Penelitian inidirancang untuk menguji tingkat pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan untuk mengetahuiapakah kualitas pelayan berupa wujud fisik (tangibles), kehandalan (reliability), daya tanggap(responsiveness), jaminan (assurance) dan kepedulian (emphaty) berpengaruh pada kepuasannasabah. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 194 mahasiswa dimana jumlahtersebut adalah jumlah mahasiswa yang bersedia mengisi kuesioner yang telah diberikan.Jumlah sampel tersebut dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Dari hasil penelitian secara parsialterdapat dua variabel independen yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasanpelanggan yaitu responsiveness dan empati. Kata kunci : wujud fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan kepedulian.

Optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy combined with energy dispersive X-ray analysis (SEM-EDX), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), and Vickers microhardness (Hv); were used to characterize the phase transformation and the microstructure evolution. The results contribute to the understanding of the microstructure evolution in alloys of the type prepared by melt spinning technique. This work reports on a comparative study of the rapidly solidified, in order to compare the microhardness and microstructural analysis.Â

The aim of these work is to measure the effect of the addition of In with different atomic percen... more The aim of these work is to measure the effect of the addition of In with different atomic percent weight on structure, melting, Electrical and mechanical properties of Sn70-X at.% -Bi15 at.% -Sb15 at.%- Inx at.%  rapidly solidified. X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), temperature dependence of resistivity (TDR), and mechanical resonance method are performed. It's found that electrical conductivity (σ) and thermal conductivity (K) increased gradually by increasing In at.%. Melting temperature reduced from 470.12 K for Sn70 at.%- Bi15 at.%- Sb15 at.% to 427.13 K in Sn61 at.%- Bi15 at.%- Sb15 at.%- In9 at.%. Also, elastic moduli, internal friction and thermal diffusivity measured from melt-quenched ribbons.Â

Also, scanning electron microscopy combined with energy dispersive X-ray analysis (SEM-EDX). The results contribute to the understanding of the microstructure evolution in alloys of this type prepared by melt spinning technique. Microscopy can give information concerning a material’s composition, previous treatment and properties. Particular features of interest are grain size, phases present, Chemical homogeneity, distribution of phases and, elongated structures formed by melt spinning technique.

In a recent paper (Kamal, et al., 2015, Combustion and Flame, 162(10), 3896-3913), we reanalysed ... more In a recent paper (Kamal, et al., 2015, Combustion and Flame, 162(10), 3896-3913), we reanalysed single shot species and temperature measurements from non-swirling flames stabilized on the Cambridge/Sandia stratified burner by conditioning measurements on the local equivalence ratio, and found that the state space structure of the flames was closely approximated by that of a laminar flame at the given equivalence ratio. In the present communication, we show that the same state space relationships remain robust for species CH 4 , O 2 , H 2 O, and CO 2 in premixed and stratified flames under high swirl. Conditioned mass fractions of CO and H 2 in the stratified swirl flame show a greater effect of stratification than was observed in the non-swirling cases, and this is attributed to larger gradients in equivalence ratio that occur with the addition of swirl. Aside from this modest effect of stratification, major species mass fractions in the swirling flame are also closely approximated by laminar flame results at the local equivalence ratio.

