Mathematics education and teaching should not only include routine tasks; but tasks that need pra... more Mathematics education and teaching should not only include routine tasks; but tasks that need practice and memorization are mathematically more prosperous and more difficult because they promote problem-solving, investigation, and the discovery of the actual value of mathematical assertions. Therefore, the teacher must be able to select, create, and modify assignments under the established goals. This study attempts to examine opportunities and challenges that teachers encounter while adopting problem-based tasks. The subjects involved in this study were three secondary school mathematics teachers that are acceptable, in East Java, Indonesia. The teachers involved have more than five years of teaching experience and have good academic qualifications. The data collection consisted of observing three classes of secondary school during the implementation of a problem-based task related to the topic of rectangles and algebra. The study begins with the introduction and giving of several examples of problem-based tasks in secondary school mathematics designed to foster advanced learners' critical thinking and creativity. The findings show that teachers gain new knowledge about problem-based assignments and pedagogical insights on how they explain them to students. The results also provide an overview of the challenges for teachers to design and implement problem-based tasks.

In the process of learning mathematics, many aspects must be considered so that the goal of learning can be achieved. Learning paradigm that just makes students memorize many do not understand mathematical concepts. While understanding the concept is a very important factor in the learning of mathematics and basic things that should be owned by the students.Students who have a good understanding of the concepts that will have an impact on its ability to resolve problems and tasks given in the study of mathematics, this is indicated by the learning outcomes in the form of test scores. The success of achieving standards that have been defined.To achieve this, there are various strategies that can be used, one strategy is through cooperative learning of Jigsaw. Jigsaw type of cooperative learning characterized by spesialias assignment (team of experts). The study describes the students' understanding on the concept of inverse function through cooperative learning jigsaw. This research is a classroom action research using a qualitative approach, the instrument used (1) a test sheet, (2) observation sheets teacher activity and student activities, and (3) sheet autorefleksi. Based on the research, test data that 90, 63% of students to retrieve a value of more than or equal to 75 in accordance with the chief engineer, the data of teacher activity observation 98% category very well and observation data of student activity 90% very good category, as well as data auto reflection students feel happy with the model of learning is done. The results of preliminary observations indicate that students' mathematical communication skills are still low. This research is a classroom action research aimed at implementing jigsaw cooperative learning with a think-talk-write method to improve the mathematical communication skills of students of class XI Language in SMA 1 Kepanjen on Probability material. The subjects in this study were 20 students of class XI Language 2014/2015 academic year. Data is collected from the results of the final test of action, observation of the actions of teachers and students. The results of the first cycle of data analysis indicate that the implementation of learning is in very good criteria, 85% of students have minimal mathematical communication skills in good criteria and the average score of students' mathematical communication skills increases. Nevertheless, student activities are still insufficient criteria. Therefore, a second cycle is needed. The results of the second cycle of data analysis indicate that the implementation of learning is in very good criteria, student activities in good criteria, 90% of students have minimal mathematical communication skills in good criteria and the average score of students' mathematical communication skills increases. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the type of jigsaw cooperative learning with think-talk-write can improve the mathematical communication skills of students of class XI Language in SMA 1 Kepanjen on Probability material.

Background: Statistical reasoning plays an important role in decision making, as the latter requi... more Background: Statistical reasoning plays an important role in decision making, as the latter requires the individual to be able to connect and relate various aspects and ideas. Objectives: This study aimed to describe the student's statistical reasoning process using a commognitive framework based on the task of making decisions. Design: This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive exploratory design. Setting and Participants: Respondents in this study were students majoring in mathematics in the fourth and sixth semesters. There were 58 students involved; three of them were research subjects. Data collection and analysis: The authors gave students a task containing a question. The question had to do with choosing one out of six employees who were most successful at their jobs. Results: The findings in this study indicate two main aspects when carrying out the statistical reasoning process using a commognitive framework in making decisions: 1) the visual mediator created when representing data is the foundation for analysing and interpreting data. Visual mediators that were irrelevant to data had an impact on the emergence of ritualised routine, resulting in an illogical decision; 2) substantiations narrative, in the form of involving various aspects of decision making, and memorisation narrative, in the form of rules related to mathematical or statistical concepts in decision making, were tools to minimise the risks arising from the decisions made. Conclusions: Commognitive framework could be used as a tool when students carried out statistical reasoning process in making complex decisions. It was important to make a visual mediator matching the data display when students represented data.

