Human Rights and LGBTQ Rights
Human Rights are rights that are essential to all human beings irrespective of sex, race, ethnicity, nationality, or any other status. Right to life, freedom, work, and education are some examples of human rights. International human rights law describes the responsibilities that Governments must adhere to and execute. There are individual acts that Governments are required to refrain from primary actions that do not promote and protect human rights and freedoms of groups and individuals. Under International law, the rules that describe how Governments should uphold freedom of humanity are well laid out.
LGBTQ rights are laws that affect lesbian, gay, bisexual, and Transgender groups in society. These laws vary from one nation to another. They cover everything legal from same-sex marriages to the death penalty for homosexuals. LGBTQ rights have put many Governments on the crossroad with international bodies like Amnesty International and Human rights Watch. Conservative states in the world have been known to have a tough stance towards LGBTQ. They neglect international laws and pass their repressive ones to suppress the freedom given to the LGBTQ groups. International regulations prohibit states from oppressing its citizens based on upholding traditional culture, which many countries don't abide. In this report, we will analyze human rights and more specifically, LGBTQ rights.
Many countries in the world have relaxed their laws and regulations touching on LGBT groups. The United Nations warns against violation of LGBT rights. It drew a framework policy that is used as a standard tool for gauging the level of freedom and the rule of law in nations worldwide (Strongman, 2006). Many countries began following the rules, and each continent has at least one country that sets the pace for others to follow, which is a step towards the full realization of LGBTQ rights.

Global automotive industry is currently facing trouble in managing its income at high standard level. Companies face loss of income in the international market whenever there is change in government policies and high inflation rates. In Australia, the situation is worse than the other countries. Several large multinational automotive companies have stopped their production in Australia. This study will focus on one of those companies called General Motors Holden (GM-Holden), which a branch of General Motors until it stopped manufacturing in Australia in 2013.

This report provides an in-depth analysis of the specific area of research that I intend to conduct. The report will clearly state the key research question that I have developedfor my study. It will be divided into two parts. The first section will succinctly describe how theresearch question for the research was developed. Here, the report will provide a detailed view of the entire process through which the research question has been derived, along with the tool that has been used for deriving the research question. In addition to this, this part of the report will also state how the research question aligns with my values.
On the other hand, the second part of the report will provide a statement of the methodology that will be the best for the research. This objective will be realized through the provision of a detailed justification for the methodological selection of the study. The report will mention different methodological elements that the research will follow at the time of conducting the investigation with proper justification. It means this particular part will provide detailed information about the research design, research approach, data collection and data analysis techniques that will be used for the investigation.

Research Question
In this paper, we particularly evaluate the influence of proprietorship on the Reporting of ecological sustainability information by Mr. Peng Wang to come up with a concise understanding between the two aspects; the structure in control of power in an organization and its relationship to the quality of environmental information disclosure (EID). Moreover, there are further subcategories of the topic that are also under evaluation in this paper. They include the factors or specific aspects of a corporate entity that might influence the quality of environmental information disclosed by a Firm.
Key papers
There are also complementary information materials involved to broaden the scope of the analysis. These sources also complement this study since they talk about the topic as mentioned above and its aspects from various perspectives. Furthermore, these complementary sources also back up the survey with informational evidence from different companies in different countries. Namely, these study materials include; A European review on large United Kingdom companies regarding Voluntary Social disclosure as an aspect of Business ethics by Brammer and Pavelin et al. 2004. The study purposes to studying the environmental information disclosure statistics particularly among UK based companies.
Secondly, another influential paper in the study of this topic is a study by Hackston and Milne et al. 1996 on New Zealand companies regarding the determinants of social and environmental information disclosure. Lastly, a Harvard business department 2014 research paper indicating the Outcomes of compulsory business sustainability reporting from four nations.

Results showed midgut gland endo-proteases in wild adult shrimp from the Kenya coast to have optima between pH 7.2 and 8.5 (Trypsin pH 7.5-8.0, Chymotrypsin pH 7.2-7.8, Elastase pH 6.8-8.5) with maximum specific activities of 101-408, 37-516, 70-90 Units mg protein -1 min -1 for trypsin, chymotrypsin and elastase respectively. There was no pepsin. The North Sea Norway lobster, Nephrops norvegicus, was investigated to a lesser extent and found to have much lower trypsin activity than the shrimp and no chymotrypsin. In addition to the cited serine endo-proteases, significant activity in the shrimp was thought to originate from non-serine proteases. This situation may differ from other shrimps in which serine endo-protease activity, especially trypsin, is dominant. Diphenylcarbamyl chloride (DPCC) and 2-Nitro-4-Carboxyphenyl N,N-Diphenylcarbamate (NCDC) inhibited chymotrypsin but not trypsin, Soybean Trypsin Inhibitor (SBTI), Bowman-Birk Chymotrypsin-Trypsin Inhibitor (BBSTCI), N-Tosyl-L -Phenylalanine Chloromethyl Ketone (TPCK), 4-(2-Aminoethyl)-Benzenesulfonylfluoride Hydrochloride (AEBSF) and N-Tosyl-L-Lysine Chloromethyl Ketone/1-Chloro-3-Tosylamido-7-Amino-L -2-Heptanone Hydrochloride (TLCK) inhibited both, while Phenyl Methanesulfonyl Fluoride/ Phenylmethyl Sulfonyl Fluoride/ α-Toluenesulfonyl Fluoride (PMSF) and Ovomucoid Trypsin Inhibitor (Ovomucoid/ OTI) precipitated shrimp homogenate. The effect of the former was inferred from the action of AEBSF which together with TLCK inhibited shrimp trypsin more than chymotrypsin. In contrast, TPCK inhibited shrimp chymotrypsin more than trypsin.

Many studies have focused on the effects of promotion on brand switching, purchase quantity, and stockpiling and have documented that promotion makes consumers switch brands and purchase earlier or more. The consumers' consumption decision has long been ignored, and it remains unclear how promotion affects consumption . Conventional choice models cannot be used to address this issue because many of these models assume constant consumption rates over time (usually defined as the total purchases over the entire sample periods divided by the number of time periods). While this assumption can be appropriate for some product categories such as detergent and diapers, it might not hold for many other product categories, such as packaged tuna, candy, orange juice, or yogurt. For these categories, promotion can actually stimulate consumption in addition to causing brand switching and stockpiling. Thus, for product categories with a varying consumption rate, it is critical to recognize the responsiveness of consumption to promotion in order to measure the effectiveness of promotion on sales more precisely Emerging literature in behavioural and economic theory has provided supporting evidence that consumption for some product categories responds to promotion. Using an experimental approach, Wansink (1996) establishes that significant holding costs pressure consumers to consume more of the product. show that when the product is perceived as widely substitutable, consumers will consume more of it in place of its close substitutes. They also show that higher perishability increases consumption rates. Adopting scarcity theory, Folkes et al. (1993) show that consumers curb consumption of products when supply is limited because they perceive smaller quantities as more valuable. show that stockpiling increases consumption of high convenience products 90 | P a g e more than that of low-convenience products. In an analytical study, show that consumption is an endogenous decision variable driven by promotion and promotion-induced stockpiling resulting from forward-looking behaviour.
