This research is a type of quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of the quality... more This research is a type of quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of the quality of mobile banking Bank Syariah Indonesia on customer satisfaction. The data used in this study is primary data obtained directly from the answers of 88 respondents who are ASN UIN Imam Bonjol Padang as customers of mobile banking BSI The analytical method used is a simple linear regression analysis method. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the variable quality of mobile banking has an influence on customer satisfaction from the results of hypothesis testing or t-test, a significance value of 0.000 < than 0.05. From the simple linear regression equation, the X regression coefficient is 0.518 which states that if the quality of mobile banking services (X) increases by one unit, then customer satisfaction (Y) will increase by 0.518 or 51.8%. In the R-Square coefficient of determination the effect of mobile banking (X) on customer satisfaction (Y) is 0.713=71.3% and the remaining 28.7% is influenced by factors other than service quality that are not included in this study.

After conducting in-depth research paper and analysis, the authors concluded 30% representation of women in parliament is set formally in the constitution, while according to Islamic perspective, rule of 30% representation of women in parliament is not contrary to the principles of Islam as it adheres to equality between men and women in leadership issues for women are possessed quality and capability as a leader.

This study explores the influence of Inflation Rate, Exchange Rate, Interest Rate, Economy Growth... more This study explores the influence of Inflation Rate, Exchange Rate, Interest Rate, Economy Growth, and Money Supply toward saving and deposit fund in Indonesian sharia Banking 2001 to 2015 period. Published time series data by Indonesian Central Bank (BI), Indonesian Financial Authority (OJK), Statistic Central Bureau (BPS) were used in this study. The empirical tests using a path analyses model to support the research hypotheses. The results show that inflation rate, exchange rate, interest rate, economy growth, and money supply in Indonesia influence toward sharia banking saving and deposit fund by positive and significant effect during this period.

This study aims to determine the effect of tourist attractions, amenities, and accessibility on t... more This study aims to determine the effect of tourist attractions, amenities, and accessibility on tourist satisfaction in Batu Kapal Caves, South Solok Regency. The type of research used in this research is field research or with a quantitative approach. The processed data is primary data. The subjects of this study were tourists in the southern ship of Batu Kapal Solok. The research instruments used in this study were a questionnaire and a Likert scale. Secondary data was obtained from the Solok Selatan district tourism office. Primary data were obtained from tourist respondents who visited the Batu Caves area of the southern ship of Solok. The results showed that: tourist attractions have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in the Batu Kapal cave area in South Solok. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 6.137 > ttable 1.660 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Amenities have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in the ship rock cave area in South Solok. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 11.123 > ttable 1.660 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Accessibility has no positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in the Batu Kapal cave area in South Solok. This is evidenced by the tcount-1.334 <ttable 1.660 and a significant value of 0.185> 0.05. Tourist attractions, amenities, and accessibility together have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in the Batu Kapal cave area in South Solok. This is evidenced by the fcount value of 104.384> ftable 2.70 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

This paper analyzing the discount system determined by shariah bank in settling the murabahah debt before the deadline. This paper were made in demand of sharia bank customers who felt disappoint when they wanted to settle the murabahah debt before the deadline, because the customers have to pay all the residue of basic debt and residue of margin, but in some case the bank provide discount rate according to the bank provision. This system caused a burden to customers and many customers compare the sharia bank system with the conventional bank where in conventional bank the customers will be given a penalty of one time interest rate. After a deep analysis the writer came to a conclusion that the decision of discount rate in sharia bank is approppriate with the instruction of DSN MUI Number : 23/DSN-MUI/III/2002 related to the discount rate for settling the murabahah debt before the deadline. It mentioned that "If the customer of murabahah settle the debt earlier or before the time as per previous agreement, the financial institution may provide a discount from the obligation of payment but it must not be mentioned during the previous agreement." The amount of discount is considered depending on the provision of the Sharia Financial Institutions.

This conversion decision will of course also affect the loyalty of Bank Nagari customers themselves. This study aims to see how the influence of knowledge, religiosity and service quality on customer loyalty when Bank Nagari is converted into Bank Nagari Syariah. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis with the process of collecting data through an online questionnaire using the snowball sampling method. This study shows that knowledge and service quality have a positive influence on customer loyalty. While religiosity has a negative influence on customer loyalty.

To ensure that the implementation of murabaha financing to fit this concept, it requires strict supervision of the Sharia Supervisory Board or the National Islamic Council, so murabaha financing as financing belle of Islamic banking can be guarded and not tarnish the image and prestige of Islamic banking so that no impression that the bank sharia is the same as conventional banks.

Gersindo Minang Plantation. The subject of this research is the sustanability development of the CSR department at PT. Gersindo Minang Planatation and the people who feel the CSR activities. This research is a type of field research. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. The validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that CSR management at PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation in general, is engaged in education, environment, health and social affairs. There are two types of programs, namely the Patronage and Community Development Program. In terms of Islamic business ethics, of the five axioms that include unity, equilibrium, free will, benevolence and responsibility there is one axiom that is not reflected in the program namely responsibility.
