This is due to the huge numbers of students required to attend university colleges every year. The proposed system consists of two cascaded hybrid recommenders working together with the help of college predictor, for achieving high performance. The first recommender assigns student’s tracks for preparatory year students. While the second recommender assigns the specialized college for students who passed the preparatory year exams successfully. The college predictor algorithm uses historical colleges GPA students admission data for predicting most probable colleges. The system analyzes student academic merits, background, student records, and the college admission criteria. Then, it predicts the likelihood university college that a student may enter. A design for prototype system is implemented...

Several important controlling criteria that govern student’s flow performance during semesters are evaluated. These include estimating students flow between deferent study levels, the average life time a student spends at each level, the semesters required for graduation, and students graduating probability. A complete performance evaluation comparison between boys and girls at IT College is investigated. Results show that girls achieved better performance than boys. The system has several advantages, such as, helping to find any bottle necks to be solved during students transition study from one semester to another, and helping to know students needed facilities to planning for future required resource...

The model is based on five main criteria that affect the learning process and related to classrooms acoustical properties. These include classroom specifications, noise sources inside and outside the classroom, teaching style, and vocal effort. The priority and weights of these major criteria along with their alternatives are identified using the views of students, staff, education consultants, and expertise by using a developed questionnaire, and the AHP methodology. This Model can be considered as a helpful framework enabling KAU decision makers to take effective decisions on classroom acoustics treatment issues. It also provides KAU higher authorities the suitable guidelines that help for determine necessary requirements that help to raise the quality and efficiency of the educational environment; in order to reach an excellent learning environme...

This is because of; there is no universal unified quality standard model that can be used to assess the quality criteria of higher education. Besides, there are shortcomings in the coverage of some current educational quality standards. A Developed questionnaire to examine the quality criteria at KAU is investigated. The analytically hierarchy process is used to identify the priority and weights of the criteria and their alternatives. The model is constructed of three levels including eight main objectives and 53 alternatives. It included e-services criteria which is one of the recent university components, in addition to new sub-criteria for enhancing the model. It produces important recommendations to KAU higher authorities for achieving demanded quality services. Also, it helps KAU to achieve one of its strategic objectives to be a paperless virtual university.

This is because there is no universal unified quality standard model that can be used to assess the quality criteria of higher education institutes. The analytical hierarchy process is used to identify the priority and weights of the model criteria and their alternatives. The model has 3 levels with 8 main objectives and 53 alternatives. It included e-services criteria, which is one of the recent modern university components, in addition to new sub-criteria for enhancing the model. It produces important recommendations for university higher authorities for achieving demanded quality services. A questionnaire was developed to examine the quality criteria for evaluating the model at King Abdulaziz University, as an applied case study. The model proposed is flexible and can be applied in many other universities.
