All of these steering conventions considered vitality proficiency as a definitive goal keeping in mind the end goal to boost the entire system lifetime. A keen home might be characterized as an all round planned structure with adequate access to resources, correspondence, controls, information, and data advancements for upgrading the tenants' personal satisfaction through solace, accommodation, decreased expenses, and expanded network. The thought has been generally recognized for quite a long time, yet few individuals have ever seen a shrewd home, less still have involved one.

Pun@ation andldentfiatwn ofFatty Acids b., the Application of Chromatographr Five thin-layer chromatograms 20 cm x 20 cm of thickness (0.25 mm) were prepared by the use of silica gel (30 g) and distilled water (45 ml) for the purification of each sample of methyl esters (100 mg). The developing solvent system and the non-destructive locating reagent ether : hexane (1 : 9 v/v) and 2,7-dichlorofluorescein were used respectively. The Pye Unicam 204 Series Gas Liquid Chromatograph was applied by using a column (152.4 cm x 0.95 an) prepared by coating polydiethylene glycol succinate (10 Yo) on diatomite "C" (180-100 mesh) at 2000 C. Nitrogen as a carrier gas was used at the flow rate of 40 ml/minute.

The addition of a certain amount of co-solvent (n-hexane is most preferable) was required for the direct transesterification of microalgae biomass. With the optimal reaction condition of n-hexane to 75% ethanol volume ratio 1:2, mixed solvent dosage 6.0mL, reaction temperature 90°C, reaction time 2.0h and catalyst volume 0.6mL, the direct transesterification process of microalgal biomass resulted in a high conversion yield up to 90.02±0.55wt.%.
