It currently confronts COVID-19 which is escalating because of local community transmission of the disease. Poorly resourced health systems in Africa are ill-prepared for the surging number of COVID-19 cases. This paper emphasizes that in the current battle against COVID-19, policymakers should not lose sight of future policy challenges. COVID-19 vaccine has become available, but patent exclusivities might play a major role in hindering access to it. With little or no indigenous pharmaceutical manufacturing capacity of its own, Africa will almost entirely rely on importing COVID-19 vaccines or treatment from third parties. The World Trade Organization’s (WTO’s) Paragraph 6 System, which relates to export-oriented compulsory licensing, is excessively formal and does not suit a pandemic situation which requires swift action. It is found that testing cost more than 50% of overall project cost. Effective and efficient software testing utilizes the minimum resources of software. Therefore, it is important to construct the procedure which is not only able to perform the efficient testing but also minimizes the utilization of project resources. The goal of software testing is to find maximum defects in the software system. More the defects found in the software ensure more efficiency is the software testing Different techniques have been proposed to detect the defects in software and to utilize the resources and achieve good results. As world is continuously moving toward data driven approach for making important decision. Therefore, in this research paper we performed the machine learning analysis on the publicly available datasets and tried to achieve the maximum accuracy. The major focus of the paper is to apply different machine learning techniques on the datasets and find out which technique produce efficient result. Particularly, we proposed an ensemble learning models and perform comparative analysis among KNN, Decision tree, SVM and Naïve Bayes on different datasets and it is demonstrated that performance of Ensemble method is more than other methods in term of accuracy, precision, recall and F1-score. The classification accuracy of ensemble model trained on CM1 is 98.56%, classification accuracy of ensemble model trained on KM2 is 98.18% similarly, the classification accuracy of ensemble learning model trained on PC1 is 99.27%. This reveals that Ensemble is more efficient method for making the defect prediction as compared other techniques.

It is such a vast and fully applied topic that its applications exist in nearly every field of applied sciences such as nonlinear integrable system theory, fluid dynamics, modern mathematical physics, the theory of partial differential equations, engineering, and electronics. In our present investigation, two subfamilies of starlike and bounded turning functions associated with a three-leaf-shaped domain were considered. These classes are denoted by BT3l and S3l*, respectively. For the class BT3l, we study various coefficient type problems such as the first four initial coefficients, the Fekete–Szegö and Zalcman type inequalities and the third-order Hankel determinant. Furthermore, the existing third-order Hankel determinant bounds for the second class will be improved here. All the results that we are going to prove are sharp.

Nitrogen and phosphorus are essential plant macronutrients, nevertheless, most of the Pakistani soils exhibit moderate to severe deficiency of these nutrients. Furthermore, considerable genetic variations exist among wheat genotypes for nutrient acquisition and utilization which illustrate their differential nutrient requirements to produce higher yields. A field experiment was conducted in order to formulate balanced fertilizer recommendations for newly evolved wheat genotype SD-998 to achieve maximum yield potential. The cotton and dye powder are irradiated to absorb doses of 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 Gy by using a Co-60 gamma irradiator. Dyeing is performed by using irradiated and un-irradiated cotton with irradiated and un-irradiated dye powder, in order to observe the effect of radiation treatment on the colour strength of the reactive dye on cotton. Different dyeing parameters such as temperature, time and p H are optimized using irradiated cotton and dye powder. The effect of gamma irradiation on the colour strength and Lab values has been observed through optimized conditions of dyeing. The colour strength and Lab values are obtained by spectra flash spectrophotometer (SF650). ISO standard methods are employed to study the effect of gamma radiation on the Colourfastness properties of fabric. Changings unleash themselves during all the stages of software development. Hence we must need to have some effective techniques to tackle these changings. Basically change is a transition from current way of working to another looked-for way and this nature of the change coupled with complexity of services create problems. This paper depicts the main hurdles in the change management like dependability, traceability etc. and efficient tools to cope these changes so that it would not affect the stability. Ultimate aim is to propose a framework to manage this important trait in the process of software development.

The eggisolated viruses were subjected to biological and genetic characterization. Based on the biological characterization, isolates showed haemagglutination titer Clog 2 7 , mean death time \55 h, intracerebral pathogenecity index B1.8, and egg lethal dose 50 from 10-7.15 to 10-9.31 /1 ml. Genetic characterization of the fusion (F) gene revealed that the isolates clustered with NDV strains of genotype VII (VIIf) within class II, which remained predominant genotype in the domestic poultry of Asia. The deduced amino acid sequence of the isolates confirmed virulent motif 112 RRQKRF 117 at the F protein cleavage site. A bioinformatics and pairwise comparison approach was applied to estimate the synonymous and non-synonymous substitution rates (dN/dS) and selective evolutionary pressure for the F protein. The dN/dS calculated for genotype VII indicate purifying selection, which resulted in a low evolution rate in F gene. The F protein shows a strong negative pressure throughout the length of the protein and no recombination event was determined. Collectively, the results suggest that very similar virulent strains of NDV are involved during current wave of disease outbreak throughout the country. From these results, in conjunction with our recent reports of NDV from Pakistan, it is possible to conclude that emergence of novel group may require revisiting the diagnostics and vaccine control strategies. Therefore in order to detect metabolic differences between individuals robust analytical methods are required. A protocol was produced based on the use of Liquid Chromatography-High Resolution Mass Spectrometry (LC-HRMS) in combination with orthogonal Hydrophilic Interaction (HILIC) and Reversed Phase (RP) liquid chromatography methods for the analysis of the urinary metabolome, which was then evaluated as a diagnostic tool for prostate cancer (a common but highly heterogeneous condition). The LC-HRMS method was found to be robust and exhibited excellent repeatability for retention times (,61%), and mass accuracy (,61 ppm). Based on normalised data (against creatinine levels, osmolality or MS total useful signals/MSTUS) coupled with supervised multivariate analysis using Orthogonal Partial Least Square-Discriminant Analysis (OPLS-DA), we were able to discriminate urine samples from men with or without prostate cancer with R2Y(cum) .0.9. In addition, using the receiver operator characteristics (ROC) test, the area under curve (AUC) for the combination of the four best characterised biomarker compounds was 0.896. The four biomarker compounds were also found to differ significantly (P,0.05) between an independent patient cohort and controls. This is the first time such a rigorous test has been applied to this type of model. The scheme is based on the usual finite difference scheme to discretize the time derivative while cubic B-spline is used as an interpolation function in the space dimension. The scheme is shown to be unconditionally stable using the von Neumann method. The accuracy of the proposed scheme is demonstrated by applying it on a test problem. The performance of this scheme is shown by computing L ? and L 2 error norms for different time levels. The numerical results are found to be in good agreement with known exact solutions.
