With the increasing increase in purchase intention, especially those aimed at generation Z aged 17-25 years, this study aims to find out the relationship between lifestyle and social media influencers on purchase intention. This study involved 110 respondents in Bali. There are two hypotheses put forward for in-depth analysis. There are differences in previous studies, the results state that there is a relationship between lifestyle and social media influencers on purchase intention. This research provides a number of implications, limitations and directions for further research

In this transparent era, public awareness as a consumer is very important. Green awareness is needed as a consideration for making purchasing decisions. Consumers must be careful in choosing products to consume. Production of green products requires efforts that make product prices higher than green products on the other hand high prices usually make it difficult for consumers to make purchasing decisions on that product. Companies must inform people of product specifications about the products they produce are green. This research was conducted in a well-known tourist city in Indonesia, Denpasar, Bali by taking the subject of teenagers in Denpasar. using a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 108 respondents. The results showed that environmental awareness has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions. Green product awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. price awareness has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions and brand image awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

In general, human resources create, manage and manage all the existing development factors. Employee loyalty is determined by factors of compensation, organizational culture, and job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on employee loyalty GO-JEK drivers in Bali. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a Slovin formula of 99 respondents. The results showed that compensation, organizational culture and job satisfaction partially had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty GO-JEK drivers in Bali.

Sikap loyal pelanggan kepada perusahaan akan sangat membantu perusahaan untuk dapat bertahan dalam persaingan bisnis karena pelanggan merupakan sumber pendapatan dari perusahaan. Relationship marketing adalah salah satu strategi pemasaran yang bisa digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Melalui strategi relational benefits, perusahaan dapat memberikan manfaat atas hubungan antara perusahaan dan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di bengkel PT Honda Dewata Motor dengan responden sebanyak 153 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa confidence benefits dan social benefits berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan bengkel. Special treatment benefits tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan bengkel. Selanjutnya, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan bengkel.

T... more A budget is an organizational plan stated in a monetary unit and drawn up for a period of time. The process of budgeting can trigger the behavior of budget implementers to conduct budgetary slack due to negative subjective attitudes and norms owned by budget executives. This makes research on the factors that affect the budgeting slack important to be carried out. This study used data collection techniques with questionnaires. All research instruments are valid and reliable. This research has also been freed from the problem of classical assumptions. The results were tested with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed self-efficacy, budget participation, information asymmetry, and budgetary emphasis influenced the budgetary slack. On the other side emotional stability has no significant effect on the budgetary slack.
