The essential factor for organizational success includes extensive organizational ideas like strategic, economic, behavioral and managerial innovations. Managing organizational knowledge is one of the most important organizational success factors in competitive and information era. The purpose of the study is to review the effect of knowledge management and its elements on personnel performance. It has an applied purpose and descriptive and correlation method and data is collected by questionnaire and survey method. Statistical population includes staff of combined cycle powerhouse of Yazd and accidental categorical sampling method was used among whom 116 samples were accepted. Shopping is a small part of daily activities for most people, while for others it could be a major part of their life. Compulsive buying, which is called the dark side of consumer behavior, is a shopping behavior that draws too much attention from customers and serves as a major social issue. Compulsive buying has been described as a persistent repetitive type of shopping that is regarded as a preliminary response to negative events or emotions. job performance of the employees of Social Security Organization. The present research method is survey of correlation type, and it is applied in respect of goal. The statistical population of this research has been 90 staff of treatment ward of social security of Yazd province, the bureau of investigating medical documentations, and the
tool of data collection in this research has been questionnaire, that 63 acceptable questionnaires have been collected. Then the data has been analyzed by Structural
Equations Modeling method and by the aid of Smart PLS software. The results of research have shown that role conflict and job feedback have significant impact on the employee’s mindset. Job variety and ambiguity have significant relationship with the employee’s mindset. The relationship between employee’s mindset and job performance and work motivation has also been confirmed.

The main objective of this study is “Examining the moderating role of corporate social responsibi... more The main objective of this study is “Examining the moderating role of corporate social responsibility in the relationship between socially responsible consumption and (QWL) of the staff in Social Security Organization.” The research model has been formed using variables such as socially responsible consumption, corporate social responsibility, QWL, and organizational commitment of the staff. Research methodology has been applied of correlation type. The population of this research has been the staff of Yazd Social Security Organization. Sampling method is stratified random, where the samples are selected from each class through simple random sampling, a questionnaire is used to collect data, and 290 valid samples have been collected. In this study, data were analyzed using SPSS18 software. Confirming the relationships between variables and factors has been done through confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling technique using PLS2 Smart software. Moreover, using Sobel test, we have examined the assumption of the mediator role of QWL. The results show that corporate social responsibility and socially responsible consumption have an impact on the QWL. There is a significant relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and QWL. The results also showed that CSR and socially responsible consumption (SRCO) affect organizational commitment through QWL.

must develop brand community identification and brand community commitment. The aim of the present study
is to investigate the effect of brand community on brand identification and commitment. The research model
consists of the variables of brand community identification, brand community commitment, brand identification,
and brand commitment. Research population includes the members of the customer club of the branches of
Mellat Bank in Yazd Township, of which 180 acceptable samples were selected randomly. This study is an
applied research using correlation method. Required data were collected using questionnaire and a survey
method. In order to examine the model and the hypotheses, structural equations modeling has been used with the
contribution of partial least squares method and Smart PLS. findings of the study show that brand community
identification has a significant effect on brand identification and correlates with brand community commitment.
The relationship between brand identification and brand commitment has also been confirmed.

Data were analyzed on LISREL software applying structural equations modeling and confirmative factor analysis. Also the meditating role of the variable of brand community commitment has been examined using Sobel Test. Findings of the study showed that brand community identification has a significant effect on brand community commitment. Also the effect of brand community commitment on brand commitment was confirmed, and it was concluded that brand community identification affects brand commitment through brand community commitment.