Simultaneous Rayleigh scattering and OH-PLIF imaging measurements of temperature and OH were used... more Simultaneous Rayleigh scattering and OH-PLIF imaging measurements of temperature and OH were used to investigate the properties of turbulent premixed flames, including the nature of the 2D thermal structures and scalar dissipation rate in the Cambridge/Sandia swirling bluff body stabilized flames, with and without the effect of swirl. Swirl creates enhanced turbulence as well as outer flow entrainment, and disrupts the pre-flame zone significantly, whilst the high temperature reaction zone as marked by OH remains relatively intact. In particular, the temperature at the location of maximum OH gradient shows very low variance across the flame region. The 2D image analysis of OH and temperature shows that the corresponding 2D gradients are aligned up to a distance of half the laminar flame thickness away from the flame front, deviating significantly in the case of swirling flames beyond that region. As in previous investigations in diffusion flames, the mean width of the observed thermal structures increases from 300 to 600 microns near the flame, with a main mode around the laminar flame thermal width in the unswirled case. The correlation between 2D thermal fluctuation gradients and variance extracted from the images shows a direct proportionality, with a slope which agrees well with theory in the region of high turbulence away from the base. Background: The study has conducted on immunodeficient drug addicts. They were supplemented with ... more Background: The study has conducted on immunodeficient drug addicts. They were supplemented with immnunoenhancer antioxidant micronutrients aiming to improve the immunity. Method: Fifty immunodeficient drug addicts (IgG-deficient with impaired immune cells) were supplemented with vitamins E, C and β-carotene for 60 days. Twentyfive immunodeficient addicts treated as placebo control. Immunoglobulins and immune cells profile were analyzed before and on completion of micronutrients intervention. BMI of the study subjects were also assessed. Results: Supplementation of vitamin E, C and beta-carotene to the immnunodeficient drug addicts had significantly (p<0.05) increased BMI (18.3±2.4 vs 19.5±1.9), serum IgG (4.85±0.46g/L vs 6.06±0.65g/L), lymphocytes (60.2±19.5 vs 68.4±13.6), eosinophils (6.6±3.7 vs 7.8±5.9), but had decreased IgM (1.33±0.38 g/L vs 1.18±0.27g/L), monocytes (6.5±4.1 vs 5.2±2.3) and neutrophils (126.4±19.8 vs 118.5±16.2). BMI or immune components did not apparently alter in the placebo group during this 60 days period. However, compared to the placebo control group, supplementation of the micronutrients resulted in a significant (p<0.05) increase of IgG (6.06±0.65 g/L vs 5.04±0.40g/L), lymphocytes (68.4±13.6 vs 57.3±9.8), eosinophils (7.8±5.9 vs 6.1±2.3), but a decrease of IgM (1.18±0.27g/L vs 1.40±0.27g/L in the interventional group. Conclusion: Supplementation of immunoenhancing antioxidant vitamin E, C and β-carotene to immunodeficient subject upregulates immunity.

S o this paper provides a comprehensive review of the physical metallurgy and mechanical properties of the melt-spun ordered alloy based on Pb, Egyptian grid battery, Germany grid battery, Pb-13.1wt.%S b, Pb-13.1wt.%S b-6.9wt.%S n, Pb-13.1wt.%S b-5.9wt.%S n-1wt.%Ca, Pb-13.1wt.%S b-4.9wt.%S n-1wt.%Ca-1wt.%Al, Pb-1wt.%Ca and Pb-0.5wt.%S n-0.1wt.%Ca for storage battery applications. The results indicate that the composition of alloys plays an important role on grid batteries performed. It is found that Pb-0.5wt.%S n-0.1wt.%Ca can be used to make the grids used for ribbon grid lead-acid batteries.

Ketersediaan inang dapat mempengaruhi konsumsi, fekunditas M. sexmaculata dan sangat perlu diketa... more Ketersediaan inang dapat mempengaruhi konsumsi, fekunditas M. sexmaculata dan sangat perlu diketahui sebagai data awal untuk perbanyakan masal di laboratorium dan mengetahui potensi kinerja M. sexmaulata sebagai predator (musuh alami) pada saat pelepasan ke lapangan. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai dengan Juni 2011, bertempat di Laboratorium Taksonomi Hewan, Jurusan Biologi Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Sriwijaya, Inderalaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan memangsa pada tiga periode umur dewasa M. sexmaculata (prareproduksi, reproduksi dan post reproduksi), serta fekunditasnya pada ketersediaan inang yang berbeda 200, 300 dan 400 individu A.gossypii). Hasil penelitian menyimpulakan bahwa ketersediaan inang sangat mempengaruhi konsumsi fase perkembangan imago dan fekunditas M.sexmaculata. Pada kepadatan inang 300 individu A. gossypii, konsumsi umur prareproduksi imago M. sexmaculata paling tinggi, semakin muda umur imago M. sexmaculata semakin tinggi daya konsumsi dan semakin tinggi inang yang ada semakin tinggi fekunditas M. sexmaculata.

