The Faculty of Industrial Engineering at Telkom University faces challenges in optimizing the value derived from its IT investments to meet evolving market demands. To address this, IT governance methodologies are essential, ensuring effective and secure IT utilization aligned with strategic objectives. This study investigates and evaluates the IT delivery value process at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering, Telkom University, using the COBIT 2019 Domain APO04 framework and LAM INFOKOM standards. Data collection involved primary interviews and secondary document analysis. The analysis revealed gaps in assessing emerging technologies and recommending further initiatives. Recommendations span people, process, and technology aspects, aiming to enhance technology evaluation procedures and documentation. This study provides insights into effectively leveraging IT to achieve the Faculty's objectives and enhance decision-making quality. .

None of the several theories that underpin the assessment of IT adoption characterizes the proces... more None of the several theories that underpin the assessment of IT adoption characterizes the process as dynamically as the Means of Engagement theory does. User satisfaction is a key factor in influencing the success of ERP implementation as well as the adoption of the ERP system by the user. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the factors affecting user satisfaction of the ERP system as well as the relationship between customer satisfaction and user involvement. This research aims to develop a concept or model of Means of Engagement (MOE) on relationship domain in particular for satisfaction factor with the research object of PT Glico Indonesia. The research uses SEM-PLS analysis method using the SmartPLS 4 application to construct and test a structural equation model that reflects the relationship between the variables investigated in the research. The evaluation results showed that the five SERVQUAL dimensions studied did not have a significant impact on user satisfaction while customer satisfaction had a significant positive impact on engagement. The results of this research, namely the development of the Means of Engagement model, are expected to be the basis for PT Glico Indonesia to design strategies that can improve and maintain the adoption of ERP system users based on the level of the means of engagement model.

The results showed that the average increase in daytime LST per decade in Taiwan was 0.021 °C. Elevation, LC, and vegetation had significantly affected the daytime LST increase, with R2 of 32.5% and 28.1% for the North and South parts of the country, respectively. The daytime LST increase in the North at elevations higher than 1000 m had an increasing trend, while in the South the increasing trend was found at elevations higher than 350 m above sea level. All types of forest and urban areas in the North had a higher daytime LST increase than the average, while in the South, the areas with water, closed shrubland, and urban parts had a higher daytime LST increase than the average.

Smart bird farm is an emerging skill to manage farms by using technologies for instance sensors, ... more Smart bird farm is an emerging skill to manage farms by using technologies for instance sensors, IoT (Internet of Things), robotics, and AI (Artificial Intelligence) to control and increase the quality and quantity of products while optimizing the human labor required. We can be seen in today's world, there are many organizations for example agriculture, house, office, manufacturers and etc. are developing IOT technology to automatically control their businesses and organizations. One of the issues in my region is the bird farm. When the farm owner wants to leave their farm, it is difficult for him/her to feed the food, water, turn on the light, and sound for their birds. The objective of this study is to develop a smart bird farm application for the owner to automatically control their bird farm by using IoT smart farm system. Especially, for turning on and off the bird's sound, the food, and the time of feeding the food, turn on and off the LED light sensor and automatically turn on and off of the water pump by using a water sensor. Agile project development was the method used in this study. The results show that the smart bird farm system was successful when tested and applied to the real farm. Moreover, the connection testing with the mobile application, water pump testing via water sensor, the value of micro servo testing via the mobile application, control sound testing, and food feeding testing were successful and satisfactory. A smart bird farm is one of the farmer's alternatives to reduce labor and time and comfortable for the farmer to control their farm anywhere with the internet connection and mobile technology.

using internet. In Thailand, the number of people who are
using Internet has dramatically increased, meanwhile the
number of threats that protected by many organizations also
go up. One of the threats to youth generations is pornography
that spreads very fast via cyberspace or internet. The
Southeast Asian countries have had a vigorous debate over
pornography in recent years, exposing deep divisions with the
Muslim-majority nation [2]. Thailand is one of the countries be
ranked of pornography and sexual behavior. Another threat in
Thailand to the Muslim community especially in southern
border provinces is in term of website contains seditious and
annoying for the Muslim people especially to the youth
generation. These problems are very significant to resolve for
the objective of future youth to be safe. Many countries try to
control these kinds of the issues, but the result has not been too
effective. In this study, we propose a coordinate system model
among Ministry of Information and Communication
Technology (MICT) in Thailand as a regulator and law
enforcer, National Broadcasting and Telecommunication
Commission (NBTC) and the Central Islamic Council of
Thailand (CICOT) as the content advisor. The coordinate
system model that we propose is to provide the system for
filtering and detecting negative content over Internet to be
more efficient in order to prevent people from negative
content. Our objective is to protect the youth generation
especially Muslim community by filtering and detecting
websites which contain pornography and seditious elements.
However, it is very difficult to coordinate with all these
organizations because Thailand is non-Muslim country and we
might face the challenges and we hope, it will be success.

