The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job insecurity and organizational citizens... more The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job insecurity and organizational citizenship behavior on the intention to become whistleblowing. To obtain sufficient statistical results, this research uses 48 respondents who have knowledge of cases of sexual harassment that occurred in the organization where they work. In accordance with the sampling technique used in this research, the researchers looked for prospective respondents based on the recommendations and suggestions given by previous respondents. When it reaches the 48th respondent, the respondent does not have other references regarding prospective respondents who meet the criteria of this research. To examine the relationship between constructs and the potential differences in perceptions that exist, the researchers used a path analysis technique assisted by the Smart PLS version 3. The results showed that the constructs of job insecurity and organizational citizenship behavior had a significant impact in shaping intentions to become whistleblowers in cases of sexual harassment in Indonesia. organization where they work. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the most developed creative industries in... more Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the most developed creative industries in Indonesia and are able to make significant contribution to Indonesia's GDP (Gross Domestic Product), but the high growth of MSMEs has not been able to create sustainable MSMEs performance. Factors that influence each other include network capability, marketing performance, knowledge creation, and product innovation. This study aims to enhancing marketing performance in MSMEs: empirical research from Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. The sample in this study were 109 respondents of MSME owners in Semarang City. The data collection method used questionnaire distributed to MSMEs owners through Google Forms. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and structural equation modelling with the Smart PLS program. The results showed that network capability has positive and significant effect on product innovation, product innovation has positive and significant effect on marketing performance, and network capability has positive and significant effect on marketing performance.

The population in this study were 30 female swallow nest cleaning workers. The sample in this study amounted to 30 samples. This sample was obtained by using saturated sampling technique. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji pengaruh knowledge sharing, leadership dan kompensasi sert... more Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji pengaruh knowledge sharing, leadership dan kompensasi serta dampaknya terhadap komitmen organisasi. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana meningkatkan komitmen organisasi di Koperasi Bina Usaha Karangjati. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan koperasi yang berjumlah 34 orang. Analisis regressi yang dijalankan dengan perangkat lunak Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS), digunakan untuk menganalisis data, Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa knowlerdge sharing, leadership dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Temuan empiris tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa knowledge sharing terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 4.239, leadership menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,418 dan kompensasi menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 4,966 maka berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.

This type of research was s quantitative correlation with a cross-sectional approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The independent variables were product quality, price, promotion, and testimonials and the dependent variable was buying decisions. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression with the SPSS 25.0 program. Based on the data analysis shows that: (1) It was found that the Product Quality variable (X1) in buying decisions (Y). This proves that employee work stress determines an employee's job satisfaction level because work stress is a condition of tension that creates a physical and psychic imbalance that affects an employee's emotions, and thinking process; excessive stress can threaten an employee's ability to deal with their work environment and will ultimately interfere with the performance of employees duties. Work stress can be seen as a depressing feeling or feeling depressed that employees experience in the face of their work; overall excessive work stress will lower employee job satisfaction levels.

Events and phenomena experienced by Bissu community, able to dismiss the notion negativ about the tranvestite who deserves to be weeded in social status, as that was happening during this time. In principle, social systems, cultural systems, and physical culture are part of the cultural framework.