Satisfaction is person's feeling of pleasure or disappointment which is risen from comparing the perceived performance of the product (result) against their expectations. House Of Moo special product is milk. House Of Moo concerns on the customer's satisfaction. The customer satisfaction is the difference between the level of importance perceived performance or outcome compared with consumer perception. The purpose of the research is to know the influence of the three dimensions of customer's satisfaction they quality of service, price perception, and quality of products. The population of the research is the visitor of House Of Moo at Jl. Jatimulyo No. 1, Semarang. The data collection is done uses questionnaires. In the research, the writer's use multiple regression analysis. The results of multiple regression analysis is Y = 0,275 X 1 + 0,256 X 2 + 0,344 X 3. The most influential, in the independent variable throw dependent variable is the variable quality of products (0,344), variable quality of service (0,275), variable price preception (0,265). T test results proved that all independent variables (quality of service, price perception, and quality of products) had a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, customer satisfaction. The coefficient determination (adjusted R 2) is 0,509. This means 51% of the judgment of customer satisfaction is affected by the variable quality of service, price perception, and quality of products, and 49% are affected by other variables.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi diet dan olahraga tersebut dengan desain penelitian clinical trial terhadap 100 laki-laki berusia 25 – 55 tahun di PT Krama Yudha Ratu Motor. Responden dialokasikan secara acak dalam 4 kelompok perlakuan meliputi kelompok diet (A), kelompok olahraga jalan cepat (B), kelompok diet dan olahraga jalan cepat (C), dan kelompok kontrol (D). Kelompok A dan C menerima diet 5 hari dalam seminggu selama 8 minggu. Kelompok diet DASHI-J diberikan makan siang dan makan malam. And this research also aims to analyze the most dominant factors that influence on purchase decisions on the Bandeng Juwana Elrina Semarang. The population used in this study is consumers who ever or frequently come on the Bandeng Juwana Elrina Semarang. The sample in this study are 80 respondents and the techniques used are non-probability sampling technique with the approach of accidental sampling (sampling based on chance). Analytical methods used were quantitative analysis of multiple regression analysis. This analysis includes: validity and reliability, the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing by t test and F test, and analysis of determination coefficient (R 2 ). T he location variables have the most impact on purchasing decisions for 0,329, followed by quality of products variable amounting to 0,323. While the price variables have an influence lowest compared to other variables for 0,242. Hypothesis testing using t tests showing that the three independent variables are price (X1), quality of product (X2), and location (X3) which investigated proved positively and significantly affect the dependent variable is the purchase decision (Y). Then through the F test can be seen that the variables price, quality of product, and location eligible to test the dependent purchasing decisions. Adjusted R Square explained figures that 62,3% of purchase decisions variation can be explained by the three independent variables in multiple regression equations. While the rest of 37,7% was explained by other variables outside of the three variables used in this study.

Nano-composite silica-phosphate system (SiO 2-P 2 O 5) co-doped with Al 2 O 3 as a host material ... more Nano-composite silica-phosphate system (SiO 2-P 2 O 5) co-doped with Al 2 O 3 as a host material and prepared by sol gel technique in two forms monolith and thin film using multilayer spin-coating method were activated by Er 3+ and Yb 3+ ions as in the formula; [SiO 2 :11P 2 O 5 :3Al 2 O 3 :(1.2)Er:(1.2, 1.8 and 3)Yb]. The prepared samples have been synthesized using tetra-ethyl-orthosilicate (TEOS) and triethyl-phosphate (TEP) as precursor sources of silica and phosphorus oxides. The microstructure and crystallinity of the prepared samples will be characterized by using x-ray diffraction (XRD) which, imply that the crystallite sizes of [SiO 2 :11P 2 O 5 :3Al 2 O 3 :(1.2)Er:(1.2)Yb] at 500℃ for both thin film and monolith forms of the prepared samples were found to be equal to 35 and 33 nm, respectively. The refractive index will be evaluated by measuring the normal transmission and specular reflection of the prepared samples. The photoluminescence properties have analyzed in the visible wavelength range between 500 and 800 nm as a function of sample composition.

