Kosmetik dapat dikatakan halal jika produk kosmetik tersebut sudah memenuhi syarat kehalalan sesuai syariat Islam dan sudah disertifikasi MUI. Penelitian ini bertujuan menginvestigasi sejauh mana wanita Indonesia khususnya para mahasiswi tertarik untuk membeli produk kosmetik halal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswi baik yang muslim dan non-muslim di perguruan tinggi negeri maupun swasta di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan model dari framework Theory of Planned Behaviour yang sudah dikembangkan, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan bantuan tools SMARTPLS untuk perhitungan data. The Institute of Training and Research for Information and Communication Technology (BPRTIK) is a... more The Institute of Training and Research for Information and Communication Technology (BPRTIK) is an institution under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (KEMKOMINFO). Since this Institution manages its inventories by using spreadsheet so that the data are not synchronized properly and prone duplication of data. The inventory reports such as maintenance process reports are also done manually and are recorded in papers that have not been organized into a single database, making those reports are vulnerable to a loss or corruption of data. In addition, the process of task's assignment and monitoring are still done manually by using a memo or even verbally which then lead to the undocumented reports. In this study, the data were collected by interview, observation and literature study. Rapid Application Development (RAD) and Object-Oriented Approach using Unified Modeling Language (UML) were used as the system development and design methods respectively. The results of this study is inventory management information system, which can support and manage the inventory's processes such as the process of controlling and monitoring, maintenance, assignment and reporting.

The problems exist in the leasing of photocopy machines which are recording incoming goods data, the data of goods being leased, and data about the quality of goods in storage of the company has not been managed properly and the absence of an integrated system that slows data sharing process, the loss data, or data redundancy. On the incoming and outgoing goods process is still done randomly, so that required First In First Out (FIFO) recording method to be more well managed. Analysis and Design of Inventory Information System is made by method of Development of Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology and using Unified Modeling Language (UML) notation. The method of inventory recording of goods used is FIFO, where the goods enter the first then the goods are issued first. Analysis and Design this system is able to improve the implementation of performance to be more effective and efficient that is by improving the process of inventory goods to be faster, good and safe, and meet the needs of the company and record the quality of incoming goods and goods out.

The focus of this paper is to calculate the forecast of office supplies demand in the Regional Of... more The focus of this paper is to calculate the forecast of office supplies demand in the Regional Office of The Ministry of Religious Affairs of Jakarta. The major research is to compare two techniques of forecasting, namely simple moving average (MA) and simple exponential smoothing (SES) with the least of forecasting error of Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) in order to get high accuracy of future office supplies demand. Every year, the Regional Office has to purchase and provide office supplies to its employees. However, the management still has difficulties to determine the quantity of office supplies that have to be stored in the inventory to avoid the stock-out. It happens because the management does not have an accurate prediction of office supplies that are required by the employees. Therefore, to get more accurate forecast, the future demand will be calculated based on last three years data of demand using the above methods. Then, the forecast value with the least of error will be used. It is expected that once the management has an accurate demand predicted then the insufficiency as well as excess of inventory would be minimized.

Many companies especially those that are in the hotel industries, depend heavily on their ability to serve the need of their customers at the right time. Zahabi hotel, one of Sharia hotels in Jakarta, is having problems to keep up with their inventories of housekeeping supplies. The housekeeping division cannot cope up with the high numbers of occupancy of the hotel. Most of the times, its staffs could not fulfill the need of customer to have some extra on housekeeping supplies such as toiletries products, because the quantity of the products is very limited. Moreover, ordering the products to vendors will takes time. This ineffective inventory control caused the lack of housekeeping supplies in the warehouse that resulted in dissatisfaction of customers. To reduce the stock-out of inventory, the model of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and First in First Out (FIFO) as inentory method had been applied, and also use RAD for developing inventory system. This model would help the Zahabi's management to be able to provide service excellence and also at the same time to minimize the inventory holding and ordering costs.

Along with the development of the marketing sector of beauty products commonly called cosmetics, the existence of halal cosmetics is increasingly taken into account and proven that it can be competitive and much in demand by Muslims. And nowadays, the rapidly developing internet technology is also changing the pattern of society in buying and selling activities so that an online store emerges which makes it easy to purchase halal cosmetics. This study aimed to determine the effect of attitudes on the intention to purchase halal cosmetics online by using a research model based on the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) and PLS-SEM analysis methods. The respondents of this study were students of Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. To get information from respondents, the questionnaire was developed on google form and shared the link to them and got 108 respondents willingly fulfilled the questionnaire. The analysis showed that the belief factor had a positive effect on attitudes towards halal cosmetics and influenced the intention to purchase it online.

Every year transactions using electronic money continue to increase. One of them is Bank Mandiri E-Money. In 2017, Bank Mandiri's E-Money became electronic money with the most ownership. As electronic money with the most ownership, Bank Mandiri E-Money is not immune from various problems. So, research is conducted regarding the evaluation of Bank Mandiri's E-Money usage, especially in Ciputat District. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the use of Bank Mandiri E-Money in Ciputat District and examine the variables of the UTAUT 2 model that influenced the use of Bank Mandiri E-Money in Ciputat District using a quantitative method with the PLS-SEM analysis technique approach. Determination of sampling in this study using a purposive sampling method with slovin formula calculation technique. Furthermore, recommendations can be made to Bank Mandiri for further development. For this reason, this research was conducted with a survey using a questionnaire on 127 Bank Mandiri E-Money users in the Ciputat District area. The results of this study show that of the 10 hypotheses tested, most of the hypotheses were accepted as many as 7 hypotheses and the ones rejected were 3 hypotheses. The Habit variable (HT) is the factor with the greatest influence and Effort Expectancy (EE) becomes the factor with the smallest influence. The benefits of this study are that it provides recommendations that related to model UTAUT 2 which can be used as material for consideration in the future development of Bank Mandiri E-Money.

