First, the supply chain decision-making challenges must be considered based on designing strategic plans and implementation based on vertical or horizontal processes. Then, supply chain hurdles associated with the company regarding supply chain technological innovation and product architectures to adjust the vertical/modular structure to the horizontal/modular structure or support an integration of the supply chain capabilities based on a case design from Fine, C. H., (1998), Clockspeed: Winning Industry Control in the Age of Temporary Advantage, the study that used supply chain design "clockspeed amplification" method. Lastly, based on Bayes' theorem or Baye's Law Statistics, the digital supply chain platform will examine predictive modeling within structural dynamics (Brandvoice, 2022). Therefore, this research paper will examine the structural decision-making dynamics within supply vertical and horizontal methods best suited to determine the digital supply chain platform to support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

With that in mind, according to Wiley (1996) study, since the late 90s, most employers have been battling the benefits, conflicts, and challenges that come with a culturally diverse workplace. The advantage of a different environment is that it will bring about a broad range of knowledge, awareness, and viewpoints from people that were brought up in different cultural environments. As a result, a robust international position will require that human resource managers (HRM) are prepared to function effectively and efficiently in a goal-oriented environment. These managers must also appreciate cultural diversity and understand the complexities of the global climate and be willing to adapt their skills and strategies to cope with the international business challenges. This research paper will reveal how the GLOBE (Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness) techniques can be used to develop Human Resource Management Strategies to empower managers to do whatever is necessary to achieve organizational goals with the appropriate resources.

This trilateral trade agreement has influence the flow commercial traffic through these countries continental transportation corridors, which is providing cross-border trading and international commerce for this geographical market. These continental gateways are seaports, roadways and railways that transport products and goods to these marketplaces. However, trading partners are relying on each country's transportation and distribution services that are operating independently and lacking interconnectivity among each others logistical channels. As a result, the transportation channel participants are not able to prevent congestions and delays along their routes, which may be caused by NAFTAs' poor logistics system. This research paper will address the NAFTA's transportation challenges between the U.S. and Mexico when transporting products and goods across their friendly borders.

They are known as Asia's second and third biggest economies with a real gross domestic product (GDP) in the trillions. Their economic development strategies strongly mirror each other because of an industrial group system which was foster from zaibatsu (prewar) a family owned organization that dominated the both economic activities by controlling industrial and financial policies through single parent intervention concept. After the postwar (WWII) this organization was broken up by the United States (occupier) and transformed into zeirestu and chaebol conglomerates system which were suppose to promote a more free independent enterprise system. This research paper will address how these two inter-corporate group alliances systems influence their economies strategic decision-making processes.

As a result, the paper will address cross-cultural adjustment challenges facing women managers in global economy.

The purpose of the research was to determine Panama's low-income consumer's consumption values, preferences and loyalty towards a particular brand over another. The qualitative research method was employed in this study, and data collection process consisted of observation and in-depth interview documents that were organized and categorized. The results of the study found that Panama's low-income consumer's brand preferences were widely varied and brand loyalty behavior was influenced by consumers' knowledge, perceptions and commitment towards a particular product and service provider. Recommendation for further study addressed the marketing strategy that could be used to identify consumers' consumption preferences and loyalty towards a particular brand.

These economies are based on a mercantile system that depended on import and export products to achieve economic growth and economic development. During the 1990s, the region went through political and economic neoliberal reform policies that welcome foreign direct investment (FDI) to boost trade, economic growth, and economic development for this region. However, in the 21 Century, some economists have found that the FDI approach is a capital inflow which can be used to boost host economy overall by transferring technology and knowledge to increase domestic investment and productivity (Villarreal, M. It uses a quantitative method to analyze organizations' performance management procedures in diversity implementation considerations through stratified population sampling. Finally, the findings compare organizations' cultural awareness methods regarding the best diversity business practices within Hubbard's diversity return on investment (DROI) analysis model.

Empathic Leadership can also focus on the people's performance model and include the active learning theory framework based on the active learner model. This active learning modeling can be measured with quantitative analysis to understand the emotional aspect of the learning behavior on why empathic cognitions influence a person's performance abilities through understanding the emotional quotient (EQ) approaches by applying trait-based measures to define the measurement of the emotional intelligence regarding workers emotional ties with empathic leadership traits to help address performance and show support, which helps build trust. In addition, the research studied employees' companionate attitudes to determine what can probably be used to self-regulated emotions to empower leaders to help reduce the span of responsibilities to individualize attention to the employees' concerns.
