Pendahuluan Salah satu kata di dunia ini yang sampai sekarang masih menjadi misteri adalah Cinta.... more Pendahuluan Salah satu kata di dunia ini yang sampai sekarang masih menjadi misteri adalah Cinta. Orang sangat kerap menyebut kata Cinta dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, baik itu dalam relasi dengan sesama, relasi dengan Allah, dalam dunia kerja dan lain sebagainya. Misalnya seorang lelaki mengatakan kesungguhannya dalam berrelasi dengan pasangannya, "aku mencintaimu dengan segenap jiwa dan ragaku," atau seseorang yang mensyukuri hidupnya dalam doanya mengatakan, "terima kasih Engkau telah mencintaiku sehingga aku senantiasa luput dari marabahaya," dan yang lain lagi tentang pekerjaannya berkata, "aku sangat mencintai pekerjaanku, maka aku akan setia melaksanakannya." Bahkan belakangan ini muncul istilah Bucin (budak cinta) untuk menjuluki orang yang sedang dimabuk cinta, khususnya anak-anak muda. Orang-orang di atas menyebut kata Cinta untuk situasi yang berbeda-beda. Bila dikaji secara teliti, ungkapan-ungkapan tersebutyang menyertakan kata Cintatampaknya adalah suatu perkara serius. Dalam hal ini kemudian kita dapat bertanya, apa sebetulnya Cinta itu? mengapa ada Cinta di dunia ini? dari mana Cinta berasal? mengapa Cinta begitu populer dalam kompleksitas hidup manusia? apa sebetulnya peranan Cinta dalam hidup manusia? haruskah ada Cinta di dunia ini? Dalam karya tulis ini saya akan memberikan penjelasan mengenai Cinta dan sekaligus menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan di atas. Di sini saya ingin menjelaskan Cinta secara lebih kompleks yakni, Cinta itu sebagai Asal dan Tujuan Hidup Manusia. Dalam pembahasan ini saya akan lebih menonjolkan peran dan eksistensi manusia, karena dari manusialah lahir konsep tentang Cinta. Selain itu, hanya manusialaholeh karena akal budinyayang dapat memikirkan Cinta secara lebih baik dari semua makhluk hidup yang ada di dunia ini. Penjelasan tentang Cinta yang saya sajikan dalam karya tulis ini menggunakan telaah dalam sudut pandang filosofis teologis. Kodrat dan Karakter Cinta Cinta adalah perkara hidup. Hanya orang yang hidup dapat mencintai dan memiliki Cinta sejati. Ungkapan aku mencintaimu adalah suatu ungkapan kepenuhan atau tingkat tertinggi dari jiwa manusia. Ungkapan semacam itu atau sejenisnyamenyertakan kata Cintasemestinya adalah perkara serius. Karena ini perkara serius, maka dengan sendirinya kata Cinta memiliki tingkat yang paling tinggi dalam hidup manusia. Dalam hal semacam ini saya ingin menolak suatu ungkapan cinta itu buta.

Focus of this paper is a problem in the learning process applied in Indonesia today, especially ... more Focus of this paper is a problem in the learning process applied in Indonesia
today, especially in teacher-student relations. The goal to be achieved is to
find solutions in the form of philosophical-critical ideas that are appropriate
in the learning process at school or campus, especially with the Work From
Home (WFH) system, in order to improve the quality of education in
Indonesia. The methodology used is an analysis of the problems in the
education system in Indonesia today using the concept of "problem-posing"
education according to Paulo Freire. The findings in this paper are that the
education system applied in Indonesia currently still uses the old or
conservative method, namely teacher-centered and teachers have not
maximally utilized existing digital technology. These findings indicate that
the education system applied in Indonesia must be replaced with a new
system that is student-centered. The solution offered is a learning process that
emphasizes dialogue between teachers and students and takes advantage of
today's sophisticated digital technology, especially during the WFH era. That
way the quality of education in Indonesia is reflected in the mastery of
science and technology.

According to Chomsky, an intellectual can be a driving lever for societal change. This research aims
to understand intellectual identity and responsibility in a democratic society. This research uses a
qualitative method in the form of a critical perspective or approach and finds four important points.
First, there are two intellectual identities according to Chomsky: moral value-oriented and
technocratic. Second, people who are called intellectuals are people who have a sincere intention to
elevate human nature: freedom, intelligence and creative power to create. Thus, intellectual status
applies to all social statuses, both experts or experts in the academic world, practitioners, religious
leaders, public officials, activists and the wider community. Third, the duties and responsibilities of
an intellectual are to voice the truth and expose lies. Fourth, in Indonesia there are several intellectual
challenges: the historical experience of intellectuals in the past being ostracized, sidelined and even
killed has left its own horror for critical voices at this time; there are still intellectuals who neglect
their responsibility to the wider community, both academics, activists, practitioners and even religious
leaders; there are intellectuals who speak critically for justice and freedom, but their voices are
ignored or even silenced. Indonesian intellectuals are called to educate society in all areas of life such
as social, economic, political, cultural, educational, religious, environmental and media.

The Bauma Batahutn tradition is the local wisdom of the Dayak Kanayatn tribe in West Kalimantan. ... more The Bauma Batahutn tradition is the local wisdom of the Dayak Kanayatn tribe in West Kalimantan. Bauma Batuhutn is an agricultural activity of planting rice traditionally in fields and paddy fields. The Dayak Kanayatn people in this modern era still carry out agricultural activities in this traditional way. The purpose of this research is to explain more comprehensively about the Bauma Batatutn tradition and find the meaning contained in it. The methodology used in this study is an ethnographic study with the thick description theory of Clifford Geertz. The location of this research is Dano Village, Kaca’ Lengkuas Hamlet, Garu Village, Mempawah Hulu District, Landak Regency, West Kalimantan Province. This study uses three data sources namely: (1) the author's direct experience; (2) results of in-depth interviews with farmers and traditional leaders; (3) literature review.
