It was reported on the crystalline structure, morphology, and electrochemical experiments. The NiCoB films have an FCC structure, according to the X-diffraction pattern. SEM is used to observe the formation of two-dimensional growths of nanocrystalline surface morphology in NiCoB thin films. NiCoB's hardness rises as the temperature rises. It has a higher coercivity and saturation magnetization than other materials.

In this work it was proposed that the cement is partially replaced in the ratio of 40% of cement with partial replacement of (35% Fly ash and 5% Sodium bentonite, 30% of Fly ash and 10% of Sodium Bentonite, 25% Fly ash and 15% Sodium Bentonite) and recycled materials respectively. For investigating the potential use of Sodium bentonite and fly ash in cement concrete by replacing Ordinary Portland cement (OPC) and evaluate the strength and impact of these materials of concrete. Many of the developing countries are replacing the materials with the materials which are recycled so as to minimize the environmental hazards and safe guarding the natural resources. Cubes and cylinders were casted with M30 design mix and compressive, split tensile strength were studied for 7, 14, 28 days and compared with conventional concrete based on the test results, th...

The onslaught of the first spell of monsoonal breakers causes maximum erosion in the sub-aerial section of the beach. However, further spells of high breakers do not affect this zone significantly. The erosion in the sub-aerial zone is followed by accretion in the nearshore zone and vice versa. Whereas the sub-aerial zone has a net erosion the total section of the beach including the ncarshore zone shows near equilibrium condition. It is concluded that in spite of erosion or accretion of the sub-aerial zone, equilibrium conditions may be found in the total section of the beach.

Ultimately all living beings such as humans, animals feed on agricultural crop produce for their feeding and energy requirements and as such the plants are the vital backbone of the existence of life on earth. As its certain that no plants can survive without water the principal source through which nutrients, fertilizer, minerals are in dissolved form reach to the plants through their roots and hence soil moisture measurement is an essential part and the modern technology should enable the agricultural sector to optimize their water usage otherwise the continual withdrawal of water improperly has led to fall in water table at many places leading to drought prone situation. Also most of the farmers are mostly illiterate and their affordability to have instruments is limited. Its found that the a...

Mention should be made here about tourism driven countries that have lost their people's livelihood and are fighting for their minimum survival. In the Indian context, COVID-19 not only affected the tourism industry as a whole but the penetration of effects is severe in ancillary industries such as hotels, restaurants, markets in tourist areas and travel industries. Ultimately, there has been a downturn trend of GDP, and the lives of people have been put in doubt.

CAMs (Content Addressable Memories) are memories that implement lookup table functions using comparison circuitry. CAMs are used in table lookup Based applications such as Internet routers and processor caches. Deeply scaled technology node, with multigate devices, replacing planar MOSFETs, are expected to bring new era to CAM design. FinFET, a vertical channel gate wrap around double-gate device, has come up as the best alternative to cover up the short channel effects of planar MOSFETs. The aim of the project was to compare the N-curves of CAMs using compact models of 32-nm CMOS, 32nm-double gate FinFETs and BSIM-CMG model FinFETs in spice. The power and delay characteristics are also compared to show the superiority of BSIM-CMG CAMs.

Methods: A cross-sectional community-based study was conducted among elderly population aged 60 years and above residing in the rural field practice area of A.J. Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre in Dakshina Kannada district, Karnataka, India. Results: The mean age of the participants was 66.9±6.3years. Out of 375 elderly participants, females were 57.9%. In the study population only 3.7% elderly were not suffering from any form of morbidity. Majority (25.3%) of them were suffering from 3 morbidities and 12.5% had 5 and more morbidities. Major morbidities of the study population were impaired vision followed by hypertension and joint problems. The proportion of arthritis, anaemia and obesity were significantly higher among females than among male participants. Conclusion: The study among the elderly in Dakshina Kannada District, has highlighted a prevalence of visual complaints, hypertension and joint problems in the population. As the study shows that there is a higher prevalence of multimorbidity among the rural population, geriatric health care should be given due emphasis in health care services.

The nodes in wireless sensor networks are energy constrained devices and hence energyefficient algorithms are used for routing to prolong the lifetime of nodes. In this paper the traditional geographic routing and cross-layer routing are reviewed. It is seen that cross-layer routing protocols are more energy efficient and stable in comparison with traditional protocols used in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN). The routing protocol used in wireless sensor networks should be energy-efficient and deliver the message from source to sink without any packet loss. This paper reviews the existing protocols used in WSN's and identifies the research gaps present in routing protocols.

A new channel material such asgermanium (Ge) is used to continue the development of FinFETs by increasing the channel carrier mobility especially hole mobility. Due to device scaling, random dopant fluctuation(RDF)-induced variation in the channel region becomes intensified by diffusion from heavily doped source/drain (S/D) regions.
