Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan hubungan antara teologi reformator... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan hubungan antara teologi reformator dengan pandangan orang Kristen Eropa reformasi tentang hakikat gereja dalam kehidupan sebagai pengikut Yesus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan hubungan antara teologi reformator dengan pandangan orang Eropa Kristen tentang hakikat gereja dalam kehidupan sebagai pengikut Yesus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data, studi kepustakaan dan analisis data adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teologi panggilan Luther di segala bidang kehidupan dan teologi predestinasi, pengudusan dan pembenaran Calvin menjadi dasar perubahan etos kerja masyarakat Eropa saat itu. Mereka melihat kerja dan hasil kerja adalah bagian dari iman, oleh karena itu mereka bekerja keras, menghargai waktu dan menghargai hasil kerja atau materi. Jadi bekerja adalah bagian dari kehidupan iman. Dalam perkembangan selanjutnya, terjadi apresiasi yang berlebihan terhadap material atau kapitalisme karena sekularisasi budaya kerja yang semula merupakan bagian dari keimanan. Padahal, Kapitalisme ini tidak sesuai dengan etika Kristen.

The habit of debit and credit has become tradition in human culture as far back as. The system of... more The habit of debit and credit has become tradition in human culture as far back as. The system of debit and credit also happened in outgrowth. In hundreds years, it expand from barter system in primitive society towards variety methods, until now. There are many ways for people to get loans, and morover in easier manner. The commonly way in taking the allowance is by using bailed out. Thats why,nowdays there so many institution or person pop out to offer a term loan, such as bank, cooperative (enterprise) that emerge in saving and loan, credit union, financing instituion, loan office, and even moneylender. This research is needed to help emerge any understanding into some problem solving on how the christian ethics addressing the alternatives to face this problem of pawning.

T... more Cultural paradigm reconstruction in Economic practical of Rambu Solo' in North Torajan Regency. The economic cultural transformation in Torajan funeral ceremony is a kind of reconstruction how to give or make charity to the grieving family, from pig, buffalo or any other object and transform into money or capital. These changes are interested to be studied, especially on the impact that inflicted by this cultural reconstruction. This research is using the qualitative approach which run in descriptive methods. Finally, all data will be exposed in real narratives and qualitative analytic. The results of this research are: 1.the economic cultural reconstruction in funeral ceremony in North Toraja is leaving some pig or buffalo to resell, the value of the pig or buffalo is exchange into the money. 2.the impact of this economic reconstruction is that the grief burden especially in economic aspect was lighter and easier. Either the people who come to bring their help (pig, buffalo), shall be more practical and simpler.

The research in this paper seeks to find some thought as a product of research that examines the ... more The research in this paper seeks to find some thought as a product of research that examines the important role of Paul's mission in the early church planting. In addition, this article will examine the pattern of Paul's mission so that church growth is very sporadic. The purpose of this research is to show that Paul's success strategy in mission is very worthy and interesting to be researched and studied, so that it becomes a cornerstone for the church today to continue Paul's mission pattern. Methodology in this research is going to use the theory of Francis Watson which based on the freedom of Paul mission, and also it want to take advantage based on the theory of Terence L. Donaldson that stated the universalism of Paul mission. This research shows that through God's help, Paul succeeded in establishing Gentiles churches. The churches today may learn that the preaching of the Gospel to the new generation today has its own challenges, because the different context. Another thing that today's church needs to learn is that Paul's passion and strategy in his mission has enabled him to build churches for other nations in various places for the glory of Christ.

As we see now that our world is borderless. The communication is rapidly informed, and we could feel, hear, see clearly that such as sophisticated so as every event in "the edge of this earth" could be known to us almost in the same time while it happened. The result of this research has found that this revolution has totaly change our interpersonal communication way. This study also suggest that in delivery their mission, christian and the church leader ought to recreate and transform their duty to serve. The most basicly community of the churc is family, thats why this research is put a special notice to the interpersonal communication. This is the strategic point to form christian generation to have their own identity and assist them in faith grow as the child of God.

The aim of this research is to explain and describe the relationship between reformed theology and the reform of European Christians' views on the nature of the church in life as followers of Jesus. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques, literature studies and data analysis is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that Luther's theology of vocations in all areas of life and Calvin's theology of predestination, sanctification, and justification became the basis for changes in the work ethic of European society at that time.
