This study investigated the impact of trait emotional intelligence profile on the adaptability of 141 Gen Z management students in Bangalore. Using the trait emotional intelligence questionnaire it was hypothesized that there is a strong correlation between adaptability of students and their trait EI.

Education has served as a powerful tool for empowering women. Having higher women’s representation in governance should enable the empowerment of women. The Gross Enrolment Ratio [GER] of Indian women has shown a steady rise in the past two decades. The GER of women has surpassed men in the age group of 18 to 23 in the year 2018-2019 (All India Survey of Higher Education [AISHE] Reports, 2019). In the year 2019, only 48.20 % of the Indian population are women. India shows a negative trend concerning women entering the workforce despite their increasing literacy rate and GER of women in higher education. In the Indian parliament, only 14.36 % of elected representatives in the lower house (The Lok Sabha) are women in the year 2020 (www.loksabha.nic.in). This paper examines the Trait Emotional Intelligence (TEI) of business school students using the ... more This paper examines the Trait Emotional Intelligence (TEI) of business school students using the Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire‐Short Form (TEIQ). The primary objective of the research is to study the wellbeing, self‐control, emotionality, and sociability of students in a various business schools and to identify the differences in students’ emotional intelligence (EI) with regards to students’ undergraduate (UG) degree, family type, work experience, brought up place and gender. This survey was carried out among the MBA students of a various B‐schools in India and data were collected from 141 respondents. The researchers employed T‐Test & one‐way Anova to test all variables using descriptive statistics for better understanding. Many researchers proved that emotional intelligence helps in successful leadership irrespective of domains. Nowadays due to the development of communication technologies, the usage of internet among consumers has also increased. Also social media is the most preferred web tool by the people before making their purchase of a product or service. Marketers are using social Media Sited and networking pages to promote their services. They are attracting their potential customers by sharing their content on social media sites. This study aims to highlight the social media impact on post purchase behaviour of tourism customers .The Study explores how marital status affects post-purchase behavioural intentions in tourism sector. As a result of the data analysis it is found that married respondents have more favourable post purchase behaviour than unmarried respondents.

Sales promotion efforts of marketers focusing on the incremental sales volume, acquiring market share, branding, consumer acquisition and retention. FMCG players are providing different schemes to consumers, retailers and sales force to capitalize the industry growth opportunities. Apart from consumer promotion and advertisements, promoting retailers with sales promotion schemes are having more impact on branding and sales achievement. A research report in a business weekly has revealed that about half of the people in India are below the age group of twenty is about 160 million whose major purchases are impulsive in nature. But the FMCG corporate companies are not having a specific plan about the nature type of promotional schemes which are effective and profitable. This study was carried out among the 500 FMCG retailers aimed at understanding their preference level of various sales promotion schemes which impulse the FMCG consumers towards brand preference and product choice.

This research article attempts to study the impact of ergonomics on the performance of employees. The research was conducted among 80 employees selected using convenience sampling method, in TUBE PRODUCTS OF INDIA, Chennai to identify the factors of ergonomics that support the employees to work efficiently and effectively in TUBE PRODUCTS OF INDIA Chennai.
