In the natural sciences the principles of proof and refutation coexist separately excluding each other, in social and humanitarian sciences they are inseparable and presuppose each other. Humanities and social sciences bear the contradiction between subjectivity and striving for objectivity; the struggle between scientific schools and the desire to develop a single glance; between the need for evidence based knowledge and limited source (including empirical) basis.

This article presents experience of developing guidelines for the pedagogical design of electronic courses based on the Moodle distance learning system. Methodological recommendations on the pedagogical design of electronic courses are aimed at providing the necessary meaningful information, forming a certain sequence of presentation and introduction of modern digital ways to convey educational content. The main task of the research is to develop methods of distance learning by introducing modern information technologies. John Keller's motivation model formed the basis for the concept of distance learning methodology. The purpose of the study is to develop rational and effective guidelines for the pedagogical design of distance courses based on the Moodle educational environment. The eigenvalues and accumulated variances of the experimental data formed the basis for the factor analysis procedure.

Cognitive styles can determine success in learning, as they are manifested in the individual characteristics of the cognitive processes of students, their ways of perception, thinking, and action. Special attention is paid to the problems of connection of cognitive styles with interhemispheric brain asymmetry, level of intelligence, and motivation of a personality. The article underlines a very important for the learning process individual characteristic of a student. It is 'differentiation of the field', which means the influence of differences of the external environment on human decision-making. Differentiation of the field is described in terms of field dependence-field independence. Field dependence as a cognitive style means dominance of the whole, a lack of differentiation of parts in an image of perception, a disability to overcome the context, to select separate stimuli from the background. Field independence is an ability to resist the influence of conflicting background signs in the perception of visual forms and ties, an ability to perceive the whole, to allocate parts from complex figures, to choose stimuli from a context. In the conducted experimental research there were offered examples of tasks that allow to form cognitive 'flexibility' and overcome difficulties of students in analyzing geometric problems text. There were highlighted types of such tasks that were characterized by an educational effect. The conclusions from the experiment show that taking into account the parameters of cognitive styles with regular use of the system of developed tasks has a positive impact on the achievement of subject results in teaching students. The analysis of scientific and educational literature was carried out in order to make the understanding of the categories in this insufficiently researched area available to a wide range of school teachers.

The current knowledge paradigm in professional pedagogical education does not ensure the progress of future teachers' professionally important qualities, such as professional self-awareness, a set of future teachers' knowledge of their inner world, abilities, and self-evaluation. The review of some special issues reveals a decreasing motivation, partial loss of valuable attitude to teaching career of pedagogical students possessing theoretical knowledge, practical skills acquired in the course of high school special training. Nowadays there are constantly conducted studies of students 'personal characteristics and their ideas about themselves. However, experiments on the dynamics of future teachers' ideas about themselves as future professionals are not carrying out. This paper highlights substantiation of the relevance and importance of this problem in terms of professional self-determination and future teachers' personality formation. It discovers approaches to professional self-awareness of modern future teachers' enhancement. Modeling of a common pedagogical system with interrelated structural components and stages united by students' professional self-awareness progress strategy presents a specially organized resource to solve this problem. Compliance with the developed complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions ensures progress in professional self-awareness of future teachers in the light of the selected criteria and indicators of this complex personal structure formation.

Every person included in the global processes meets with many contradictions, the settlement of which determines the direction of different communities and the whole of mankind movement. Globalization which began and was initially conceived as a process of world economic, political, cultural integration, rapprochement of peoples, over time began to demonstrate its negative aspects: socio-cultural unification, standardization of human tastes and preferences, stereotyping of people's habits and behavior, weakening of traditional values and ties. At present globalization is opposed to a relatively new process of extending glocalization as the desire to avoid the extremes of globalization, to prevent the disappearance of regional differences, to preserve and strengthen economic independence and cultural identity. This inevitably puts a human being and the whole mankind not only in front of the need of extensive scientific, technical and technological, social and humanitarian knowledge, but also requires the development of the ability to comprehend the whole array of diverse knowledge obtained in order to efficiently, in activity-based way use them. Therefore, alongside with general ideas about the world, the important task is integration of diverse modern humanitarian knowledge into the overall humanitarian picture of the world. The article examines some key methodological issues of the formation of the humanitarian world picture, including the problems of the language worldview, and focuses on the teaching of the experimental course "Humanitarian picture of the world" in the framework of the model of practice-oriented training of Russian pedagogical staff.

And in 1995 the Russian Academy of Sciences recognized that civilizational theory can serve as one of the conceptual principles for analyzing and describing the historical process in textbooks for schools and universities. The object of our article is the essence of the civilizational philosophical and historical concept. The subject is the discourse, in the space of which there is developed a methodology, and are analyzed the categories of the civilizational approach to history. We apply general theoretical research methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, interpretation. It is shown that within the framework of the theory under consideration methodological differences are significant, so several theoretical varieties are identified and the key categories of the civilizational concept in them are interpreted differently.

