Moral education is integrated with religious education and citizenship education. The purpose of ... more Moral education is integrated with religious education and citizenship education. The purpose of this study were to describe the implementation of moral education to form the character of “kids now”. This research used descriptive qualitative method with selected case from Al-Iktiar elementary school with using as a moral education basic to build character. The results of this study show that moral education that is taught in daily basis will become embedded character in children and become habit for them. Moral education show visible changes in children behavior who formed by greetings when meeting other people, smiling to others, and being polite to parents and older, teachers, friends, and others. Moral education has positive impacts both in home and school. It can be seen from children’s personalities and attitudes in accordance with their age, for example in discipline, regulated rules, mutual respect for older and younger peers, polite to parents, and honest and responsible fr...

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara detail gambaran kecepatan menghapal surah pend... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara detail gambaran kecepatan menghapal surah pendek pada anak usia dini melalui kecakapan literasi yang dimiliki orang tua. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan mengakaji dokumen yang ada terkait kecakapan literasi dan hapalan surah pendek pada anak. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya perubahan yang diperoleh anak khusunya dalam hapalan jika adanya sinergi antara sekolah dan orang tua. Hapalan surah pendek Siswa RA Hasbuna lebih banyak dengan bantuan pengawasan orang tua serta pemanfaatan digital yang dilakukan orang tua seperti pemberian video-video hapalan ayat di youtube.

In Improving Human Resource Development (PSDM), the Lembang Center for Agricultural Training (BBP... more In Improving Human Resource Development (PSDM), the Lembang Center for Agricultural Training (BBPP) is the right place to carry out technical training and functional training in agriculture. It has been proven that BBPP Lembang has printed a lot of skilled workers in the field of agriculture, this can be used as an indicator of the success of this training institution, not only that, the welfare of the farmers has also increased. BBPP Lembang is one of the places that can be used as a job that helps reduce the number of people who do not get jobs. To improve the ongoing training and on target BBPP Lembang always conducts evaluation activities that aim to see the success of the programs that have been held and follow up on the weaknesses that were obtained when the evaluation process took place both at the beginning of the program and at the end of the program. The application of the Kirkpatrick Four Level Evaluation Model is used as a frame of reference for evaluating programs, where evaluations at levels 1 and 2 will produce information for the organization about conducting training both in the middle and the end. Whereas levels 3 and 4 produce information that focuses on the impact of training for organizations and trainees.