Hasil studi pendahuluan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa belum dapat me... more Hasil studi pendahuluan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa belum dapat menduga rumus dari pola yang terbentuk dan tidak mampu menghubungkan kembali ke konteks masalah. Hal ini berkaitan dengan penalaran induktif yaitu pada tahap menduga rumus dan generalisasi.Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan profil penalaran induktif siswa dalam memecahkan masalah Numerasi pada materi pola bilangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 12 Malang. Tahap penalaran induktif siswa yaitu memahami masalah, mengorganisasi masalah, mencari dan menduga pola, menduga rumus, memvalidasi dugaan, dan generalisasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga siswa kelas VIII C SMP Negeri 12 Malang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan soal berupa masalah numerasi pada materi pola bilangan dan pedoman wawancara. Analisis data kualitatif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa berkemampuan tinggi dapat melakukan semua aktivitas penalaran induktif, siswa berkemampuan sedang melakukan penalaran induktif sampai aktivitas mencari dan menduga pola, dan siswa berkemampuan rendah tidak melakukan penalaran induktif. Hal ini mengakibatkan rendahnya literasi matematika contohnya dalam menerapkan rancangan model matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi literasi matematika tipe gaya kognitif field independent (FD) dan field dependent (FI) pada siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal trigonometri. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 4 siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Srengat terdiri dari kuat lemahnya kategori gaya kognitif field independent dan field dependent. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan lembar wawancara dan lembar tes yang terdiri dari GEFT dan tes literasi matematika. Analisis tes literasi matematika mengacu pada indikator dari tiga tahapan literasi matematika yang dikembangkan dari OECD (2021) yaitu merumuskan (formulate), menggunakan (employ), interpretasi (interprete). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) subjek FD lemah (FDL) mampu memenuhi satu tahapan literasi matematika merumuskan (formulate); (2) subjek FD kuat (FDK) mampu pada satu tahapan literasi matematika merumuskan (formulate); (3) subjek FI lemah (FIL) mampu menguasai ketiga tahapan literasi matematika dengan tahapan menggunakan (employ) konsep perbandingan trigonometri; (4) subjek FI kuat (FIK) mampu menguasai ketiga tahapan literasi matematika dengan tahapan menggunakan (employ) konsep aturan sinus dalam segitiga sebarang.

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts to build mathematical problem-solving abilities of junior high school students, especially in the number operations material caused by the lack of attention and involvement of students in the learning process, students' difficulties in understanding story problems related to contextual problems, and students who were less active and creative. in constructing problem-solving ideas. Therefore, we need a learning model that can build students' mathematical problem-solving skills, namely the problem-based learning model. This research was conducted at SMPN 25 Malang as classroom action research (CAR) which refers to the MC Taggart learning model which was carried out for two cycles. The study was carried out on 31 students of class VII.C. The results of this study indicate that the test results of students' mathematical problem-solving abilities have changed for the better from cycle I to cycle II, where in cycle II the average score has reached 76 and the criteria for completeness have exceeded the mastery limit, which is 87.10%. In this case, it can be concluded that the application of the problem-based learning model can build the mathematical solving abilities of students in class VII-C of SMPN 25 Malang.

Mathematics task as one of the vital components in mathematics teacher education has been sparsely investigated. The purpose of this research is to explore mathematics teachers’ beliefs and practices in applying a problem-based task after attending one-semester online teacher professional training funded by the Ministry of Education. This is a mixed-method research design with data collected by distributing questionnaires to 105 mathematics teachers from 24 provinces in Indonesia after accomplishing an online professional training program to determine their self-reported beliefs about mathematical problem-based tasks. The aim of this study is to describe the recursive and explicit strategies of algebraic generaliz... more The aim of this study is to describe the recursive and explicit strategies of algebraic generalization used by 11 st grade students based on their cognitive styles and used descriptive qualitative methodology. The subject consisted of 3 field dependent and 3 field independent students. Given 2 tasks to determine the strategies used by students. The problem given are related to near and far generalization. The recursive strategy requires the subject to know the relationship of each term to determine the pattern, whereas the explicit strategy allows the subject to use various rules accordingly. The results show that FD and FI subject use recursive strategy for near generalization problem. But for far generalization problem, FD use recursive and FI use explisit strategy. The findings of this study is there was one subjecf of FI that use recursive strategy for far generalization problem. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi rekursif dan eksplisit generalisasi aljabar siswa kelas XI yang ditinjau dari gaya kognitif dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah masing-masing tiga siswa field dependent(FD) dan field independent(FI). Diberikan dua masalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan oleh siswa. Masalah yang diberikuan berkaitan dengan generalisasi sederhana dan rumit. Strategi rekursif mengharuskan subjek untuk mengetahui hubungan tiap suku untuk menentukan pola, sedangkan strategi eksplisit memungkinkan subjek untuk menggunakan berbagai aturan yang sesuai. Hasil penelitian adalah subjek FD dan FI menggunakan strategi rekursif untuk generalisasi sederhana, sedangkan generalisasi rumit subjek FD menggunakan strategi rekursif. Namun subjek FI menggunakan strategi eksplisit. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada 1 subjek FI yang menggunakan strategi rekursif untuk menyelesaikan generalisasi rumit.

The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Subjects of this research is three students who had knowledge of geometry level 2 (Informal Deduction) based on Van Hiele's theory. The results showed that subjects at level 2 (Informal Deduction) knowledge of Van Hiele's geometry were able to carry out looking back steps in solving mathematical problems. In addition, the subject is also able to provide more than one way of solving problems and can train students' ability to solve problems. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendiskripsikan kemampuan memeriksa kembali (looking back) siswa SMP Negeri 2 Tegalsiwalan Kabupaten Probolinggo dalam menyelesaikan masalah bangun datar segiempat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah tiga siswa yang memiliki pengetahuan geometri tingkat 2 (Deduksi Informal) berdasarkan teori Van Hiele. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek mampu melaksanakan langkah looking back dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika. Selain itu, subjek juga mampu memberikan lebih dari satu cara dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan dapat melatih kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah.

Pendekatan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Subjek yang dipilih sebanyak enam orang dari 37 siswa dengan masing-masing dua siswa yang memiliki kemampuan matematis rendah, sedang dan tinggi di kelas IX. 1 SMP Negeri 138 Jakarta tahun ajaran 2021-2022. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah soal geometri yang dikaitkan dengan konteks sosial budaya dari beberapa daerah di Indonesia dan pedoman wawancara terhadap subjek penelitian. Teknik analisa yang digunakan ialah dengan memeriksa hasil pekerjaan siswa berdasarkan indikator yang ditetapkan didukung oleh hasil wawancara subjek penelitian dan selanjutnya dibuat narasi deskriptif untuk menggambarkan kemampuan subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjuukan bahwa subjek dengan kemampuan rendah masih belum bisa memahami makna masalah yang disajikan berakibat belum memenuhi capaian indiaktor dalam kemampuan literasi numerasi sedangkan subjek dengan kemampuan sedang masih terdapat beberapa indikator kemampuan literasi numerasi yang tidak dipenuhi seperti kemampuan representasi dan penggunaan simbol dan bahasa dan subjek dengan kemampuan tinggi mampu mengimplementasikan pemahaman matematisnya untuk menyelesaikan soal sehingga telah memenuhi capaian indikator kemampuan literasi numerasi.

This problem becomes important, because it will affect the continuity regarding the study period of students, and it will affect the college and future students concern as well. Therefore, a learning model that is oriented to review the journal as the main activity needs to be applied, while the appropriate model is Research based learning. Thus optimization of journal review on the learning activities can assist students in completing the thesis proposal.

If the existing cognitive structure works well, the students will reach an equilibration process to explain the newly acquired knowledge when they interact to their environment. When existing cognitive structures fail to react to new information, there is cognitive conflict that causes individuals to chase reeculibration through existing cognitive structures. The individual will move up to a higher level of equilibrium development after the accommodation process is carried out. Cognitive conflict is defined as a person's awareness of a mismatch between the cognitive structure possessed and the new information they have received. Hence, it is needed to present the results of a study of the profile of cognitive conflict in mathematics education majors IAIN Tulungagung in this article, that results can be used by teachers to make appropriate improvements to the conceptualization of students.

This descriptive qualitative study involved 32 students from the Department of Mathematics Education. The result showed that subjects who were non-critical thinkers exhibited carelessness in understanding, recognizing errors, and overviewing the tasks because they believed that mathematical tasks are always right and problem-solving with formulas and procedures results in correct solutions. On the other hand, critical-thinker students were more careful in comprehending the tasks, checking the errors, and doing an overview. To make quality math assignments requires knowledge from the teacher about content and students, who are subdomains of mathematical knowledge to teach. This knowledge needs to be developed in prospective mathematics teachers since programmed teacher education. By focusing on one of the basic concepts in mathematics, namely the concept of function, research was conducted on 25 mathematics teacher candidates. The subjects in this study were 20 students of class XI Language 2014/2015 academic year. Data is collected from the results of the final test of action, observation of the actions of teachers and students. The results of the first cycle of data analysis indicate that the implementation of learning is in very good criteria, 85% of students have minimal mathematical communication skills in good criteria and the average score of students' mathematical communication skills increases. Nevertheless, student activities are still insufficient criteria. Therefore, a second cycle is needed. The results of the second cycle of data analysis indicate that the implementation of learning is in very good criteria, student activities in good criteria, 90% of students have minimal mathematical communication skills in good criteria and the average score of students' mathematical communication skills increases. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the type of jigsaw cooperative learning with think-talk-write can improve the mathematical communication skills of students of class XI Language in SMA 1 Kepanjen on Probability material.

Background: Statistical reasoning plays an important role in decision making, as the latter requi... more Background: Statistical reasoning plays an important role in decision making, as the latter requires the individual to be able to connect and relate various aspects and ideas. Objectives: This study aimed to describe the student's statistical reasoning process using a commognitive framework based on the task of making decisions. Design: This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive exploratory design. Setting and Participants: Respondents in this study were students majoring in mathematics in the fourth and sixth semesters. There were 58 students involved; three of them were research subjects. Data collection and analysis: The authors gave students a task containing a question. The question had to do with choosing one out of six employees who were most successful at their jobs. Results: The findings in this study indicate two main aspects when carrying out the statistical reasoning process using a commognitive framework in making decisions: 1) the visual mediator created when representing data is the foundation for analysing and interpreting data. Visual mediators that were irrelevant to data had an impact on the emergence of ritualised routine, resulting in an illogical decision; 2) substantiations narrative, in the form of involving various aspects of decision making, and memorisation narrative, in the form of rules related to mathematical or statistical concepts in decision making, were tools to minimise the risks arising from the decisions made. Conclusions: Commognitive framework could be used as a tool when students carried out statistical reasoning process in making complex decisions. It was important to make a visual mediator matching the data display when students represented data.

Hal ini berkaitan dengan penalaran induktif yaitu pada tahap menduga rumus dan generalisasi.Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan profil penalaran induktif siswa dalam memecahkan masalah Numerasi pada materi pola bilangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 12 Malang. Tahap penalaran induktif siswa yaitu memahami masalah, mengorganisasi masalah, mencari dan menduga pola, menduga rumus, memvalidasi dugaan, dan generalisasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga siswa kelas VIII C SMP Negeri 12 Malang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan soal berupa masalah numerasi pada materi pola bilangan dan pedoman wawancara. Analisis data kualitatif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa berkemampuan tinggi dapat melakukan semua aktivitas penalaran induktif, siswa berkemampuan sedang melakukan penalaran induktif sampai aktivitas mencari dan menduga pola, dan siswa berkemampuan rendah tidak melakukan penalaran induktif. Hal ini mengakibatkan rendahnya literasi matematika contohnya dalam menerapkan rancangan model matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi literasi matematika tipe gaya kognitif field independent (FD) dan field dependent (FI) pada siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal trigonometri. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 4 siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Srengat terdiri dari kuat lemahnya kategori gaya kognitif field independent dan field dependent. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan lembar wawancara dan lembar tes yang terdiri dari GEFT dan tes literasi matematika. Analisis tes literasi matematika mengacu pada indikator dari tiga tahapan literasi matematika yang dikembangkan dari OECD (2021) yaitu merumuskan (formulate), menggunakan (employ), interpretasi (interprete). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) subjek FD lemah (FDL) mampu memenuhi satu tahapan literasi matematika merumuskan (formulate); (2) subjek FD kuat (FDK) mampu pada satu tahapan literasi matematika merumuskan (formulate); (3) subjek FI lemah (FIL) mampu menguasai ketiga tahapan literasi matematika dengan tahapan menggunakan (employ) konsep perbandingan trigonometri; (4) subjek FI kuat (FIK) mampu menguasai ketiga tahapan literasi matematika dengan tahapan menggunakan (employ) konsep aturan sinus dalam segitiga sebarang.

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts to build mathematical problem-solving abilities of junior high school students, especially in the number operations material caused by the lack of attention and involvement of students in the learning process, students' difficulties in understanding story problems related to contextual problems, and students who were less active and creative. in constructing problem-solving ideas. Therefore, we need a learning model that can build students' mathematical problem-solving skills, namely the problem-based learning model. This research was conducted at SMPN 25 Malang as classroom action research (CAR) which refers to the MC Taggart learning model which was carried out for two cycles. The study was carried out on 31 students of class VII.C. The results of this study indicate that the test results of students' mathematical problem-solving abilities have changed for the better from cycle I to cycle II, where in cycle II the average score has reached 76 and the criteria for completeness have exceeded the mastery limit, which is 87.10%. In this case, it can be concluded that the application of the problem-based learning model can build the mathematical solving abilities of students in class VII-C of SMPN 25 Malang.

