Seorang pemimpin yang memiliki potensi dibidangnya tentu dapat memahami mutu dalam lingkungan pendidikan. Pelaku dunia pendidikan menyadari keharusan mereka untuk meraih mutu tersebut dan menyampaikan pada anak didiknya. Itu artinya bahwa mutu adalah sama dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Sumber data terdiri dari pengawas madrasah, kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah bidang kurikulum, dan kepala tata usaha di lingkungan Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) El-Bayan Majenang, Cilacap. Themethod used in this research process is descriptive qualitative method. While data collection techniques,the authors explore the data according to the discussion by looking at various journals, articles andinformation from relevant YouTube users in the problems observed. The results of this study indicate thatthe level of use of YouTube in the community can be said to be high, because apart from being a learningmedium, they open YouTube to be used as a medium of entertainment. People who use YouTube as alearning medium are people who have their own interests or when in an emergency they want to find outthe solution to the problems they face, for example opening a video tutorial on dealing with cellphones,washing machines, televisions, refrigerators or other damaged household items. The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of Islamic religious education teachers i... more The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of Islamic religious education teachers in developing emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence of students at SMK Negeri 1 Semarang. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research so that the collection of data using observation, interviews, and documentation to the parties concerned. While the data analysis I use is qualitative data analysis which includes three aspects, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there were changes given by religious teachers to their students. Where religious teachers are able to develop between emotional intelligence and spiritual students. In addition to providing material, religious teachers also provide exemplary learning, direct their students to pray in congregation, and control the activities of their students both at school and at home.�Keywords: Teacher Role, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence
