce, (5) production, and (6) marketing. Knowledge management can improve innovation process in organization through knowledge creation. There are different knowledge creation methods such as communities of practice, best practice cases etc. In this paper, we identify the contribution of these methods in innovation process, and then investigate their application in each of the innovation management phases for pulled and pushed processes individually by using case study method. The results of more innovative and less innovative organization are compared and the efficient methods for each innovation management phase are found. These results are useful for organizations to improve innovation management in new product development by use of the knowledge creation methods.

Therefore, business processes are a good starting point for implementing knowledge management. By doing knowledge management based on processes, it is possible to achieve benefits such as prioritizing knowledge management activities according to the value chain, examining knowledge on the process subject, distributing knowledge appropriate to the role of individuals, designing knowledge management systems and numerous other benefits. Some processes have a lot of flexibility and this is due to unpredictable decisions or tasks that have to be done using the creativity of the person doing the process. These types of processes are called knowledge-oriented or knowledge-based processes. Knowledge-based processes have intensified the need to integrate research areas of process management and knowledge management. In order to manage knowledge in knowledge-based processes, knowledge must first be modeled in the process and then analyzed based on the model. So far, various techniques have been proposed for modeling knowledge in processes. This article introduces process-oriented knowledge management as a new approach to knowledge management as well as introduces knowledge modeling techniques in business processes and compares them comparatively. The results show that there is still no model that models all aspects of knowledge in processes simultaneously, especially none of the models have addressed the impact of knowledge on the time and cost of the doing process. There has also been little effort to measure process performance in terms of knowledge that could be considered for future research.

Vertical parking lots as a main urban construction; play a significant role in reducing the traffic load and smoothing the traffic current. The purpose of this study is to extract the candidate criteria effective in vertical parking site selection and validate them to determine the final ones. The vertical parking lots investigated in this study are of two mechanical and constructive types. For this purpose, at first, the criteria effective in urban facilities site selection were investigated. Then the effective criteria for parking site selection were obtained from literature review. Finally, the candidate criteria effective in parking site selection were extracted. Candidate criteria included 4 criteria and 12 subcriteria for both parking types commonly. Also 2 criteria and 3 sub-criteria were candidate for mechanical parking particularly. After acquiring the experts' opinion on the candidate criteria and sub-criteria by a questionnaire; they were validated using CVR method. Finally, 2 common subcriteria and 1 sub-criteria particularly for mechanical parking; were omitted. As the result, 10 common sub-criteria and 2 sub-criteria particularly for mechanical parking were finalized.
