Penulis memilih lokasi riset di Subak Sanggulan, Desa Banjar Anyar, Kec. Kediri, Kab. Tabanan, Provinsi Bali karena dalam pengamatan penulis, di antara beberapa proses pelaksanaan Konsolidasi Tanah yang terjadi di daerah-daerah, maka proses Konsolidasi Tanah di Subak Sanggulan adalah yang paling lama (mangkrak selama 33 tahun) dan paling kompleks permasalahan hukumnya hingga sampai pada proses peradilan sehingga menimbulkan banyak kerugian bagi masyarakat adat pemilik tanah. Pengaturan mengenai pembajakan perangkat lunak (software) komputer terdapat dalam beberapa peraturan perundangundangan, yaitu Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2002 tentang Hak Cipta, UndangUndang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik, dan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 29 Tahun 2004 tentang Sarana Produksi Berteknologi Tinggi Untuk Cakram Optik (Optical Disc). Peraturan perundangundangan dimaksud mengatur mengenai pembajakan perangkat lunak (software) komputer yang berbeda-beda, tetapi dalam beberapa pasal terdapat pengaturan mengenai pembajakan perangkat lunak (software) komputer.Kata Kunci: Pidana, Pembajakan, Perangkat.

Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa dokumen resmi, buku yang berhubungan dengan teori dan aspek hukum terkait Badan Bank Tanah. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan kelembagaan Bank Tanah Bank Tanah di Indonesia terbentuk sejak berlakunya Peraturan Presiden Nomor 113 Tahun 2021 tentang Struktur dan Penyelenggaraan Bank Tanah yang menjelaskan struktur organisasi bank tanah terdiri dari Komite Bank Tanah, Dewan Pengawas dan Badan Pelaksana. Pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK), tidak saja diatur dalam UU No. 2 Tahun 2004, akan tetapi juga dalam Undang-Undang No. 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Rumusan Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimanakah keabsahan kesepakatan dalam bentuk perjanjian bersama pengakhiran hubungan kerja ditinjau dari peraturan perundangan dan yurisprudensi terhadap upaya penyelesaian hubungan industrial non litigasi? Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif. Teori yang digunakan mengacu pada Teori Kebebasan Berkontrak dan Efektivitas Hukum. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan adalah bahwa Perjanjian Bersama yang sudah ditandatangani tetapi belum didaftarkan ke pengadilan tidak dapat dibatalkan atau diingkari oleh salah satu pihak. Dengan peran ini, bank sentral mempunyai tujuan dan tanggung jawab untuk mencapai dan memelihara kestabilan nilai dari mata uang yang diedarkan dan guna mendukung tercapainya tujuan tersebut, maka bank sentral perlu memiliki independensi bank sentral. The instrument of this research is a questionnaire distributed to 522 millennials in Jakarta. Data collected was analyzed using SmartPLS analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of ecolabel, ecobrand, environmental advertisement on purchase intention. In addition, there is an influence on purchase intention and purchase behavior. Furthermore, the results of the study indicate that purchase intention mediates the relationship between ecobrand and environmental advertisement towards purchase behavior. The measurement in used is Sharpe Index, Treynor Index, and Jensen Index. The object in this research is the 10 banking companies with biggest capitalization in Indonesia Stock exchange due on 31 December 2017 or the last day of trading day in 2017. The conclusion of this research are the best banking company stocks based on Sharpe Indes is BBCA, based on Treynor Index is MEGA, and based on Jensen Index is BJBR. The Optimum Portfolio is consisted of 79,4 % BBCA, 16,9 % MEGA, and 3,7 % BJBR. Expected Return of this portfolio is 18,98 % per year and standard Deviation 7,2 %.

The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling by accidental sampling using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. For operational variables using the Likert scale method of validity used a computer measuring instrument that is SPSS 26.0. This study aims to assess the empirical and normative sociological legal jurisdiction over existing regulations related to economic and business activities in the Province of Bali which can be considered a potential threat to the preservation of Balinese culture and tradition. Based on the problem mapping that is the result of the empirical and normative juridical study, we are able to do the analysis of regulatory and institutional rearrangement of business and investment permission bureaucracy in the Bali province by considering the preservation of cultural and traditional law enforcement in Bali.

The data processing method used in this study was Partial Least Square. This problem can be seen from the level of turnover and absenteeism has increase from year to year. This study aims to analyze how the influence of job satisfaction factors and work motivation to employee performance and analyze the dominant factor affecting employee performance. This study examine job satisfaction factors (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) towards employee performance (Y). The population in this study were all employees of PT. XYZ branch head office. 80 respondents were taken as sample using Google Form and this data in tought with SPSS program version 23. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. Where all independent variance have positive and significant effect on the dependent variable. Adjusted R Square value is equal to 0,89. 89% showed that employee performance variables described by job satisvaction factors and work motivation. The remaining 11% of employee performance is explained by other variables.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif. Teori yang digunakan mengacu pada Teori Kebebasan Berkontrak dan Efektivitas Hukum. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan adalah bahwa Perjanjian Bersama yang sudah ditandatangani tetapi belum didaftarkan ke pengadilan tidak dapat dibatalkan atau diingkari oleh salah satu pihak. Karena Perjanjian Bersama mengikat para pihak bagai Undang Undang.

The instrument of this research is a questionnaire distributed to 522 millennials in Jakarta. Data collected was analyzed using SmartPLS analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of ecolabel, ecobrand, environmental advertisement on purchase intention. In addition, there is an influence on purchase intention and purchase behavior. Furthermore, the results of the study indicate that purchase intention mediates the relationship between ecobrand and environmental advertisement towards purchase behavior. The measurement in used is Sharpe Index, Treynor Index, and Jensen Index. The object in this research is the 10 banking companies with biggest capitalization in Indonesia Stock exchange due on 31 December 2017 or the last day of trading day in 2017. The conclusion of this research are the best banking company stocks based on Sharpe Indes is BBCA, based on Treynor Index is MEGA, and based on Jensen Index is BJBR. The Optimum Portfolio is consisted of 79,4 % BBCA, 16,9 % MEGA, and 3,7 % BJBR. Expected Return of this portfolio is 18,98 % per year and standard Deviation 7,2 %.

Based on the problem mapping that is the result of the empirical and normative juridical study, we are able to do the analysis of regulatory and institutional rearrangement of business and investment permission bureaucracy in the Bali province by considering the preservation of cultural and traditional law enforcement in Bali.

This problem can be seen from the level of turnover and absenteeism has increase from year to year. This study aims to analyze how the influence of job satisfaction factors and work motivation to employee performance and analyze the dominant factor affecting employee performance. This study examine job satisfaction factors (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) towards employee performance (Y). The population in this study were all employees of PT. XYZ branch head office. 80 respondents were taken as sample using Google Form and this data in tought with SPSS program version 23. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. Where all independent variance have positive and significant effect on the dependent variable. Adjusted R Square value is equal to 0,89. 89% showed that employee performance variables described by job satisvaction factors and work motivation. The remaining 11% of employee performance is explained by other variables.