The subject consisted of 3 field dependent and 3 field independent students. Given 2 tasks to determine the strategies used by students. The problem given are related to near and far generalization. The recursive strategy requires the subject to know the relationship of each term to determine the pattern, whereas the explicit strategy allows the subject to use various rules accordingly. The results show that FD and FI subject use recursive strategy for near generalization problem. But for far generalization problem, FD use recursive and FI use explisit strategy. The findings of this study is there was one subjecf of FI that use recursive strategy for far generalization problem. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi rekursif dan eksplisit generalisasi aljabar siswa kelas XI yang ditinjau dari gaya kognitif dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah masing-masing tiga siswa field dependent(FD) dan field independent(FI). Diberikan dua masalah untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan oleh siswa. Masalah yang diberikuan berkaitan dengan generalisasi sederhana dan rumit. Strategi rekursif mengharuskan subjek untuk mengetahui hubungan tiap suku untuk menentukan pola, sedangkan strategi eksplisit memungkinkan subjek untuk menggunakan berbagai aturan yang sesuai. Hasil penelitian adalah subjek FD dan FI menggunakan strategi rekursif untuk generalisasi sederhana, sedangkan generalisasi rumit subjek FD menggunakan strategi rekursif. Namun subjek FI menggunakan strategi eksplisit. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada 1 subjek FI yang menggunakan strategi rekursif untuk menyelesaikan generalisasi rumit.

The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Subjects of this research is three students who had knowledge of geometry level 2 (Informal Deduction) based on Van Hiele's theory. The results showed that subjects at level 2 (Informal Deduction) knowledge of Van Hiele's geometry were able to carry out looking back steps in solving mathematical problems. In addition, the subject is also able to provide more than one way of solving problems and can train students' ability to solve problems. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendiskripsikan kemampuan memeriksa kembali (looking back) siswa SMP Negeri 2 Tegalsiwalan Kabupaten Probolinggo dalam menyelesaikan masalah bangun datar segiempat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah tiga siswa yang memiliki pengetahuan geometri tingkat 2 (Deduksi Informal) berdasarkan teori Van Hiele. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek mampu melaksanakan langkah looking back dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Subjek yang dipilih sebanyak enam orang dari 37 siswa dengan masing-masing dua siswa yang memiliki kemampuan matematis rendah, sedang dan tinggi di kelas IX. 1 SMP Negeri 138 Jakarta tahun ajaran 2021-2022. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah soal geometri yang dikaitkan dengan konteks sosial budaya dari beberapa daerah di Indonesia dan pedoman wawancara terhadap subjek penelitian. Teknik analisa yang digunakan ialah dengan memeriksa hasil pekerjaan siswa berdasarkan indikator yang ditetapkan didukung oleh hasil wawancara subjek penelitian dan selanjutnya dibuat narasi deskriptif untuk menggambarkan kemampuan subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjuukan bahwa subjek dengan kemampuan rendah masih belum bisa memahami makna masalah yang disajikan berakibat belum memenuhi capaian indiaktor dalam kemampuan literasi numerasi sedangkan subjek dengan kemampuan sedang masih terdapat beberapa indikator kemampuan literasi numerasi yang tidak dipenuhi seperti kemampuan representasi dan penggunaan simbol dan bahasa dan subjek dengan kemampuan tinggi mampu mengimplementasikan pemahaman matematisnya untuk menyelesaikan soal sehingga telah memenuhi capaian indikator kemampuan literasi numerasi.

If the existing cognitive structure works well, the students will reach an equilibration process to explain the newly acquired knowledge when they interact to their environment. When existing cognitive structures fail to react to new information, there is cognitive conflict that causes individuals to chase reeculibration through existing cognitive structures. The individual will move up to a higher level of equilibrium development after the accommodation process is carried out. Cognitive conflict is defined as a person's awareness of a mismatch between the cognitive structure possessed and the new information they have received. Hence, it is needed to present the results of a study of the profile of cognitive conflict in mathematics education majors IAIN Tulungagung in this article, that results can be used by teachers to make appropriate improvements to the conceptualization of students.

This descriptive qualitative study involved 32 students from the Department of Mathematics Education. The result showed that subjects who were non-critical thinkers exhibited carelessness in understanding, recognizing errors, and overviewing the tasks because they believed that mathematical tasks are always right and problem-solving with formulas and procedures results in correct solutions. On the other hand, critical-thinker students were more careful in comprehending the tasks, checking the errors, and doing an overview.
