CSR with a shared value creation approach is characterized by the concept of social entrepreneurs... more CSR with a shared value creation approach is characterized by the concept of social entrepreneurship, so as to produce a new business model from the social changes that occur. The purposes of this study are to determine the process of developing social entrepreneurship in the Spice and Fruit Village CSR Program and to identify the creation of shared values resulting from Sido Muncul CSR program. The research method used is qualitative in which the validity of the data is tested by the triangulation method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and observations with Sido Muncul and fostered residents for the Spice and Fruit Village Program in Bergas Kidul and Diwak Villages. The results of this study indicate that the process of developing social entrepreneurship in CSR programs is carried out through several stages, including identification of social problems, allocation of resources, collaboration and partnerships, adaptation of products and processes, and social innovation. The creation of shared values resulting from the CSR program is organizational performance and social performance. Organizational performance can be seen through management support, employee commitment, company reputation, and organizational finance. Social performance can be seen through the role of social entrepreneurship, harmonious relationships between shareholders and stakeholders, social innovation, and community independence. Organizational performance has a reciprocal relationship with social performance, which can produce sustainable growth.

Studies on sustainable tourism villages (STV) development highlighted the role of community-based... more Studies on sustainable tourism villages (STV) development highlighted the role of community-based tourism (CBT) and social entrepreneurship (SE). Previous studies mostly focused on community and social entrepreneurship but neglected tourism management, which became the research gap of this study. The aim of this study was to investigate the contributions of CBT, SE, and tourism management in sustaining a tourism village. This study used a qualitative method, so the data were collected through focus group discussions and in-depth interviews with key players of Kaki Langit Mangunan Tourism Village, Yogyakarta. The results showed that the involvement and integration of CBT and SE were crucial in achieving STV. Finally, STV also required professionalism in management.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem penilaian kinerja menggunakan rating bintang terhadap kinerja dengan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada driver gojek di Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis dan desain penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan merupakan non probability sampling yaitu accidental sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dan peran mediasi menggunakan uji sobel. This study aims to examine the effect of psychological empowerment and intergenerational learning on the innovative work behavior of lecturers with a climate of age diversity as a mediating variable. The type of this research is explanatory research. The population of this research is lecturers from private universities in Central Java. By using accidental sampling, obtained 152 lecturers who became respondents in this study. The data analysis technique used the Partial Least Square (PLS) test using the SmartPLS. The results of the study revealed that psychological empowerment and intergenerational learning had a significant and positive effect on lecturers' innovative work behavior. Although skills mismatch has been widely described in various macroeconomic kinds of literature but has not been explained in human resource management literature. This article attempts to explain the skill of mismatch in the perspective of learning organization literature to bring the better explanation on how an organization is handling such a mismatch. With this objective, this article provides a bridge analysis in understanding macro skills mismatch to the management of human resources at the organization level. As a literature review, this article is derived from the search of scientific journals through EBSCO and Google Scholar with the publication period of the year 2000-2017. The conclusion of this article is to support organizational learning theory that can enhance the competitiveness of the organization. The competitiveness created through the learning organization will be an effort in dealing with the skills mismatch.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh work life balance terhadap employee engagement da... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh work life balance terhadap employee engagement dan dampaknya terhadap turnover intentions karyawan dengan job characteristics sebagai pemoderasi, pada karyawan generasi Y. Data penelitian diperoleh dari 193 responden yang berasal dari beberapa perusahaan di Indonesia, yang cocok dengan kriteria penelitian ini. Teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement dan selanjutnya employee engagement berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intentions karyawan generasi Y. Temuan lain menunjukkan bahwa job characteristics berperan sebagai pemoderasi terhadap pengaruh work life balance terhadap employee engagement. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement diperkuat dengan job characteristics sebagai variabel pemoderasi untuk karyawan generasi Y.

This research proved that there is a significant relationship between secretnnj's working performance and the secretary's competency. This means that in order to get a good secretary working performance, competency should be given a great attention by increasing the competency level. It is prr:nxd thet some factors significantly influence the secretanj's competency, whether thetj are given partially OT simultaneously influence, such as a formal education, professional trainings which have been taken by ~ secretary and also some working experiences. All of these shows that three factors are things which should be given attention for achieving good competency for a secretary which will influence the secretary's working performance.

Although skills mismatch has been widely described in various macroeconomic kinds of literature but has not been explained in human resource management literature. This article attempts to explain the skill of mismatch in the perspective of learning organization literature to bring the better explanation on how an organization is handling such a mismatch. With this objective, this article provides a bridge analysis in understanding macro skills mismatch to the management of human resources at the organization level. As a literature review, this article is derived from the search of scientific journals through EBSCO and Google Scholar with the publication period of the year 2000-2017. The conclusion of this article is to support organizational learning theory that can enhance the competitiveness of the organization. The competitiveness created through the learning organization will be an effort in dealing with the skills mismatch.

The research method used is quantitative by using a questionnaire for data collection. A sample of 104 respondents was taken by accidental sampling technique. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire in the form of a google form distributed through social media, email, and others. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh work life balance terhadap employee engagement da... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh work life balance terhadap employee engagement dan dampaknya terhadap turnover intentions karyawan dengan job characteristics sebagai pemoderasi, pada karyawan generasi Y. Data penelitian diperoleh dari 193 responden yang berasal dari beberapa perusahaan di Indonesia, yang cocok dengan kriteria penelitian ini. Teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement dan selanjutnya employee engagement berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intentions karyawan generasi Y. Temuan lain menunjukkan bahwa job characteristics berperan sebagai pemoderasi terhadap pengaruh work life balance terhadap employee engagement. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap employee engagement diperkuat dengan job characteristics sebagai variabel pemoderasi untuk karyawan generasi Y.