However, there are many students could not easily to understand the content of programming language concept, they always have difficulties in studying it and are little interested in it and due to the fact thus failed in course. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to design and develop an interactive mobile game-based learning application in basic C language programming concept for beginner through application to introduces and helping students understanding the programming concept and syntax. The game-based application has digest programming class and quiz into the mobile game the students can play as the main character to explore the level and the story and at the same time learn about the fundamental principles behind it. This game was developed using Unity Game Engine as development tool, Microsoft visual code studio and Adobe photoshop as its graphic design tool.

This paper is intended to purpose and discovered that how to teach children to effectively memorize an information by using interactive multimedia application through some simple regularly routine dua and also the saying of the Prophet (PBUH) (hadith) with stories in interactivity approaches through computers as well as mobile devices. Finally, this paper also intends to continuous assess the reaction of children and their behaviors with the application in order to absorb the intelligent of problem solving and the moral value.

User satisfaction is a key factor in influencing the success of ERP implementation as well as the adoption of the ERP system by the user. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the factors affecting user satisfaction of the ERP system as well as the relationship between customer satisfaction and user involvement. This research aims to develop a concept or model of Means of Engagement (MOE) on relationship domain in particular for satisfaction factor with the research object of PT Glico Indonesia. The research uses SEM-PLS analysis method using the SmartPLS 4 application to construct and test a structural equation model that reflects the relationship between the variables investigated in the research. The evaluation results showed that the five SERVQUAL dimensions studied did not have a significant impact on user satisfaction while customer satisfaction had a significant positive impact on engagement. The results of this research, namely the development of the Means of Engagement model, are expected to be the basis for PT Glico Indonesia to design strategies that can improve and maintain the adoption of ERP system users based on the level of the means of engagement model.

We can be seen in today's world, there are many organizations for example agriculture, house, office, manufacturers and etc. are developing IOT technology to automatically control their businesses and organizations. One of the issues in my region is the bird farm. When the farm owner wants to leave their farm, it is difficult for him/her to feed the food, water, turn on the light, and sound for their birds. The objective of this study is to develop a smart bird farm application for the owner to automatically control their bird farm by using IoT smart farm system. Especially, for turning on and off the bird's sound, the food, and the time of feeding the food, turn on and off the LED light sensor and automatically turn on and off of the water pump by using a water sensor. Agile project development was the method used in this study. The results show that the smart bird farm system was successful when tested and applied to the real farm. control these kinds of the issues, but the result has not been too
effective. In this study, we propose a coordinate system model
among Ministry of Information and Communication
Technology (MICT) in Thailand as a regulator and law
enforcer, National Broadcasting and Telecommunication
Commission (NBTC) and the Central Islamic Council of
Thailand (CICOT) as the content advisor. The coordinate
system model that we propose is to provide the system for
filtering and detecting negative content over Internet to be
more efficient in order to prevent people from negative
content. Our objective is to protect the youth generation
especially Muslim community by filtering and detecting
websites which contain pornography and seditious elements.
However, it is very difficult to coordinate with all these
organizations because Thailand is non-Muslim country and we
might face the challenges and we hope, it will be success.

However, there are many students could not easily to understand the content of programming language concept, they always have difficulties in studying it and are little interested in it and due to the fact thus failed in course. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to design and develop an interactive mobile game-based learning application in basic C language programming concept for beginner through application to introduces and helping students understanding the programming concept and syntax. The game-based application has digest programming class and quiz into the mobile game the students can play as the main character to explore the level and the story and at the same time learn about the fundamental principles behind it. This game was developed using Unity Game Engine as development tool, Microsoft visual code studio and Adobe photoshop as its graphic design tool.

Interactivity methodology is continuous applied in designing application especially application for children. The interaction of children with the application can influence and improve their learning development. Therefore, the integration of visual, auditory and kin aesthetic or physical that visualizes how senses are used to convey information into human’s thinking and memory (Aziz, Rasli, & Ramli, 2010) particularly children. This paper is intended to purpose and discovered that how to teach children to effectively memorize an information by using interactive multimedia application through some simple regularly routine dua and also the saying of the Prophet (PBUH) (hadith) with stories in interactivity approaches through computers as well as mobile devices. Finally, this paper also intends to continuous assess the reaction of children and their behaviors with the application in order to absorb the intelligent of problem solving and the moral value.