The experiment was concerned with developing of home-grown Lychee based different products, like ... more The experiment was concerned with developing of home-grown Lychee based different products, like squash and jelly to assess its prospect in respect to its marketability and food value. The fruits were collected from the local market and the pulp was extracted. Then the pulp was analyzed for proximate composition. The proximate analysis of lychee pulp showed 78.2% moisture, 17-18% TSS, 6.68% reducing sugar, 6.89% non-reducing sugar, 13.75% total sugar, 0.69% ash, 4.92 pH, 0.327% acidity and 1.2 mg/100gm vitamin C. Products were stored at room temperatures (28°C) and changes during storage were observed at an interval of 30 days for a period of 6 months. A testing panel consisting 10 panelists studied the acceptability of the samples. The consumer's preferences were measured by statistical analysis of the scores obtained from the response of the panel. Among the samples the following sample of squash, jelly was awarded the highest scores by the panelists; S-2 respectively.

Penelitian inidirancang untuk menguji tingkat pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan untuk mengetahuiapakah kualitas pelayan berupa wujud fisik (tangibles), kehandalan (reliability), daya tanggap(responsiveness), jaminan (assurance) dan kepedulian (emphaty) berpengaruh pada kepuasannasabah. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 194 mahasiswa dimana jumlahtersebut adalah jumlah mahasiswa yang bersedia mengisi kuesioner yang telah diberikan.Jumlah sampel tersebut dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Dari hasil penelitian secara parsialterdapat dua variabel independen yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasanpelanggan yaitu responsiveness dan empati. Kata kunci : wujud fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan kepedulian.

X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), temperature dependence of resistivity (TDR), and mechanical resonance method are performed. It's found that electrical conductivity (σ) and thermal conductivity (K) increased gradually by increasing In at.%. Melting temperature reduced from 470.12 K for Sn70 at.%- Bi15 at.%- Sb15 at.% to 427.13 K in Sn61 at.%- Bi15 at.%- Sb15 at.%- In9 at.%. Also, elastic moduli, internal friction and thermal diffusivity measured from melt-quenched ribbons.Â

Also, scanning electron microscopy combined with energy dispersive X-ray analysis (SEM-EDX). The results contribute to the understanding of the microstructure evolution in alloys of this type prepared by melt spinning technique. Microscopy can give information concerning a material’s composition, previous treatment and properties. Particular features of interest are grain size, phases present, Chemical homogeneity, distribution of phases and, elongated structures formed by melt spinning technique.

In a recent paper (Kamal, et al., 2015, Combustion and Flame, 162(10), 3896-3913), we reanalysed ... more In a recent paper (Kamal, et al., 2015, Combustion and Flame, 162(10), 3896-3913), we reanalysed single shot species and temperature measurements from non-swirling flames stabilized on the Cambridge/Sandia stratified burner by conditioning measurements on the local equivalence ratio, and found that the state space structure of the flames was closely approximated by that of a laminar flame at the given equivalence ratio. In the present communication, we show that the same state space relationships remain robust for species CH 4 , O 2 , H 2 O, and CO 2 in premixed and stratified flames under high swirl. Conditioned mass fractions of CO and H 2 in the stratified swirl flame show a greater effect of stratification than was observed in the non-swirling cases, and this is attributed to larger gradients in equivalence ratio that occur with the addition of swirl. Aside from this modest effect of stratification, major species mass fractions in the swirling flame are also closely approximated by laminar flame results at the local equivalence ratio.

