The Islamic finance sector can solve these problems because, in principle, Islamic economics aims to achieve public welfare. Zakat, infaq, alms and waqf is one form of activity in Islamic economics, which is part of the form of compulsory worship and advice from Allah SWT. Previous studies have stated that the management and distribution of zakat, from direct assistance to community empowerment assistance, is effective in helping improve the community's social and economic welfare. Applying zakat with the community's principles and returning to the community can encourage economic equity, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, like today, where many people's economic activities are hampered. The digital zakat system is a breakthrough to increase the effectiveness of the management and distribution of zakat to the community. The digitization of zakat also makes it easier for the community to distribute zakat obligations. Coordination from various parties, such as the government, zakat institutions and academics, is needed in developing the zakat digitization system to achieve maximum results. With the application of Maqashid Syariah in managing digital zakat, it is hoped that zakat can be right on target in meeting human needs.

Furthermore, after knowing these factors, this research will give priority to strategies that can be done by Ahmad Dahlan's ITB canteen to increase the number of visitors and consumers. The results showed that the students 'perceptions of the products and promotions of Ahmad Dahlan's ITB canteen were good enough and the students' perceptions of prices and places needed to be improved again. Mengukur kemandirian keuangan LKM, menggunakan rasio keuangan. Mengukur tingkat kinerja kesejahteraan dan daya jangkau menggunakan uji Chi-Square (X2). Hasil penelitian menemukan, Pertama, tingkat kesejahteraan anggota. Wilayah pesisir memiliki nilai pinjaman lebih tinggi dari wilayah lain. The implication, increasingly sharp economic disparities, exclusive owner of the money and power become fertile, and the end could jeopardize the harmony of the national economy. The loss of national economic identity that makes people feel lost the “pilot of the state”. What happens then is the autopilot state. Many employees do not respond to existing activity in the company. Therefore, the lack of interest in training is a problem that enterprises in the future must address. Based on this description, this study aims to analyze the effect of exercise and compensation on employee performance at PT Spinmill Indah Industry Tangerang. This study used a saturated sampling technique involving a sample of 65 employee respondents. The Data Analysis Technique Used in This Research Is Multiple Regression Analysis and Correlation Test with SPSS Version 20 software. The results showed that the correlation value was 94.1 percent. The Adjusted R Square Determination Coefficient valueis 88.6 percent, which means that all independent variables, namely training and compensation, have an enormous contribution together.

This study aims to determine the effect of fundraising, product testing, relationship reliability, and awareness-raising on the performance of the crowdfunding platform as an alternative source of business or business funding. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach, where Google forms were distributed to 267 project proponents, owners, or administrators in ASEAN countries as a sample and 197 sets of questionnaires were returned with complete answers and further analyzed. Empowerment policy is not solely based on finance and charity. The government is to be urged to encourage simultaneous empowerment. This study aims to illustrate the differences in women empowerment process (enabling, empowering, and advocation) provisioned by MFIs (Women Cooperatives) for their female members in the rural (coastal/fishery, industrial/residential and agricultural areas). Research using the hybrid method, between quantitative-descriptive and qualitative, was used. Two approaches were used. Welfarism approach was utilized to measure the ability of MFIs in providing the needs of their poorest members, while institutionalism approaches were useful to measure the success rate indicated by the MFI’s sustainability. This paper extends a one-dimensional model of adsorbed contaminants in saturated porous media to ... more This paper extends a one-dimensional model of adsorbed contaminants in saturated porous media to establish a three-dimensional case suitable for unsaturated porous media. The effects of hydrothermal influences on the distributions of temperature and moisture, evolution of the bulk strain and migration of nuclides are simulated and analysed, and the coupled thermo-hydro-mechanical governing equations determined by the author are presented. The results show that the saturation in the buffer layer gradually rises to 0.96 from the initial value of 0.5 after approximately 450 years, and increases slowly in the initial stage of the simulation. The nuclide concentration in the solidified body first increases and then decreases, reaching a maximum of 173.05 mol/m3 in approximately 110 years. Moreover, most of the radionuclides are released by buffer layer adsorption and the adsorbed concentration is almost 100 times the solute concentration. The aim of this research is to extract information from married female clients who utilize financ... more The aim of this research is to extract information from married female clients who utilize financing, empowering, and other facilities provided by Microfinance Institutions (MFIs). Quantitative descriptive approach is used in order to describe MFIs. Specifically, the difference between MFIs in each area will be overviewed by using statistical instruments of testing for a difference between means and independent F-test. On the other hand, descriptive qualitative approach is used to review the social interactions of female clients. The results of this research have uncovered some facts. First, however, Difference-Between-Two-Means Test has revealed that no significant difference is found. This shows that the empowering aspect that has been done by MFIs conforms with the standard. Second, the fact that no significant difference is found in the empowering process has been backed by data that reveals relatively small loans scale, similarity in business models, unvaried necessity, relatively small expenditure and living cost, low access to education, and good accessibility to MFIs. Third, business models that are desirable by female clients have these characteristics: only requiring a minimum amount of capital; durable; fast-moving; focusing more on costumers; adaptable; contributing to the society's economy; flexible; having a set amount of freedom.