It is defined as a cleavage to give birth to the fetus by opening the abdominal wall and uterine wall, for mother who has high risky in delivering a birth, such as diabetics, pre-eclampsia and etc. The purpose of the study is to help pregnant women who had to give birth to a caesarean surgery choosing the right hospital. To find out which hospital in South Tangerang is suitable based on the price, service, facilities, and location, the method used by the authors is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method is chosen because it is capable of selecting alternatives from several alternatives based on predefined criteria and sub-criteria. The result of this research is service criteria have the highest weight and Permata Pamulang Hospital gets the first rank as the best hospital in South Tangerang for Section Caesarea.

The problems exist in the leasing of photocopy machines which are recording incoming goods data, the data of goods being leased, and data about the quality of goods in storage of the company has not been managed properly and the absence of an integrated system that slows data sharing process, the loss data, or data redundancy. On the incoming and outgoing goods process is still done randomly, so that required First In First Out (FIFO) recording method to be more well managed. Analysis and Design of Inventory Information System is made by method of Development of Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology and using Unified Modeling Language (UML) notation. The method of inventory recording of goods used is FIFO, where the goods enter the first then the goods are issued first. Analysis and Design this system is able to improve the implementation of performance to be more effective and efficient that is by improving the process of inventory goods to be faster, good and safe, and meet the needs of the company and record the quality of incoming goods and goods out.

The focus of this paper is to calculate the forecast of office supplies demand in the Regional Of... more The focus of this paper is to calculate the forecast of office supplies demand in the Regional Office of The Ministry of Religious Affairs of Jakarta. The major research is to compare two techniques of forecasting, namely simple moving average (MA) and simple exponential smoothing (SES) with the least of forecasting error of Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) in order to get high accuracy of future office supplies demand. Every year, the Regional Office has to purchase and provide office supplies to its employees. However, the management still has difficulties to determine the quantity of office supplies that have to be stored in the inventory to avoid the stock-out. It happens because the management does not have an accurate prediction of office supplies that are required by the employees. Therefore, to get more accurate forecast, the future demand will be calculated based on last three years data of demand using the above methods. Then, the forecast value with the least of error will be used. It is expected that once the management has an accurate demand predicted then the insufficiency as well as excess of inventory would be minimized.

Many companies especially those that are in the hotel industries, depend heavily on their ability to serve the need of their customers at the right time. Zahabi hotel, one of Sharia hotels in Jakarta, is having problems to keep up with their inventories of housekeeping supplies. The housekeeping division cannot cope up with the high numbers of occupancy of the hotel. Most of the times, its staffs could not fulfill the need of customer to have some extra on housekeeping supplies such as toiletries products, because the quantity of the products is very limited. Moreover, ordering the products to vendors will takes time. This ineffective inventory control caused the lack of housekeeping supplies in the warehouse that resulted in dissatisfaction of customers. To reduce the stock-out of inventory, the model of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and First in First Out (FIFO) as inentory method had been applied, and also use RAD for developing inventory system. This model would help the Zahabi's management to be able to provide service excellence and also at the same time to minimize the inventory holding and ordering costs.

Along with the development of the marketing sector of beauty products commonly called cosmetics, the existence of halal cosmetics is increasingly taken into account and proven that it can be competitive and much in demand by Muslims. And nowadays, the rapidly developing internet technology is also changing the pattern of society in buying and selling activities so that an online store emerges which makes it easy to purchase halal cosmetics. This study aimed to determine the effect of attitudes on the intention to purchase halal cosmetics online by using a research model based on the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) and PLS-SEM analysis methods. The respondents of this study were students of Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. To get information from respondents, the questionnaire was developed on google form and shared the link to them and got 108 respondents willingly fulfilled the questionnaire. The analysis showed that the belief factor had a positive effect on attitudes towards halal cosmetics and influenced the intention to purchase it online.

Every year transactions using electronic money continue to increase. One of them is Bank Mandiri E-Money. In 2017, Bank Mandiri's E-Money became electronic money with the most ownership. As electronic money with the most ownership, Bank Mandiri E-Money is not immune from various problems. So, research is conducted regarding the evaluation of Bank Mandiri's E-Money usage, especially in Ciputat District. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the use of Bank Mandiri E-Money in Ciputat District and examine the variables of the UTAUT 2 model that influenced the use of Bank Mandiri E-Money in Ciputat District using a quantitative method with the PLS-SEM analysis technique approach. Determination of sampling in this study using a purposive sampling method with slovin formula calculation technique. Furthermore, recommendations can be made to Bank Mandiri for further development. For this reason, this research was conducted with a survey using a questionnaire on 127 Bank Mandiri E-Money users in the Ciputat District area. The results of this study show that of the 10 hypotheses tested, most of the hypotheses were accepted as many as 7 hypotheses and the ones rejected were 3 hypotheses. The Habit variable (HT) is the factor with the greatest influence and Effort Expectancy (EE) becomes the factor with the smallest influence. The benefits of this study are that it provides recommendations that related to model UTAUT 2 which can be used as material for consideration in the future development of Bank Mandiri E-Money.

To find out which hospital in South Tangerang is suitable based on the price, service, facilities, and location, the method used by the authors is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method is chosen because it is capable of selecting alternatives from several alternatives based on predefined criteria and sub-criteria.