Simultaneous Rayleigh scattering and OH-PLIF imaging measurements of temperature and OH were used... more Simultaneous Rayleigh scattering and OH-PLIF imaging measurements of temperature and OH were used to investigate the properties of turbulent premixed flames, including the nature of the 2D thermal structures and scalar dissipation rate in the Cambridge/Sandia swirling bluff body stabilized flames, with and without the effect of swirl. Swirl creates enhanced turbulence as well as outer flow entrainment, and disrupts the pre-flame zone significantly, whilst the high temperature reaction zone as marked by OH remains relatively intact. In particular, the temperature at the location of maximum OH gradient shows very low variance across the flame region. The 2D image analysis of OH and temperature shows that the corresponding 2D gradients are aligned up to a distance of half the laminar flame thickness away from the flame front, deviating significantly in the case of swirling flames beyond that region. As in previous investigations in diffusion flames, the mean width of the observed thermal structures increases from 300 to 600 microns near the flame, with a main mode around the laminar flame thermal width in the unswirled case. The correlation between 2D thermal fluctuation gradients and variance extracted from the images shows a direct proportionality, with a slope which agrees well with theory in the region of high turbulence away from the base. They were supplemented with immnunoenhancer antioxidant micronutrients aiming to improve the immunity. Method: Fifty immunodeficient drug addicts (IgG-deficient with impaired immune cells) were supplemented with vitamins E, C and β-carotene for 60 days. Twentyfive immunodeficient addicts treated as placebo control. Immunoglobulins and immune cells profile were analyzed before and on completion of micronutrients intervention. BMI of the study subjects were also assessed. Results: Supplementation of vitamin E, C and beta-carotene to the immnunodeficient drug addicts had significantly (p<0.05) increased BMI (18.3±2.4 vs 19.5±1.9), serum IgG (4.85±0.46g/L vs 6.06±0.65g/L), lymphocytes (60.2±19.5 vs 68.4±13.6), eosinophils (6.6±3.7 vs 7.8±5.9), but had decreased IgM (1.33±0.38 g/L vs 1.18±0.27g/L), monocytes (6.5±4.1 vs 5.2±2.3) and neutrophils (126.4±19.8 vs 118.5±16.2). BMI or immune components did not apparently alter in the placebo group during this 60 days period. However, compared to the placebo control group, supplementation of the micronutrients resulted in a significant (p<0.05) increase of IgG (6.06±0.65 g/L vs 5.04±0.40g/L), lymphocytes (68.4±13.6 vs 57.3±9.8), eosinophils (7.8±5.9 vs 6.1±2.3), but a decrease of IgM (1.18±0.27g/L vs 1.40±0.27g/L in the interventional group. Conclusion: Supplementation of immunoenhancing antioxidant vitamin E, C and β-carotene to immunodeficient subject upregulates immunity.

S o this paper provides a comprehensive review of the physical metallurgy and mechanical properties of the melt-spun ordered alloy based on Pb, Egyptian grid battery, Germany grid battery, Pb-13.1wt.%S b, Pb-13.1wt.%S b-6.9wt.%S n, Pb-13.1wt.%S b-5.9wt.%S n-1wt.%Ca, Pb-13.1wt.%S b-4.9wt.%S n-1wt.%Ca-1wt.%Al, Pb-1wt.%Ca and Pb-0.5wt.%S n-0.1wt.%Ca for storage battery applications. The results indicate that the composition of alloys plays an important role on grid batteries performed. It is found that Pb-0.5wt.%S n-0.1wt.%Ca can be used to make the grids used for ribbon grid lead-acid batteries.

Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai dengan Juni 2011, bertempat di Laboratorium Taksonomi Hewan, Jurusan Biologi Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Sriwijaya, Inderalaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan memangsa pada tiga periode umur dewasa M. sexmaculata (prareproduksi, reproduksi dan post reproduksi), serta fekunditasnya pada ketersediaan inang yang berbeda 200, 300 dan 400 individu A.gossypii). Hasil penelitian menyimpulakan bahwa ketersediaan inang sangat mempengaruhi konsumsi fase perkembangan imago dan fekunditas M.sexmaculata. Pada kepadatan inang 300 individu A. gossypii, konsumsi umur prareproduksi imago M. sexmaculata paling tinggi, semakin muda umur imago M. sexmaculata semakin tinggi daya konsumsi dan semakin tinggi inang yang ada semakin tinggi fekunditas M. sexmaculata.

