This article analyzes the professionalism of Balinese language teachers during the pandemic. The ... more This article analyzes the professionalism of Balinese language teachers during the pandemic. The analysis process is carried out by conducting relevant studies by adapting indicators of professional teachers in general and then adapting them to Balinese language teachers. This article takes pictures of professional Balinese teachers during the pandemic which is indeed a challenge for every subject teacher. The results of the analysis found that there were ten indicators of professional teachers covering aspects of language use, learning approaches, classroom management, mastery of materials, mastery of technology. The use of regional languages, especially the Balinese language has decreased, especially in the ... more The use of regional languages, especially the Balinese language has decreased, especially in the family domain. In fact, from the family, especially, children acquire the language. This condition needs to be overcome. Various efforts can be made, one of them through teaching. From kindergarten to grade III elementary school, regional languages need to be used as the language of instruction. In addition, as a second alternative, in the teaching of regional languages themselves, character education needs to be applied. Through one or both of these methods, a new environment will be created for the use of regional languages as a complement or substitute for the use of regional languages in the family domain. This new environment will create input for children and encourage the creation of output from children, both of which are needed for the acquisition of regional languages. It's just that, to make the first attempt, regional languages need to be further developed; Meanwhile, to make a second effort, the focus of teaching local languages needs to be limited, in addition to the need to improve the quality of existing regional language teachers and procure new regional language teachers through formal education

The purpose of the establishment of Gedong Kirtya was to revive aspects of ancient Balinese cultu... more The purpose of the establishment of Gedong Kirtya was to revive aspects of ancient Balinese culture and Balinese culture that are still alive (survival) by studying and excavating the widest possible range of lontar in Bali and Lombok. The Gedong Kirtya Lontar Museum is managed by the Buleleng Culture Service through the UPT Gedong Kirtya which specifically collects lontar, copies of lontar, books translated from these lontars, as well as a collection of books researched on Balinese culture compiled in the colonial era (colonial era).. The number of manuscripts (lontar and lontar copies) at the Gedong Kirtya Museum to date is more than 5,200 manuscripts, about Balinese history, literature, magic, medicine and so on. Because Gedong Kirtya is a tourist attraction, every visitor is charged an entrance ticket, the amount of which is adjusted to the background of the visitor. Gedong Kirtya has also been designated as a Cultural Property because Gedong Kirtya was established in 1928. This is in accordance with Law Number 11 of 2010 concerning Cultural Conservation. The law states that cultural heritage objects must be at least 50 years old.

Not infrequently Hindus are trapped in a behavior that is not in accordance with sesana as Hindu, so it affects the behavior that deviates. The phenomenon of Hindus dressed in fashion to the temple, the number of gambling operations in the plate of Pura is a deviant behavior that is not in accordance with sesana as Hindus. So it needs to be explored guidelines to behave for Hindus. One of the guidelines for behaving in the shrine is the Lontar Kramapura Manuscript. This manuscript text is a type of papyrus Sesana that contains the teachings of behavior to maintain the sanctity of the temple. This Lontar Manuscript outlines the teachings and prohibitions that are not allowed if you want to enter the temple. The teachings contained in this Lontar Kramapura (1) The doctrine of preserving the sanctity of the Pura where this doctrine contains the duties for the pengempon and pemaksan Pura to keep the holiness is maintained. (2) The Doctrine of Sesana Pemangkuan, in this doctrine contains the obligations of stakeholders as Pangempon Pura in maintaining the sanctity and sacredness of the temple through the improvement of jnana with the obligation to learn sesana become Pemangku. This manuscript of Lontar Kramapura also contains restrictions on holy places such as (1) Various kinds of offerings that should not be placed in the temple, (2) Prohibition for people entering temples like for men who are menstruating, cuntaka and others. (3) Prohibition for people who behave badly like confessing kerauhan, stealing in the temple, saying that is not good at the temple, people who fight in the temple, and behave that do not know the courtesy.

The development of demands in higher education in this case is not only to print or produce a graduate that is measured academically. Rather, the whole higher education program must be able to prove the quality of higher education and must be able to prove high quality which is supported by high performance and accountability. Quality assurance involves the systematic review of educational programs and processes to maintain and improve the quality, equity and efficiency of an educational institution. While the design of quality assurance mechanisms (tools, processes and actors) varies, the general goal remains the same, namely to improve teaching and learning – with the ultimate goal of supporting the best possible outcomes for learners. In this case, to improve the performance of the department, especially in the Communication Science study program at STAHN MPU Kuturan, every semester an evaluation of the lecturer's performance in terms of learning will be carried out. This evaluation is carried out within the scope of the presence of teaching lecturers, student attendance, achievement of lecture material, and evaluation of lecturers by students (EDOM). One of the great figures who contributed to discovering the Pura Kahyangan Jagat in Bali is Dang Hyang Niratha. Dang Hyang Nirarta has build a lot temple in his travels on the Island of the Gods. Some temples are similar to Rambut Siwa Temple, Uluwatu Temple, Ponjok Batu Temple, Sakenan Temple and other temples which are now Pura Dang Kahyangan and Sad Kahyangan. The temple as a place of worship for Hindus, is also not uncommon to get visits of local and international tourists. The attraction was due to the sacredness and beauty of the location that was established by Dang Hyang Nirartha. This is of course a tourist destination that offers spiritual attractions.

One of the great figures who contributed to discovering the Pura Kahyangan Jagat in Bali is Dang Hyang Niratha. Dang Hyang Nirarta has build a lot temple in his travels on the Island of the Gods. Some temples are similar to Rambut Siwa Temple, Uluwatu Temple, Ponjok Batu Temple, Sakenan Temple and other temples which are now Pura Dang Kahyangan and Sad Kahyangan. The temple as a place of worship for Hindus, is also not uncommon to get visits of local and international tourists.
