This development can occur because one of them is supported by the tourism sector on the coast. Based on this, the development of coastal tourism destinations needs support from various parties, one of which is MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) actors. This study discusses the existing followership of MSME actors in Bangkalan's south coast tourism. One of the types of followership that has been widely discussed in the last few decades is authentic followership. One of the factors that influence authentic followership is a positive organizational culture. Based on this, this study aims to determine the effect of positive organizational culture on authentic followership. The method used in this research is a quantitative study of influence. Data collection was carried out using a scale on a sample of 130 MSME actors in the southern coastal tourism area of Bangkalan Regency. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression and the data is processed with SPSS version 14 software. The results show that positive organizational culture influences authentic followership. Positive organizational culture has an influence of 32.6% on the authentic followership of MSME actors in the south coast of Bangkalan, while the remaining 67.4% is a variable that is not discussed in this study.

Akan tetapi, garam yang dihasilkan di Madura masih belum sesuai harapan. Faktor yang berpengaruh salah satunya yaitu masih minimnya penggunaan teknologi kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mencari tahu pengaruh nilai-nilai konservasi pada kesiapan penggunaan teknologi para petani garam di pulau Madura. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah terdapat pengaruh nilai-nilai konservasi terhadap kesiapan penggunaan teknologi pada petani garam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif studi pengaruh. Data diambil memakai kuesioner pada partisipan yang menjadi sampel di enam desa pada Kabupaten Sampang. Sampling menggunakan teknik purposive sample. Hasil data dianalisis dengan regresi memakai perangkat lunak JASP. Uji yang dilakukan mendapatkan hasil yaitu kesiapan teknologi dipengaruhi oleh nilai-nilai konservasi sebesar 0,265 atau 26,5%. A clean and committed bureaucracy indicated a system that has good support system from the stakeh... more A clean and committed bureaucracy indicated a system that has good support system from the stakeholders, for instance stakeholders who play role as assertive loyalists. East Java Provincial Government (Pemprov Jatim) can be the example for this. Assertive loyalists referred to followers who support their leader without losing their critical attitude to the leaders' policy & behavior. Training is essential to empower assertive loyalists in local government. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of training to empower assertive loyalists followers. The training effectiveness was measured using a questionnaire. This study adopted learning stage evaluation by Kirkpatrick & Kirkpatrick. The method used is quasi-experimental design. The study began by observing the research participants and giving a pretest. After that, the researcher will provide intervention to the research participants. Furthermore, the research participants were observed again and given a posttest. The intervention provided is training for the research participants. The research participants were ASN (Aparatur Sipil Negara) with the qualifications of structural officials and implementing officials who manage personnel, personnel analyst functional position, assessor functional position, and ASN who are interested in leadership and HR management. The benchmark to determine the effectiveness of the training is to compare the results of the pre-test and post-test of the trainees. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed a positive change. In the pre-test results, the percentage of correct answer items from all participants was 44,95%. Meanwhile, the post-test results showed that the percentage of correct answer items from all participants was 62,98%. These results reflect a positive change (18,03%) in the knowledge of the participants about assertive loyalists followership. Suggestions for further research is to follow up on the effectiveness of training at the behavioral and outcome stages from the perspective of Kirkpatrick & Kirkpatrick.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between self confidence with adversity q... more The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between self confidence with adversity quotient of post-drop out students at Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. The hypothesis is that there is a relationship between self confidence and adversity quotient in post-drop out students at Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. The research method is a quantitative approach. The number of participants was 130 people with a purposive sampling technique. The scale used is a scale of self confidence and adversity quotient. Data analysis using the Spearman Rank and analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 program. The results show the correlation is 0.844 (significance level 0.000 <0.05) which means the level of relationship between variables is very strong. It illustrates that there is a positive relationship between self confidence and adversity quotient in post-drop out students at Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. In other words, the hypothesis is accepted.
