An Investigation of Relationship between Staff's Motivation and Their Performance of Social Security Organization's Branch in East of Tehran

The chief target of this paper is to survey the mutual relationship between motivation and job performance of the staffs of social security branches in east of Tehran. The methodology of this research is descriptive with the type of correlation and it is classified as one of the applicable researches. The statistical society includes social security's entire employee; east branches in Tehran with total number of staffs 260 that according to the table of Morgan and Kerjis 167 persons are selected based on random phase selection. To gather the data, two type of questionnaire; motivation and performance are used. The gathered data are analyzed and investigated based on the solidarity examination of Pierson, T linear test with the method of simultaneous entry. An Empirical Study of Employees’ Motivation and its Influence Job Satisfaction

Human Resource Management is getting more important in the business nowadays, because people and their knowledge are the most important aspects affecting the productivity of the company. One of the main aspects of Human Resource Management is the measurement of employee satisfaction. Companies have to make sure that employee satisfaction is high among the workers, which is a precondition for increasing productivity, responsiveness, quality, and recognitionservice. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the level of employee satisfaction and work motivation. It also deals with the effect the culture has on employee satisfaction. The theoretical framework of this thesis includes such concepts as, job satisfaction, motivation, and rewards differences. One of the biggest strength of the organization is the relationship and communication between the employees and the managers.

Job satisfaction: A contest between human and organizational behavior

Right person selected for right place in an organization plays a pivotal role in the progress and success of the business. But after selection of an employee it is most important that the person is satisfied with his job. If answer is no, then survival of the organization becomes difficult. In our study we tried to find out different independent variables such as empowerment, management behavior, teamwork, motivation and working environment within organization which has direct impact on job satisfaction of an employee. Job satisfaction has direct influence on performance of employee thus it is important for each and every organization to understand the dilemma. In literature review we tried to explain each variable and then proposed a problem impact diagram. Then we explained hypothesis and discuss results of our research. In conclusion we found that these variables have direct impact on employee behavior, but there are many other which could cause change in behavior of employee. Thus management should focus on satisfaction of their employee's keeping in view these five factors along with others. This work could be helpful for organizations to enhance employee's performance and achievement of goals.

The Influence of Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction

This study aims to determine how the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on the job satisfaction of employees of BRI Sharia Bank KC Jakarta Wahid Hasyim. This research method is a quantitative method using primary data. The number of samples in this study was 98 employees. Data processing in this study used the SmartPLS analysis tool and used Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The analysis used in this study includes outer model analysis, coefficient determination, f square test, and internal model analysis. The results show that (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) work discipline has a negative but not significant effect on job satisfaction, and (3) work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Factors Affecting Employee Job Satisfaction

The data used in this research is the primary data obtained directly from the results of a questionnaire distribution by the respondent. The population of this research is the employees of the PDAM Tirtanadi of North Sumatera province Berastagi branch. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique, which is to take the whole of the total population of 38 people. The data analysis used is double linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the work itself, the supervisor, the co-workers and the promotion as free variables had no significant effect on job satisfaction, while the salary/wage was partially influential positively and significantly towards job satisfaction. Examination of Factors that Influence the Job Satisfaction of Employees in Different Workplaces

Increased interest in the meaning of work and the belief that the degree of satisfaction with the work affects aspects of behavior, such as productivity, absence from work and reorientation led to the need to explore this relationship. We have developed several methods for determining job satisfaction and work, often with the use of techniques questionnaire on attitudes or interviews. In relation to job satisfaction was investigated a large number of positions, both in the individual and in terms of the work situation, but we chose to examine the attitudes of employe es from several different institutions that work organizations, which vary according to the qualifications necessary for the operation, according to the amount benefits, etc. The aim of research is to determine whether there are significant differences in the average level of job satisfaction among employees from different institutions and to determine who is the decisive factor that affects employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, the subgoals relating to examination as independent variables such as socio - demographic characteristics of respondents plug on workplace satisfaction with employees. The sample consists of a total of 40 employees, 20 employees from the public and 20 from private institutions. The instrument is constructed for the purposes of research and its validity is checked. Investigated the statistical significance of differences between the different samples analyzed by t - test. There was no statistically significant difference between job satisfaction and organization of employees in s tate institutions and employees in private establishments. There was a statistically significant difference between male and female employees. female employees show a higher degree of job satisfaction and organization.

MOTIVATION EFFECT ANALYSIS ANDJOB DISCIPLINE ON JOB SATISFACTION AND EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE (Study at PT. Pradipa Asri Karya Denpasar

This research was conducted based on field phenomena that indicated inadequate employee performance, allegedly caused by the weak role of work motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance. Causal associative research method with respondents all employees at PT. Pradipa Asri Karya Denpasar as many as 58 employees. The data analysis technique used SEM-PLS 3.3 with the result that there was an influence of work motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance. The total effect as a whole is 92.9% while the remaining 7.1% is explained by other variables outside of the research.