Satisfaction is person's feeling of pleasure or disappointment which is risen from comparing the perceived performance of the product (result) against their expectations. House Of Moo special product is milk. House Of Moo concerns on the customer's satisfaction. The customer satisfaction is the difference between the level of importance perceived performance or outcome compared with consumer perception. The purpose of the research is to know the influence of the three dimensions of customer's satisfaction they quality of service, price perception, and quality of products. The population of the research is the visitor of House Of Moo at Jl. Jatimulyo No. 1, Semarang. The data collection is done uses questionnaires. In the research, the writer's use multiple regression analysis. The results of multiple regression analysis is Y = 0,275 X 1 + 0,256 X 2 + 0,344 X 3. The most influential, in the independent variable throw dependent variable is the variable quality of products (0,344), variable quality of service (0,275), variable price preception (0,265). T test results proved that all independent variables (quality of service, price perception, and quality of products) had a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, customer satisfaction. The coefficient determination (adjusted R 2) is 0,509. This means 51% of the judgment of customer satisfaction is affected by the variable quality of service, price perception, and quality of products, and 49% are affected by other variables.

And this research also aims to analyze the most dominant factors that influence on purchase decisions on the Bandeng Juwana Elrina Semarang. The population used in this study is consumers who ever or frequently come on the Bandeng Juwana Elrina Semarang. The sample in this study are 80 respondents and the techniques used are non-probability sampling technique with the approach of accidental sampling (sampling based on chance). Analytical methods used were quantitative analysis of multiple regression analysis. This analysis includes: validity and reliability, the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing by t test and F test, and analysis of determination coefficient (R 2 ). T he location variables have the most impact on purchasing decisions for 0,329, followed by quality of products variable amounting to 0,323. While the price variables have an influence lowest compared to other variables for 0,242. Hypothesis testing using t tests showing that the three independent variables are price (X1), quality of product (X2), and location (X3) which investigated proved positively and significantly affect the dependent variable is the purchase decision (Y). Then through the F test can be seen that the variables price, quality of product, and location eligible to test the dependent purchasing decisions. Adjusted R Square explained figures that 62,3% of purchase decisions variation can be explained by the three independent variables in multiple regression equations. While the rest of 37,7% was explained by other variables outside of the three variables used in this study.

Nano-composite silica-phosphate system (SiO 2-P 2 O 5) co-doped with Al 2 O 3 as a host material ... more Nano-composite silica-phosphate system (SiO 2-P 2 O 5) co-doped with Al 2 O 3 as a host material and prepared by sol gel technique in two forms monolith and thin film using multilayer spin-coating method were activated by Er 3+ and Yb 3+ ions as in the formula; [SiO 2 :11P 2 O 5 :3Al 2 O 3 :(1.2)Er:(1.2, 1.8 and 3)Yb]. The prepared samples have been synthesized using tetra-ethyl-orthosilicate (TEOS) and triethyl-phosphate (TEP) as precursor sources of silica and phosphorus oxides. The microstructure and crystallinity of the prepared samples will be characterized by using x-ray diffraction (XRD) which, imply that the crystallite sizes of [SiO 2 :11P 2 O 5 :3Al 2 O 3 :(1.2)Er:(1.2)Yb] at 500℃ for both thin film and monolith forms of the prepared samples were found to be equal to 35 and 33 nm, respectively. The refractive index will be evaluated by measuring the normal transmission and specular reflection of the prepared samples. The photoluminescence properties have analyzed in the visible wavelength range between 500 and 800 nm as a function of sample composition.

The experiment was concerned with developing of home-grown Lychee based different products, like ... more The experiment was concerned with developing of home-grown Lychee based different products, like squash and jelly to assess its prospect in respect to its marketability and food value. The fruits were collected from the local market and the pulp was extracted. Then the pulp was analyzed for proximate composition. The proximate analysis of lychee pulp showed 78.2% moisture, 17-18% TSS, 6.68% reducing sugar, 6.89% non-reducing sugar, 13.75% total sugar, 0.69% ash, 4.92 pH, 0.327% acidity and 1.2 mg/100gm vitamin C. Products were stored at room temperatures (28°C) and changes during storage were observed at an interval of 30 days for a period of 6 months. A testing panel consisting 10 panelists studied the acceptability of the samples. The consumer's preferences were measured by statistical analysis of the scores obtained from the response of the panel. Among the samples the following sample of squash, jelly was awarded the highest scores by the panelists; S-2 respectively.
