The economic life implies the existence of the actors who have to satisfy their own needs, expect... more The economic life implies the existence of the actors who have to satisfy their own needs, expectations, this presupposing the appearance of the choices that they must make from the multitude of products or services on the market.
Since ancient times, the sale has been made for a better living, so Thales is the first wise, Solon the second founder of Athens and the mathematician Hippocrates, who were traders. Plato, the divine, sold oil, and Baruch Spinoza, philosopher, polished mirrors. Therefore, sales forces play an important role, which, through their strategies, can make a significant contribution to achieving the general and specific objectives. The art of selling tips the balance of success and failure, the relationship between the seller and the client, ending with win-win situation for both parties.

The term management of tourist destinations have appeared relatively recently, due to rapid devel... more The term management of tourist destinations have appeared relatively recently, due to rapid development in an upward trend over the last years of the hospitality industry. This development of tourism is due to: information that reaches tourists faster, more efficient means of transport and with larger capacities, more and more diverse accommodation spaces, people working in tourism and, last but not least, local public authorities, which have seen in the development of this industry, economic profit, local welfare.
To find out how tourism management works, we have selected three cities in the world that have developed and presented their development strategies Hamilton in Canada and two cities in Europe, Vienna and Oradea. We will see what all these cities have in common and how they differ, but above all we will point out how each of them develops as a tourist destination, and especially how local authorities put forward new environmental protection methods, reaching out up to the development of an environmental impact tourism.
We aim to obtain a model that will result from comparing the three cities as top tourist destinations and which will be an idea of developing other cities, taking into account the uniqueness of each.

Thus, man needs a training that can only be done in school, in order to "learn how to learn", to be capable of building their own set of values, unique and doable. Together with this training, a vital role is left to permanent education, which must respond to the changes within society, science, technique, culture, ethics, justice, economy. In this context, school is left with the role of welcoming and stimulating young people's skills and interests in these expression and manifestation areas, the proper framework for the identification of values within a future becoming.

The article presents the field research on the consumption of postal services and the appeal to t... more The article presents the field research on the consumption of postal services and the appeal to their main suppliers by the Romanian consumers. Basically, the demand for transport services has become a priority among the services that affect the development of both the particular and the general economic activity. Postal services remain deeply marked by an industrial logic related to the challenges of modernizing and adapting postal production and have been inspired since 2001 by a new customer orientation. They cover three dimensions, starting from the delivery schedule and continuing with the reception at the post offices and the processing of applications. The quality of the services represents a major challenge for the main postal operators, respectively the courier companies in Romania, which have countered their strategy of attracting customers by reducing costs. These strategies cause many operators to reconsider the different dimensions of service quality. Increasing user awareness can enable providers not only to renew their thinking and management tools, but also to revise their own working methods, to strengthen their ability to respond to a rapidly changing world.

These architectural wonders are surrounded by natural riches, a diverse ecosystem with lakes, mountains and valleys, and gentle and hospitable people entice you with specific foods and crafts from craftsmen (potters, egg decorators, etc.). Bucovina meets the conditions for the development of ecotourism and in this article we will demonstrate that this branch of the hospitality industry can differentiate between past and future, and ecotourism is the best method of capitalizing on nature, traditions, culture and economic growth.

Throughout this paper we study the eight principles of ecotourism by combining the theory with th... more Throughout this paper we study the eight principles of ecotourism by combining the theory with the observations made at the site, in Valea Vaserului, during two years, 2017 and 2018, which had a major impact on the increase of tourism and especially ecotourism on the local level. Each of these principles is analyzed in the light of the details observed at the site and it is demonstrated that in this area they are fully applied and ecotourism turns from tourism for a small number of tourists into mass tourism, mass ecotourism. By combining economic achievements with people's desire to visit and preserve nature, ecotourism is one of the most important directions of tourism development. As a consequence, we need to create more areas similar to the one we are studying in this article, which is an example of good practice in ecotourism.

This development of tourism is due to: information that reaches tourists faster, more efficient means of transport and with larger capacities, more and more diverse accommodation spaces, people working in tourism and, last but not least, local public authorities, which have seen in the development of this industry, economic profit, local welfare.

Panama is one of the poorest countries in the world, but has the advantage of having a rich flora... more Panama is one of the poorest countries in the world, but has the advantage of having a rich flora and fauna, with many national parks. The government has decided to thrive in tourism, especially in ecotourism, the newest form of tourism because has a good strategy to grow this sector - there is this natural wealth and there is local workforce. Taking into account the evolution of the tourism industry, in this article we will focus on the strategies that have been implemented both locally and at the country level, using the fundamental research method and the observation method of the phenomenon of industrialization in Panama, being done in a beautiful area that is the hospitality industry. At the end of the article we will highlight the strengths of the strategy that can be used as a model of good practice in other countries.
