In general, this study aims to determine the effect of eWOM through social media Instagram on the... more In general, this study aims to determine the effect of eWOM through social media Instagram on the purchase intention of products online in Batam City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 113 respondents who were users of social media Instagram. This research instrument using a questionnaire and analyzed using techniques Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS 2.0 program. The results of this study indicate that trust, informational influence, moral obligation have significant involvement in eWOM, but the altruism variable does not have a significant effect on eWOM through social media Instagram and eWOM through social media Instagram has a strong influence on purchase intention of products online in Batam City. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the exchange of information through eWOM can lead to consumer buying interest.

The analytical method used in this research is qualitative analysis. Samples of this research are Jakarta Composite Index from year 2011 – 2013. The research result show that market psychology have big influence on the behavior of investors in making the decision to buy or sell investments held and also to the rise and fall of stock prices in the capital market.

This research aims to construct knowledge on the role of knowledge management, it elaborates the ... more This research aims to construct knowledge on the role of knowledge management, it elaborates the development dynamics of small and medium enterprise (SME) of the Chinese descendant in Indonesia. This paper attempts to develop a theoretical understanding of how the knowledge transfer process as part of knowledge management on the SME among Chinese descendant community is explained by the relationship between Confucianism ethic, Guanxi, acculturation, and knowledge transfer. In a field survey of 139 owner of the SME, we found that the integration of Confucianism ethic in the social life of the Chinese descendant community has shaped a particular organisation pattern, that creates very unique partnership relationship what is so called as Guanxi; also, the acculturation process will generate an integration pattern, that will become the mediating bridge to create efficiency and effectiveness in the process of knowledge transfer.

This study aims to determine green product innovation and green innovation processes on sustainab... more This study aims to determine green product innovation and green innovation processes on sustainable performance and whether there is an influence of managerial environmental concern that acts as a moderation. This study uses sampling method in the form of non-probability sampling. The sampling technique used in this study used purposive sampling. The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative analysis method. The results of this study indicate that green product innovation has no significant effect on sustainable performance, the green process innovation has a significant effect on sustainable performance, managerial environmental concern as moderation does not significantly effect green product innovation with sustainable performance and managerial environmental concern as moderation does not significantly effect the green process innovation with sustainable performance.

Financial analysis helps the NPL from bank crediting the people no more than what is determined by the OJK. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, namely research that discusses describing the phenomena that occur in the location of research using qualitative data analysis. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, documentation . While the data analysis uses qualitative descriptive techniques. Data informants consisted of 5 prospective debtors, 1 credit analyst, and a credit committee consisting of 3 people. The results of this study state that 6 C Analysis with Relationship Marketing is only 5C (Character, Capital, Capacity, Collateral, Economic Condition) that affects credit lending decisions and 1 C (Constraints) are not opposed to credit purchase decisions.

Principal Component Analysis is used in the process of analyzing the data of this study using statistical programming tools in R and RStudio. The results of this study are the Sustainability Leadership of Human Resources in the organization formed by 4 factors, namely factor 1- Harmony Leadership, factor 2- Ethical Leadership, factor 3- Personal value Leadership and factor 4- Care Leadership.

This research method is a quantitative approach method with a total of 111 respondents of SMEs in Batam. In this study, respondents were selected by filling out an online questionnaire. The criteria for selecting respondents are based on those who own a business or work in a family company. The results of this study were analyzed using the R version 4.0 program with the PLS-PM method. The test results show that three hypotheses are accepted, namely personal value has a significant effect on the variable decentralization, financial system and organization. Meanwhile, three hypotheses were rejected, namely personal values did not have a significant effect on the variable involvement of family members, human resource systems, and socio-cultural aspects.

This study uses sampling method in the form of non-probability sampling. The sampling technique used in this study used purposive sampling. The analytical method used in this research is a quantitative analysis method . The results of this study indicate that green product innovation has no significant effect on sustainable performance, the green process innovation has a significant effect on sustainable performance, managerial environmental concern as moderation does not significant ly effect green product innovation with sustainable performance and managerial environmental concern as moderation doe s not significant ly effect the green process innovation with sustainable performance.
