The concept is represented as a unity of perceptions, representations, and assessments existing i... more The concept is represented as a unity of perceptions, representations, and assessments existing in the communal and individual linguistic consciousness and can be expressed at all language levels, characterizing English, Russian, Tatar and Turkish linguocultures and revealing unique and universal features. The sphere of concepts of each national culture has a number of its unique and distinctive features, expressed in the representation of God. In English, Russian, Tatar, Turkish linguocultures some of the described features can be considered as a part of a conceptual component, but in some cases, they are completely absent. On the periphery, there is a visual image of God, which proves the fact that concepts of God in the researching cultures are in some way different. The phraseological unit scope of the concept “God” contains the conceptual “soul”, “fate”, “goodness”, “light” which serve to fully understand and reveal the semantic structure of the concept being studied.

This article examines the stages of emigration from Russia in the post-revolutionary period. The ... more This article examines the stages of emigration from Russia in the post-revolutionary period. The main position is taken by the state of affairs of the Russian emigration of the XX century. Prior research presents the most significant features of the waves in postrevolutionary period, specifying three waves of emigration from the USSR during 1920-1986. The author makes a try to analyze the historical events, that affected migration movements and played the vital role in forming the image of Russian language at certain periods. Much attention has been drawn to analyzing linguistic elements of each wave, as vocabulary and grammar, appropriate usage of them depending on different ages, backgrounds, professional positions and social status of emigrants. Attitude to the Russian language, the value of national linguistic heritage is demonstrated in different ways among the representatives of each wave. Having estimated the usage of Russian language in a foreign environment, makes possible to trace the development trends of the national Russian language in general. This paper supports the fact, that national Russian language is reaching its maturity because of constant development among Russian speaking people around the world. The paper has an interdisciplinary character, written at the intersection of linguistics and history and can be highly accepted both by students of history and philology departments.

The problem of promoting the rate of the Russian language usage in the USA stands within the importance of this discussion. The study examines the features of the language situation in the USA. The article presents the diversity of languages spoken in the USA. The article has an interdisciplinary approach, written at the intersection of linguistics and history and can be in demand among students of history and philology departments. The authors analyze the data about the most widely-spread languages in the USA. To understand the reasons for the popularity of the languages, attention has been drawn to historical facts of Spanish, Asian, French, German, Arabic, and Russian emigration processes. This method can interpret linguistic assimilation of the emigrant language with the dominant English language. The authors points out, that the national Russian language is developing its branch on the territory of the USA as a hybrid language-"Runglish". The incentives of using "Runglish" are discussed in this paper.

These failures included lockdowns and social distancing in the first stage of the pandemic as well as the fast growth of the number of infected and lethal cases in the second stage. This chapter shows that waves of the pandemic which followed each other accompanied by the inability of the countries to prevent them aggravated the problems of economic growth and social instability. The chapter proves that the coronavirus pandemic unveiled the state’s failures both in economic and social policies. The deepening societal crisis caused by citizens’ impoverishment, unemployment growth and absence of a clear perspective of when the pandemic would end and the new post-COVID reality would take shape, made theorists and practitioners return to the phenomenon of the modern state which seemed unexplored by the early 2020...

The paper examines the role and core functions of the state in the system of vertical and horizon... more The paper examines the role and core functions of the state in the system of vertical and horizontal linkages between economic actors and government, which are connected due to the exchange of activity and its results. The concepts of organization and self-organization are considered as the essential characteristics of structural ties in the national economic system. It is acceptable that the mechanism of self-movement of the economic system is based on provoking changes at different levels of organizational relations. The main theoretical approaches to the role of the state which are based on the theory of social contract and the theory of exploitation are analyzed. It is proved that in both theories the state is empowered to establish and redistribute property rights either in accordance with the interests of members of society or in accordance with the interests of the governing group. Having shown the core of the digital education and the state of its implementation in modern society, this type of education must be critically analyzed in terms of advantages and risks with reference to contemporary students and the effectiveness of the teaching – learning process, in which they participate. The article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of different methods of teaching foreign l... more The article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of different methods of teaching foreign languages. A new unique method of teaching foreign languages -grammar and communicative is developed and described. The purpose of this article is a detailed review of the existing diversity of methods of teaching foreign languages in Russia and presentation of the new one -the grammatical and communicative. Recently, learning a foreign language in Russia by the people of different professions has become a necessity due to the rapid growth of contacts with foreign partners. In the process of close cooperation the situations that require training and internships abroad arise, and as a consequence -an indispensable international certification in English. This implies the international exams -TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System). It is reported that modern teaching methods have various disadvantages, the main one is the lack of the grammatical material study. The author has developed a grammatical and communicative method and new tutorial which can help to solve this problem successfully. A more comprehensive and in-depth study of grammar is encouraged for students and professionals in order to pass exams for international certification and for further education and training abroad.

An overview of discourse in a diachronic perspective allows us to explore diverse approaches to its study and identify the most relevant definition of this linguistic term. Purpose. In this paper, an attempt is made to interpret the term discourse by examining it in a diachronic aspect. Materials and methods. The research is based on general scientific methods (generalization, analysis) and a descriptive method. Results. As a result of the analysis of the theoretical material, the authors summarize that there is no generally accepted interpretation of this linguistic category in the linguistic literature. In this regard, there is an actual tendency to translate scientific works into a foreign language with the aim of publication in leading international scientific journals. This article discusses some morphological peculiarities of nouns enclosed in scientific texts in English and Russian. Requirements for the quality of education along with teachers' qualification are constantly growing, the role of e-learning education is constantly increasing, and, as a result, boundaries between classroom/full-time and distance education via electronic technologies are blurred. The number of universities using elearning technologies is growing year by year. The current study presents a research on results of e-learning in language instruction among students of Elabuga Institute of Kazan Federal University. The study aims at determining efficiency of implementing electronic educational resources education in linguistic subjects. The results of the study show that the majority of students approve of studying linguistic subjects via electronic educational resources. The study discusses various aspects of language instruction by means of electronic educational resources.
