Umumnya perusahaan akan membangun data warehouse untuk menyimpan data operasional yang berguna dalam proses analisa bisnis, sehingga informasi yang diinginkan perusahaan dapat diperoleh dengan lebih mudah. Populasi pada penelitian adalah konsumen iPhone di Kota Langsa dengan jumlah tidak diketahui secara pasti dan tehnik sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 96 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan persamaan regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji F serta uji koefisien deteminasi (R2). Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa gaya hidup dan kelompok referensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian iPhone di Kota Langsa. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 44,9% gaya hidup dan kelompok referensi dapat menjelaskan keputusan pembelian iPhone di Kota Langsa. The population in this research were all villages in West Aceh District, totaling 322 villages. The sampling method in this research using a purposive sampling method, for data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses path analysis with SPPS software. The results of the research found that organizational culture has a direct effect on leadership morality. Meanwhile, leadership morality has a direct influence on the internal control sistem. The results of path analysis testing, organizational culture can directly or indirectly influence the internal control sistem. The results of this research prove that leadership morality can act as a mediating variable in the influence of organizational culture on the internal control sistem.

The population of this research is Islamic Rural Banks in West Sumatra Indonesia, which was registered in the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in the 2015-2018 period. Samples of research were taken purposively as many as seven units of Islamic Rural Banks which were spread in West Sumatra Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is a regression method with panel data (pooled data) which is a combination of cross section and time series data using Software Eviews8. The data is used from 12 sample companies with financial data from 2013-2018. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression equations, test (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of the study note that cash turnover has a positive effect on liquidity in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study aims to determine the effect of product differentiation on consumer satisfaction on Ja... more This study aims to determine the effect of product differentiation on consumer satisfaction on Jasuke Cikarasa Langsa, and how much inﬂ uence the product differentiation on customer satisfaction on Jasuke Cikarasa Langsa. The method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all consumers who bought Jasuke Cikarasa Langsa. Implemented by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple linear regression by looking at the coefﬁ cient of determination, correlation coefﬁcient and F test. The results showed that there was a signiﬁ cant inﬂ uence between product differentiation variables and customer satisfaction. From the calculation of the F test it is known that the F count = 82.088 with a signiﬁ cance level of 0.000 <0.05. Product differentiation has a coefﬁcient of determination of 0.466. It can be concluded that the product differentiation variable inﬂ uences consumer satisfaction on Jassuke Cikarasa Langsa.

Robusta coffee is a coffee type found in South OKU Regency in Indonesia, and its storage process ... more Robusta coffee is a coffee type found in South OKU Regency in Indonesia, and its storage process is highly susceptible to the growth of various fungal species, including fungi that produce Ochratoxin A (OTA). Therefore, this study aims to examine the fungal contamination contained in storage using polystyrene (PS) and gunny sacks for 20 and 30 days. Data were obtained from surveys, interviews, and samples from 30 farmers which stored coffee beans using PS and gunny sacks in May-July 2020. The results showed that the moisture content was higher in storage using gunny sacks than in PS sacks, at 16.94 ± 0.878 % and 15.99 ± 1.33%, respectively. Furthermore, 16 fungal species were present in gunny sack storage, while 14 fungal species were observed in PS sacks. The percentage of OTAproducing fungi A.niger and A.ochraceus in the two stores yielded 100% and 63.3%, respectively.

Data yang digunakan data sekunder dari tahun 2013-2018 dari 6 perusahaan perbankan yang masuk dalam indeks LQ 45. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, persamaan regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian untuk regresi linier berganda dan uji F, diketahui bahwa total aktiva dan pendapatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap laba bersih perusahaan perbankan yang masuk dalam indeks LQ 45. Hasil uji t total aktiva berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba bersih perusahaan perbankan tetapi untuk pendapatan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap laba bersih peruhaan perbankan yang masuk dalam LQ 45.

Electrically Conductive Adhesive's (ECAs) mainly consist of a polymer as matrix and binder to fil... more Electrically Conductive Adhesive's (ECAs) mainly consist of a polymer as matrix and binder to filler as conductor. The performance of electrical properties in ECAs strongly depends on the concentration (volume fraction) of the metal filler, morphology of the filler, filler distribution within the polymer matrix, the interaction between filler surface, and the contact resistance between adjacent particles. In this work, the characteristics of electrical transport of ECA's systems on Ag-Epoxy composites are containing either micro or nano fillers are studied by the electric static network theory using FEM. The hybrid system will be formed for considering influence electrical transport properties. The spherical Silver (Ag) used 80 nm and 2 µm in diameter in this study. Two particles chain forming electrically transport with some number of particles and reach a conductivity value of ECA's. The result indicated that nano size silver usually lower its conductivity than micron size. During simulation, it has been shown the correlation between nano and micron size demonstrated a increasing in the electrical transport when the hybrid system performed.

This study aimed to determine the relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of Iron Deficiency Anemia in the 3rd trimester pregnant women in the co-endemic area of Bengkulu City. This study was a cross-sectional study with a total sample of 108 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. Data obtained through interviews and questionnaires. Data was analyzed by using chi-square test and multiple logistic regressions. The results showed that pregnant women who had <23.5 cm of MUACwere 30.6% and 22.2% and mothers experienced Iron Deficiency Anemia were 22.2%. There was a significant relationship (p<0.05) between nutritional status and the incidence of Iron Deficiency Anemia in pregnant women.
