It is undeniable that the existence of SMEs in developing countries can be said to be the backbon... more It is undeniable that the existence of SMEs in developing countries can be said to be the backbone of a country's economy. SMEs are proven to have been able to move the wheels of the nation's economy and reduce existing unemployment. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence Business Continuity in SMEs in Magelang Regency using the variables of Creativity, Business resilience, and Entrepreneurial Characteristics as moderating variables. This research uses purposive sampling techniques and data analysis techniques using SmartPLS 3.0 software. Respondents in this study amounted to 344, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of this study are that creativity has a negative but significant effect on business sustainability, business resilience has a significant positive effect on business sustainability, creativity has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial characteristics, business resilience has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurial characteristics are able to moderate relationships between creativity and business continuity, and entrepreneurial characteristics are able to moderate the relationship between business resilience and business sustainability. Furthermore, studies have shown that entrepreneurial characteristics play a crucial role in enhancing the relationship between creativity and business continuity. Additionally, it has been found that entrepreneurial characteristics also have the ability to strengthen the link between business resilience and business sustainability.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh capital adequacy ratio, loan to ... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposite ratio, biaya operasional pendapatan operasional, net interest margin terhadap profitabilitas. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 28 perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa biaya operasional pendapatan operasional berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas. Sedangkan capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposite ratio, net interest margin tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Penelitian ini terbatas pada sampel penelitian, sehingga untuk penelitian selanjutnya hendaknya melibatkan sektor yang lain seperti manufaktur agar mencerminkan reaksi dari perusahaan yang lebih luas.

The development of the learning cycle box media is a dissemination of science and technology for ... more The development of the learning cycle box media is a dissemination of science and technology for the Wiropati hamlet community who are experiencing problems in the learning process at home due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Learning cycle box media development activities are made to increase the attractiveness of school-age children to return to learning. This activity is in the form of mentoring learning cycle box media for elementary age children in collaboration with Sahabat Rumah Baca. The method is carried out through production practices and mentoring in the application of the learning cycle box. The results achieved were an increase in the learning motivation of the school-age children, as evidenced by the enthusiasm of attendance during learning activities.

Women dominate informal sector workers, as their working hours are irregular and do not require e... more Women dominate informal sector workers, as their working hours are irregular and do not require expertise and skills based on specialized formal education. The problem faced by workers is the level of welfare and professionalism that is not optimal. There are still many who live in poverty and do not work wholeheartedly. Likely influenced by low financial literacy. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence of welfare and professionalism on financial literacy. The Stratified Random Sampling method was used to determine the sample and 487 respondents were obtained. The research data obtained were then processed using multiple linear regression SPSS. The hypothesis testing method uses a significance level of 5%. The results showed that well-being has a simultaneous effect on financial literacy. Professionalism simultaneously affects financial literacy

The prolonged Covid-19 pandemic demands online learning in all lines of education. However, the c... more The prolonged Covid-19 pandemic demands online learning in all lines of education. However, the community faces economic limitations for purchasing internet packages and natural conditions with limited internet access. The learning cycle box media development activity was made to increase the attractiveness of the school-age population to return to learning. The method is carried out through observation, discussion, mentoring through learning cycle boxes, production practices and online marketing. The results achieved were an increase in the learning motivation of the school-age population, as evidenced by the enthusiasm of attendance during learning activities and the implementation of entrepreneurship strengthening activities in the Wiropati Hamlet community. The sustainability of the program is highly guaranteed, with the involvement of Sahabat Rumah Baca as the youth driving force in Wiropati Hamlet and PKK women.

The sampling method uses purposive sampling. This research data uses secondary data and hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression. The research sample is 28 banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange periode 2014-2017. The results showed that operational cost of operating income have a positive effect on profitability. While the capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposite ratio, net interest margin has no effect on profitability

Estimates of CO2 reduction per year are calculated theoretically and based on data from NEDC experiences. Both of these methods show positive results, reducing CO2 by theoretical calculations and comparing with NEDC experiences are 13.6 and 11 tons per year, respectively. In conclusion, the utilization of LPG/Vi-Gas for public fleets in Magelang city is feasible to be implemented as the Government’s effort to reduce CO2 emission from transportation sector.

Untuk mengatasi penurunan tersebut, UMKM terus berupaya mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pada konsumen, yaitu melalui digital marketing, label halal, dan kualitas produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh digital marketing, label halal, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian di UMKM Getuk Eco Magelang. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen UMKM Getuk Eco Magelang, jumlah responden sebanyak 95 responden. Metode sampling mengunakan teknik Accidental sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa digital marekting tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, label halal berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian.

In addition, digitization is also disseminated on cash flow recording and implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) in the production scope. This activity was carried out on the "Semprong Nining" MSME located in Kramat Hamlet RT03/RW04, Gondang Village, Mungkid District, Magelang Regency. The method used is to educate partners about digital marketing and its application in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Shopee, Tokopedia, and Whatsapp Business, as well as to promote the use of the Android-based BukuKas app and hold joint discussions about strategies that must be implemented so that MSMEs can expand their market reach even further. From the activities, Partners understand and are able to use social media as a promotional tool and the BukuKas application as a digital recorder.

Sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan masyarakat yang berdomisili di wilayah Magelang yang memiliki akun Shopee dan pernah melakukan pembelian di Shopee minimal satu kali. Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi dan moderated regression analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM) dan brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Price discount mampu memoderasi pengaruh Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM) terhadap keputusan pembelian, namun price discount tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian

The high monthly costs associated with the use of electrical energy for the production of dairy c... more The high monthly costs associated with the use of electrical energy for the production of dairy cowsheds at the KTT Sumber Sari, as well as the problem of PLN blackouts, have a negative impact on the smooth production process. Meanwhile, KTT Sumber Sari already has a 40 m3 biodigester that has only been used for household cooking. Problem identification, socialization, product development, and modification are the methods used in this program. The problem that has been solved as a result of this community service program is the provision of a biogas-fueled electric generator with a capacity of 5 kWatt. To optimize the performance of the engine driving the electric generator, a few changes were made to the standard gasoline-fueled genset propulsion engine, including the construction of the fuel intake and the adjustment of the combustion chamber compression pressure. The KTT Sumber Sari, can use this capacity to support energy-independent cages.

Instead of nature and severity destructions, these natural disasters create a large volume of debris and waste, about 5 to 10 times of the solid waste generated usually, that have negative impacts on environmental, social and public health if not managed carefully. This study proposes a smart, sustainable approach for waste management in post-natural disaster. This study aims to examine the effect of performance financial on companies who are incorporated ... more This study aims to examine the effect of performance financial on companies who are incorporated in the Compass Index listed on the BEI period 2012 to 2016. Based on the collection of samples by using purposive sampling method obtained a sample of 23 companies. Hypothesis test is done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results prove that the Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio does not affect the value of the company. Return On Assets have positive and significant effect to company value. Return On Equity have positive and insignificant effect to company value. While Good Corporate Governance is able to moderate the relationship between Current Ratio with company value in the positive direction. Good Corporate Governance is able to moderate the relationship between Return On Assets with firm value and Debt to Asset Ratio with firm value toward negative. Good Corporate Governance does not moderate the relationship between Return On Equity and company value.

From the activities, Partners understand and are able to use social media as a promotional tool and the BukuKas application as a digital recorder.

Sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan masyarakat yang berdomisili di wilayah Magelang yang memiliki akun Shopee dan pernah melakukan pembelian di Shopee minimal satu kali. Metode pengumpulan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi dan moderated regression analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM) dan brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Price discount mampu memoderasi pengaruh Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM) terhadap keputusan pembelian, namun price discount tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian

The high monthly costs associated with the use of electrical energy for the production of dairy c... more The high monthly costs associated with the use of electrical energy for the production of dairy cowsheds at the KTT Sumber Sari, as well as the problem of PLN blackouts, have a negative impact on the smooth production process. Meanwhile, KTT Sumber Sari already has a 40 m3 biodigester that has only been used for household cooking. Problem identification, socialization, product development, and modification are the methods used in this program. The problem that has been solved as a result of this community service program is the provision of a biogas-fueled electric generator with a capacity of 5 kWatt. To optimize the performance of the engine driving the electric generator, a few changes were made to the standard gasoline-fueled genset propulsion engine, including the construction of the fuel intake and the adjustment of the combustion chamber compression pressure. The KTT Sumber Sari, can use this capacity to support energy-independent cages.

Instead of nature and severity destructions, these natural disasters create a large volume of debris and waste, about 5 to 10 times of the solid waste generated usually, that have negative impacts on environmental, social and public health if not managed carefully. This study aims to examine the effect of performance financial on companies who are incorporated ... more This study aims to examine the effect of performance financial on companies who are incorporated in the Compass Index listed on the BEI period 2012 to 2016. Based on the collection of samples by using purposive sampling method obtained a sample of 23 companies. Hypothesis test is done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results prove that the Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio does not affect the value of the company. Return On Assets have positive and significant effect to company value. Return On Equity have positive and insignificant effect to company value. While Good Corporate Governance is able to moderate the relationship between Current Ratio with company value in the positive direction. Good Corporate Governance is able to moderate the relationship between Return On Assets with firm value and Debt to Asset Ratio with firm value toward negative. Good Corporate Governance does not moderate the relationship between Return On Equity and company value.
