This chapter traces the history of these tragic events from the Balfour Declaration (1917) and the British Military Administration and Mandate (1917–1948) entrusted to lead Palestine into democracy and independence, but through it, opened the flood gates of Palestine to Jewish colonists from Europe and elsewhere. The resulting Zionist takeover of traditional Palestinian lands resulted in major changes to the region’s population and land tenure. This chapter emphasizes the importance of applying the principles of international law as the only way to end a century of blood and suffering and suggests a legal regime to achieve this end.

The letter outlines errors of facts, misguided judgment, violation of international law and deviation from basic norms of justice. Each claim praising Israel in the speech was shown to be false or biased, merely an extension of the racist colonial state of mind, spirit and action. The rebuttal was widely distribute by human rights groups.

On 29 October 1948, Israeli Zionist forces attacked the village of Ed Dawayima in Al Khalil district, killed from 600 to 1000 villagers, burnt people in their homes, killed those hiding in a cave and dumped their bodies in a well. Abba Eban, the Zionist orator with a twisted tongue, denied that Ed Dawayima existed.
Here is a detailed forensic documentation of this horrible massacre, depicting the true face of Israel. WE SHALL NEVER FORGET OR FORGIVE.

The open letter is penned by celebrated Palestinian researcher Dr. Salman Abu Sitta, who lambasts the authors of the piece for its clear erasure of the history of the indigenous Palestinians of Burayr, as well as the Zionist massacre that led to the village's ethnic cleansing and depopulation.

Each park is described in 6 maps and tables showing the map of the park, the area of every Palestinian village seized by JNF, Satellite image of the park, tables of the seized land from each village, the names of its landowners, the refugee camps in which they reside now, the Israeli military operation which expelled them, the incidence of massacres. The Atlas contains a field survey of the parks showing their encroachment on village lands and the building of parks and Jewish settlements on their lands. The Atlas contains maps of the National Water Carrier feeding the parks from waters syphoned off from the West Bank, Upper Jordan and Golan Heights, The Atlas contains a review of JNF violations of Domestic and International Laws, its participation in ethnic cleansing, population transfer and ethnic cleansing in 1948. In particular, the Atlas describes in maps the fictitious sale in which JNF seized over 2 million donums of the refugees' land in order to block their return. The data in this Atlas is an important legal tool for court cases under domestic and international laws for Palestinians to recover their land seized by JNF with compensation and to nullify its tax-exempt status as Charity. BELOW are samples of selected maps of Birriya Forest, built on the ruins of several Galilee villages. One of them, Ein ez Zeitoun, was the site of a horrendous massacre.

Abu Sitta (Beersheva, 1937) is one of the most important academics related to Palestinian studies. His research on the topographical, landscape, population and memory reconstruction of Palestine, before and after 1948, are essential to understand and analyze what is known in Arabic as the Nakba ("disaster" or "catastrophe"). That is, the destruction and transformation that occurred between 1947-1949, linked to the creation of the State of Israel and carried out by the Zionist colonial movement since the end of the s. xix, of what until then was known as historic Palestine or the Palestine of the British Mandate.

His identity and history were destroyed by Zionism brought by the Ashkenazi European Jews.

Habibi rates only a mention in the current book, and the Haifa Project would do well to revisit him in a major fashion, since his life epitomised so many of history's tragic and comic twists and turns. I last saw him in Haifa, in his house in a maze of poor streets that did not seem to be named, but he was easily findable by the query: 'How do I get to Emile?'

Germany relived its past under the banner of Israel.

The destruction took place to erect a settlers' state (Israel) on the ruins of Palestine through ethnic cleansing and war crimes continuing till today. The enthusiastic response of the audience is a testimony to the revealed truth about the bloody history.

It is a map of Palestine by the Survey of Palestine, issued in 1924, revised in 1941, 1942 and finally in August 1947. It shows 1200 Palestinian towns and villages plus whatever tiny Jewish colonies established under the treacherous British administration. These colonies were built on a land obtained under the British not exceeding 6% of Palestine.

Two third of the Palestinian people, now 9 million, were expelled from 560 depopulated towns and villages, by massacres and ethnic cleansing. To do this in the 20 th century in the heart of the Arab world is unprecedented. Naturally this led to wars and instability ever since. UN Resolution 194 called for the return of the refugees to their homes 135 times, the longest in UN history. This resolution was not implemented due to the intransigence of Israel and the support of USA and old European colonial powers. This situation obviously could not last. Here is a plan to implement the rule of justice and international law with minimum dislocation of legitimate population.

The similarity of the massacres indicated a common purpose. Here the anatomy of one massacre illustrates the case.
