Levados a participar da 4a Conferencia Municipal dos Direitos da Pessoa Idosa, na Câmara Municipal de Itaguai/RJ, promoveram uma atividade onde o objetivo era demonstrar aos idosos a importância em se manter uma vida sexual ativa, contrariando assim, a ideia de que a sexualidade deve ser ignorada na terceira idade. A idealizacao deste trabalho deu-se atraves da observacao por parte dos alunos de que muitos idosos sofrem pelo desconhecimento e pela pressao que enfrentam por ainda sentir desejo e buscar o prazer. Esta proposta visa atuar de forma que os idosos compreendam que podem ter praticas prazerosas independente da idade. DESCRICAO DA EXPERIENCIA: A atividade foi realizada em dois momentos. Hablar de la evolución del mundo empresarial en los últimos años es hablar de un mundo cada vez m... more Hablar de la evolución del mundo empresarial en los últimos años es hablar de un mundo cada vez más dinámico y complejo. Los cambios del entorno surgen de modo relativamente sorprendente. Estos cambios inesperados y frecuentes son denominados "discontinuidades". Las hay de todo tipo, económicas, tecnológicas, políticas y legales, sociales y del ecosistema. Entre ellas se pueden nombrar la recesión, la disminución de ingresos, la digitalización, el mayor proteccionismo, etc. Éstos provocan procesos de innovación permanentes en un entorno competitivo. Las empresas sólo sobrevivirán si poseen potenciales, tanto capacidades como competencias propias, para adaptar sus productos y procesos a tiempo y, así, crear otros de mayor utilidad. La competencia para innovar es condición sine qua non para asegurar la supervivencia a largo plazo de una empresa. Esto representa nuevos retos para la dirección empresarial. El cumplimiento con las necesidades de coordinación e integración surgidas en la empresa se llevará a cabo, en muchos países centroeuropeos, a través de un sistema de controlling. Pero, ¿qué es controlling?, ¿se conoce este concepto dentro de nuestras fronteras?, ¿por qué el sistema de controlling tiene una gran relevancia en las economías centroeuropeas, como, por ejemplo, en la alemana, El cumplimiento con las necesidades de coordinación e integración surgidas en la empresa se llevará a cabo, en muchos países centroeuropeos, a través de un sistema de controlling.

Nilai budaya yang ada di dalam cerita rakyat dapat menjadi pedoman dalam berinteraksi antar individu, dengan alam, maupun Sang Pencipta. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang representasi budaya bagi masyarakat Banjar serta pola hubungan nilai budaya dalam cerita rakyat “Kisah Patih Empat”dengan pendekatan antropologi sastra. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa representasi budaya bagi masyarakat Banjar dalam cerita rakyat “Kisah Patih Empat” merupakan gambaran sikap yang mengutamakan persatuan dan perdamaian, bersikap pantang menyerah, gambaran ideal pemimpin, gambaran religi masyarakat, latar tradisi, latar alam, dan latar akulturasi budaya. In... more The management of mine waste has become an urgent issue, especially in semi-arid environments. In this context, and with an aim to inhibit the oxidation of the sulfide tailings of the abandoned mine of Kettara in Morocco, a store-and-release (SR) cover made of phosphate mine waste (PW) was implemented. In order to guarantee its long-term performance, phytostabilization by local wild plant species is currently the most effective and sustainable solution. This study aimed to assess the growth performance and phytostabilization efficiency of five local wild plant species to grow on the SR cover made of PW. A field experiment was conducted for two growing seasons (2018 and 2019), without amendments and with the minimum of human care. PW and the aboveground and belowground parts of the studied plant species were collected and analyzed for As, Cd, Cu, Ni, and Zn. Our work on isolated rat intestine aimed at studying the hypothesis that the intestinal transport... more Our work on isolated rat intestine aimed at studying the hypothesis that the intestinal transport of manganese was carrier-mediated and, consequently, subjected to saturation. Our results confirm this hypothesis, assessing the concentration of carrier saturation for manganese at 0.5 mM. As this concentration, which may determine self-limitation in the intestinal absorption of this metal, is much higher than the maximal allowed concentration of the EEC Standard (50 mg/l), food and water should be carefully monitored for their manganese content in order to avoid reaching toxic concentrations in blood and tissues.

In this work, (E)-N-(4-Fluoro-3-Phenoxybenzylidene)-substituted benzenamines (1-6) have been synt... more In this work, (E)-N-(4-Fluoro-3-Phenoxybenzylidene)-substituted benzenamines (1-6) have been synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectral studies. Density functional theory (DFT) has been used to optimize geometrical parameters, atomic charges, vibrational wavenumbers and intensity of vibrational bands. The molecular properties HOMO-LUMO, MEP and atomic charges of carbon, nitrogen and oxygen were calculated using B3LYP/6-311G (d, p) basis set. The polarizability and first order hyperpolarizability of the title Compounds were calculated and interpreted.

Hablar de la evolución del mundo empresarial en los últimos años es hablar de un mundo cada vez m... more Hablar de la evolución del mundo empresarial en los últimos años es hablar de un mundo cada vez más dinámico y complejo. Los cambios del entorno surgen de modo relativamente sorprendente. Estos cambios inesperados y frecuentes son denominados "discontinuidades".
