However, the related research on the selection model for the blended design teaching service quality solution is still an important research gap during this period. Therefore, this study proposed a hybrid method of fuzzy analytic network process (FANP) and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) to analyse the dimensions, indicators and alternatives of blended design teaching service quality. As for the findings of this research, the dimension of assurance is the most vital factor, followed by responsiveness, reliability and empathy. Meanwhile, this research discovered that the top three significant alternatives are “Employees are trustworthy”, “Safe transaction mechanism and environment” and “Personalised needs of customers”. Apixaban (apx), with a trade name of Eliquis ® , is a highly selective and efficacious inhibitor ... more Apixaban (apx), with a trade name of Eliquis ® , is a highly selective and efficacious inhibitor of blood coagulation factor Xa. Apixaban has poor solubility in water (0.028 mg/mL at °C) and relative low oral bioavailability (about 50% for a single mg dose). The purpose of this study is to improve the solubility and consequently the oral bioavailability of apixaban via cocrystal. A cocrystal of apixaban with oxalic acid (apx-oxa-H 2 O, 4:3:0.5) was successfully obtained and characterized. The structure of the cocrystal was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The solubility of the cocrystal in 0.1 M HCl (pH 1.0) and phosphate buffer of pH 6.8 were evaluated, and the results show the solubility values of cocrystal are approximately 2.2 and 2.1 times as large as those of apixaban form N-1 (the marketed product), respectively. The pharmacokinetics in beagle dogs were also investigated, and the mean AUC 0-24h of the cocrystal is approximately 2.7 times as large as that of apixaban form N-1, indicating both solubility and bioavailability of apixaban can be improved via cocrystal.

Accurately and rapidly analyzing the ionic current/conductance in a nanochannel, especially under... more Accurately and rapidly analyzing the ionic current/conductance in a nanochannel, especially under the condition of overlapped electric double layers (EDLs), is of fundamental significance for the design and development of novel nanofluidic devices. To achieve this, an analytical model for the surface charge properties and ionic current/conductance in a pH-regulated nanochannel is developed for the first time. The developed model takes into account the effects of the EDL overlap, electroosmotic flow, Stern layer, multiple ionic species, and the site dissociation/association reactions on the channel walls. In addition to good agreement with the existing experimental data of nanochannel conductance available from the literature, our analytical model is also validated by the full model with the Poisson-Nernst-Planck and Navier-Stokes equations.
