Active electronically scanned arrays (AESAs) are widely used in defense industry and telecommunic... more Active electronically scanned arrays (AESAs) are widely used in defense industry and telecommunications. Such systems have potential for development in the field of special and consumer electronics (GSM, Wi-Fi, WiMAX, LTE, fifth generation of mobile network communication technology, satellite navigation and communications). In contrast to passive phased arrays, AESA have additional sources of signal errors due to the presence of active transceiver modules in each channel of the array, the characteristics of which are different at each time due to the influence of destabilizing factors (temperature, change in supply voltages etc.). Thus, there is a need for a block of transceiver module parameters correction based on integrated temperature sensor. Simulation results of integrated temperature sensor designed in 0.18mutextm0.18\ \mu \text{m}0.18mutextm SiGe BiCMOS technology are presented. It provides temperature measurement in −60—85°C range with 5-bit resolution. Absolute error of measurements is less than 1°C. Power consumption of the sensor is less than 17 mW. Chip area is 0,018 mm2.

Two designs of a microwave sensor have been developed for a device for built-in monitoring of mic... more Two designs of a microwave sensor have been developed for a device for built-in monitoring of microwave path parameters, built on the basis of a broadband quadrature measurement method. The first sensor design is made on the basis of a symmetrical strip line, the second - on the basis of a segment of a coaxial line. Each of the microwave sensor designs consists of three parts: a directional coupler and two non-directional measuring probes. The microwave sensor is designed to operate in the 1 - 2 GHz frequency range. The paper also proposes a variant of the circuitry implementation of the built-in microwave control device, which implements the procedure for broadband automatic measurement of the complex reflection coefficient and the power level in the microwave path based on the method of quadrature measurements. The device solves the problem of long-term automatic monitoring of parameters and timely detection of the beginning degradation of the antenna-feeder path.

The paper presents the results of modelling the coverage areas of a communication system in the W... more The paper presents the results of modelling the coverage areas of a communication system in the Wi-Fi range for organizing a wireless data transmission channel between the coastal and onboard control subsystems of an unmanned floating platform, for which the main navigation zones near the coast are determined. It is shown that the use of a communication system based on the IEEE 802.11 standard makes it possible to ensure stable data exchange within the specified navigation zones of the unmanned platform. A generalized block diagram of a remote control system for an unmanned floating platform has been developed. It includes a video surveillance subsystem and a subsystem for engine control and collection of metrological data from various sensors. In this case, the floating platform is controlled both from a stationary post and using a mobile console. Functional diagrams of the onboard video surveillance and control system, as well as the coastal subsystem have been developed.