The article studies the pedagogical thought of the Bulgars and their direct descendants Tatars. It reveals the main aspects of their rich pedagogical culture. An analysis of the historical and cultural retrospective of the long spiritual formation of the Tatar ethnos helps to understand its modern identity. Tatars are the second largest ethnic group in the Russian Federation, and the main ethnic group of the Republic of Tatarstan, located in the middle Volga region (Volga-Kama region). They also compactly live or are scattered in other parts of Russia and in many other countries. The article examines the genesis and development of pedagogical ideas, the experience of popular education and upbringing during a long historical period from the VIII to the beginning of the XX centuries. It reveals the key ideas in the history of Tatar pedagogy and shows the activity of the main Tatar enlighteners. From the material of the article it becomes clear that with all the diversity of historical conditions, dramatic turning points in the life of the Tatar people in the era of the Bulgarian kingdom, during the Golden Horde and the Kazan Khanate times, and within the Russian state, there was being observed an integral and successive nature of the development of national education; pedagogical thought and educational practice were constantly being enriched.

The sociological study was conducted in 5 cities of the Republic of Tatarstan, which is a part of the Russian Federation. At present there is a significant contradiction in the labor market. On the one hand, Russia's national economy needs workers. On the other hand, Russian young people are very skeptical about working professions, although there is much demand for workers. The study shows that graduates are not professionally oriented, i.e. they are not likely to work in their professions after graduating from colleges. The findings of the study show that professional self-determination of graduates of technical and vocational education institutions depends on the type of parental environment. The authors conclude that the key thing that determines the nature of the parents' influence on the plans of graduates is the educational background of the parents.

become an integral part of the modern education process; they have created a special educational environment, within which a new quality of interaction between students and teachers is developing. The article discusses the methodological problems of using ICT in language education, as well as presents and analyzes the practical experience of using information resources in teaching English at Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University (Russia). Empirical analysis is based on methodological developments in linguodidactic testing, as well as on
a questionnaire survey. Thanks to training simulators, all kinds of control tasks, presentations, tests, etc. ICT become an effective means of the instructor’s control and self-control of students. The article shows the positive effect of using Internet resources in the educational process. It should be borne in mind that the negative results of digitalization of education are always associated either with the abuse of online forms of education, or with a low-quality information product, or else with its unskilled use. Therefore, with the development of ICT, the role of the teacher, the importance of his/her qualification and responsibility will only increase.

The course is designed to help students as future teachers not only receive knowledge in accordance with the content of this subject but
also develop in themselves and later on in their pupils meta-subject results. The article shows that in the course of training students should develop knowledge about the peculiarities of the humanitarian world picture, distinguishing it from the natural science one. They are to cultivate the ability to plan successive actions, to predict the results of their work, to analyze the outcome of their activities, to make adjustments if necessary. And they should be able to teach their students these skills in the future. The content of the discipline should give students material to expand their horizons, to promote the formation of such a world-view in which scientific and extra-scientific pictures of the world, including religious, artistic, and other ones will be synthesized and harmonized. The main goal of the course is that the methodological principles on which it is based should not only be acquired by future teachers, but also should become an integral part of their pedagogical and research thinking as their key meta-subject results.

I... more The authors of the article consider that a concept in a work of fiction has a dualistic nature. It includes ideological and aesthetic aspects. The article deals with the ideological aspect of a work of fiction’s concept.
An ideological concept is looked upon as a predication of the topic of a work of fiction to its author’s interpretation. Both the topic and the concept are analyzed as nonlinear, fractal sets of hierarchical structure
which is illustrated by examples from a contemporary British novel. Introducing the notion of fractal to a text study explains ambiguity of its topic definitions and plurality of its possible interpretations.
Dicteme is looked upon as a minimal fractal thematic and conceptual unit of text. Dictemes in their turn are combined into macro-topics, and macro-topics form a basic topic of the whole literary work, and this basic topic becomes its integrating factor. In case of fractal approach the role of a view point from which this or that issue is considered increases, hence, in relation to a text study, so does the role of a language personality of
the narrator, author, and reader. Concept medium of text is a language personality of the narrator. In case the narrator is unreliable this
function is fulfilled by a language personality of the author.

Digital technologies, which are rapidly changing the face of the modern industrial and social environment, are mostly used in various training simulators and process simulators in industrial companies and educational institutions. One of the important factors determining the rapid spread of computer simulators is an extensive application of multimedia technologies, which have made training complexes more accessible. Another important prerequisite for the massive dissemination of these systems is the rethinking of the pedagogical possibilities that simulators provide in comparison with traditional forms of vocational training. By now there have arisen conditions for a more effective and widespread use of simulators in vocational training, due to which training based on the application of simulators increasingly precedes real practice in professional spheres. In pedagogical education the development and use of simulators began much later than in many other branches of industry and science. The article discusses the successful experience of creating and using an original Russian-French digital simulator of pedagogical activity at the Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University.
