One of general problem in the production of blood donors is total number of demands that not equal to production quantities that available in inventory system of blood donation. One of the constraints on the supply chain issues for the blood supply where blood is a perishable product. This research is modeling the supply chain distribution so that model can be used to minimize the operational costs of hospital of blood availability due to the level demand and the type of blood group.
