This research aimed to: (1) determine the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction a... more This research aimed to: (1) determine the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction at Rindu Lokaria Café, (2) determine the influence of prices on consumer satisfaction at Rindu Lokaria Café, (3) determine the influence of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction at Rindu Lokaria Cafe.This type of research employed quantitative research with an associative approach. In this research, the sample size was taken using the Slovin formula with a total of 100 respondents from Rindu Lokaria Cafe consumers. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F test and t test.The results of this research indicate that: (1) product quality had a partial and siguficant influence on customer satisfaction with a t-count of 3.533 > 1.98472, (2) prices had a partial and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Rindu Lokaria Cafe with a t-count of 8.225 > 1.98472, (3) product quality and price had a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Rindu Lokaria Cafe with an F-table value of 116.938 > 3.09.

The type of research used is a type of descriptive research, the type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data were obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. This research is a research that uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The analysis step is by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the application of internal control of merchandise inventory by Maumere Swalayan Water Gate which is in accordance with COSO theory is, control environment, risk assessment, control activities and information and communication. Meanwhile, what is not in accordance with the COSO theory is monitoring.

Womanpreneur resilience is the womanpreuner's ability to survive both in an uphill business and in a declining state. In a declining situation like this, where mobility is limited, the prohibition of crowding and keeping a distance makes womanpreneurs have to set a strategy to continue to carry out their business activities. The qualitative nature of this study necessitates the distribution of questionnaires to female entrepreneurs as well as the conduct of interviews to authenticate the survey results. There has been a shift in sales trends from offline to online, with things including masks, hand sanitizers, and disinfectants being sold. During the pandemic, everything was done to stay alive. 85 percent of entrepreneurs were found to have survived the pandemic.

There are three independent variables, namely ROA, ROE and ROI, and the dependent variable is financial performance. The method used in this study is quantitative in associative form. The type of data in this study is time series data with a time period from 2016-2020. The source of financial statement data was obtained from the Head Office of KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat. The analysis technique applied to this study is multiple linear regression. The analysis tool used is SPSS V.22. The results showed that the variable ROI, ROA and ROE had a positive and significant effect on profit growth. This is indicated by significant values of 0.004, 0.003 and 0.000 smaller than 0.05. While simultaneously ROI, ROA, and ROE have a positive and significant effect on profit growth with a significant value of 0.000.

The research method used is a quantitative method. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to tourists visiting the Koja Doi Tourism Village, Sikka Regency. The sample used has a sampling limit of 100 respondents. The results showed, Test result F is known to be a significant value (10.033) with a significant value of 0.00 where smaller 0.05 or below 5%. Untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dari aspek pelayanan yang diberikan digunakan metode Analisis Indeks Kepuasan masyarakat Berdasarkan Kepmen/25/M.PAN/2/2004 tentang pedoman umum penyusunan indeks kepuasan masyarakat unit pelayanan instansi pemerintah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari analisa Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat PDAM Kabupaten Sikka di Kelurahan Kotauneng per unsur pelayanan ada 3 unsur dengan kategori pelayanan yang baik dan 11 unsur lainnya masuk dalam kategori kurang baik sehingga perlu adanya pembenahan dalam hal pelayanan. Selanjutnya secara keseluruhan hasil analisa Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat PDAM Kabupaten Sikka di Kelurahan Kotauneng termasuk dalam katagori kurang baik dengan nilai C. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Koperasi Kredit Tuke Ler Hewokloang dan objeknya adalah perputaran kas, perputaran piutang dan rentabilitas ekonomi. Jenis data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 33 people consisting of 4 officials including the head of the Office and 29 employees who work in the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Sikka Regency. The data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the bureaucratic reform variable influences the quality of public services in the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Sikka Regency by 32.8%. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 33 people consisting of 4 officials including the head of Dinas and 29 employees who worked in the office of the Regional Revenue Department of Sikka Regency. The data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis of the data used is a descriptive analysis whereby the results of this study showed that the contribution of bureaucratic reform variable (X) to the quality of public service (Y) in the office of the District Revenue Department of Sikka is 32.8% while the remaining of 67.2% is explained by other variables that are not included in this research model. This research aims to predict bankruptcy in the credit Union of the regional government Puskopdit, Maumere, using the Altman Z-Score model. The samples in this study were credit cooperatives of the main district Puskopdit in 2015-2017 consisting of 16 cooperatives.
