This study aims to explore how Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Social Media affect to ... more This study aims to explore how Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Social Media affect to Customer Engagement at the MSMEs in the city of Bandung. This study used a descriptive-quantitative approach involving 336 SMEs in the city of Bandung. Data were collected through questionnaires and literature studies. Data were analyzed using path analysis where variable (X1) was CRM, social media was variable (X2) and variable (y) was Customer Engagement. The results of this study indicate that there is a strong relationship between CRM and Social Media. The direction of the relationship is positive which shows a unidirectional relationship pattern, which means that when there is an increase in CRM it will be followed by an increase in Social Media, and vice versa. Based on the test results it can also be concluded that CRM and Social Media have a significant effect on Customer Engagement, both jointly and partially. Lembaga keuangan berbasis komunitas termasuk salah satu jenis lembaga keuangan mikro (LKM) dan di... more Lembaga keuangan berbasis komunitas termasuk salah satu jenis lembaga keuangan mikro (LKM) dan diyakini sebagai solusi efektif bagi masyarakat kelas menengah ke bawah sebagai akses jasa keuangan. LKM berperan dalam memberikan jasa pengembangan usaha dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, baik pinjaman, pembiayaan dan pengelolaan simpanan anggotanya. Salah satu bentuk LKM yang popular adalah koperasi. Namun, eksistensi koperasi aktif dari tahun 2016-2020 sebanyak 81.686 terindikasi tidak aktif. Penilaian keaktifan secara kelembagaan dan usaha telah melaksanakan Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT), yang mengindikasikan sudah berbadan hukum. Permasalahannya adalah koperasi tidak berbadan hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh antar variabel yaitu strategi pen... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh antar variabel yaitu strategi pengetahuan dan keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di UPI, dengan unit analisis seluruh program studi sarjana yang berjumlah 46 program studi tersebar di tujuh fakultas. Adapun teknik penarikan sampling adalah purposive yang melibatkan ketua program studi sebagai sumber datanya dengan alasan sebagai regulator dan partisipan sekaligus. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 82.61% program studi sarjana di UPI ada pada kelompok dengan keunggulan bersaing sementara dan 76.09% program studi sarjana di UPI sudah cukup dalam menjalankan strategi pengetahuan. Selain itu, pembentunkan keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan program studi sarjana di UPI dipengaruhi oleh penerapan strategi pengetahuan sebesar 34.1%.

Penelitin ini dilakukan di industri furniture rotan anggota ASMINDO Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey explanatori. Unit analisisnya adalah perusahaan furniture rotan anggota ASMINDO yang berjumlah 85 perusahaan dan yang menjadi sampel yaitu 70 perusahaan yang tersebar di seluruh Desa di Kabupaten dan Kota Cirebon. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi, bahwa tingkat manajemen talenta perusahaan furniture rotan anggota ASMINDO Cirebon dikategorikan cukup yang mengindikasikan sudah menyadari bahwa SDM adalah sumber keunggulan bersaing yang strategis. Distintive capabilities yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan furniture rotan anggota ASMINDO Cirebon dikategorikan cukup dengan berorientasi pada inovasi dan arsitektur. Keunggulan bersaing perusahaan furniture rotan anggota ASMINDO dikategorikan cukup dengan bersumber pada indikator pertumbuhan produktivitas karyawan. Tinggi rendahnya keunggulan bersaing perusahaan furniture rotan anggota ASMINDO Cirebon secara positif dipengaruhi oleh manajemen talenta dan distintive capabilities sebesar 46,8% sisanya 53.2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

The data were analyzed by simple regression analysis. In this research, furniture rattan company member ASMINDO Cirebon was chosen as the analysis unit and 70 company's samples selected using proportional random sampling. The research findings show that The level of talent management of the rattan furniture industry member ASMINDO Cirebon is categorized in average level [1], the rattan furniture industry members of ASMINDO Cirebon competitive advantage is rooted in employee productivity growth indicators [2], The level of competitive advantage of rattan furniture industry Cirebon is positively influenced by the typical talent management [3]. INTRODUCTION Indonesia is the largest country that produces rattan in the world, an estimated 80% of rattan raw materials in the world is produced by Indonesia which are spread on the island of Borneo, Sumatra, Sulawesi and Papua island with a production rate of about 622 000 tons / year (Indonesia Rattan Foundation). However, on the contrary, the processing industry, especially rattan wicker furniture, is still unable to compete with China and Italy in the world market share where China won 20.72%, Italy got 17.71% and Indonesia only controlled 7.86% [1]. This situation was reflected by a decrease in the performance of national rattan furniture. The Commerce Department data show that in 2004 to 2009, rattan furniture export was also decreased by 45%. Still in the same year, the total installed capacity of finished rattan products (rattan furniture) and realization of production were decreased 30% in the following 4 years. As a result, the number of rattan industries was decreasing, which as of December 2009 a total of 220 companies (43%) were out of business, 208 companies (40%) were in poor condition and 136 companies (17%) survived [2]. One of the biggest producer of rattan furniture is Cirebon, so the decline in the volume and value of national exports is affected by the performance of production in Cirebon [3]. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai kepuasan kerja dan perilaku kewar... more Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai kepuasan kerja dan perilaku kewargaorganisasian di PT Papyrus Sakti dan juga mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku kewargaorganisasian di PT Papyrus Sakti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan populasi sebanyak 466 karyawan dan sampel 100 karyawan PT Papyrus Sakti dengan menggunakan teknik sampling propotionate stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-t untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran kepuasan kerja dan perilaku kewargaorganisasian karyawan PT Papyrus Sakti berada pada kategori tinggi, dan hasil koefisien regresi menunjukkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewargaorganisasian.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di UPI, dengan unit analisis seluruh program studi sarjana yang berjumlah 46 program studi tersebar di tujuh fakultas. Adapun teknik penarikan sampling adalah purposive yang melibatkan ketua program studi sebagai sumber datanya dengan alasan sebagai regulator dan partisipan sekaligus. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 82.61% program studi sarjana di UPI ada pada kelompok dengan keunggulan bersaing sementara dan 76.09% program studi sarjana di UPI sudah cukup dalam menjalankan strategi pengetahuan. Selain itu, pembentunkan keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan program studi sarjana di UPI dipengaruhi oleh penerapan strategi pengetahuan sebesar 34.1%.

In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, the strategy was improved digital literacy. The current problem is that the level of digital literacy is very low. The objective is to obtain a picture of the digital literacy level, identify the driving and inhibiting factors,and measure the effect of the digital literacy level on business performance. The unit of analysis is the fesyen creative industry in Bandung. This study uses a mixed method through observation, questionnaire, and in depth interviews, then the data were analyzed descriptively and conducted a verification test with regression analysis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai kepuasan kerja dan perilaku kewar... more Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai kepuasan kerja dan perilaku kewargaorganisasian di PT Papyrus Sakti dan juga mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku kewargaorganisasian di PT Papyrus Sakti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan populasi sebanyak 466 karyawan dan sampel 100 karyawan PT Papyrus Sakti dengan menggunakan teknik sampling propotionate stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-t untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran kepuasan kerja dan perilaku kewargaorganisasian karyawan PT Papyrus Sakti berada pada kategori tinggi, dan hasil koefisien regresi menunjukkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewargaorganisasian.
