Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan-kerja dan kebahagiaan di tempat kerja terhadap OCB. Seratus tiga puluh orang guru dari beberapa SMK Muhammadiyah di Yogyakarta berpartisipasi dalam studi ini Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik proportional sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah skala OCB, skala keseimbangan kehidupan-kerja, dan skala kebahagiaan di tempat kerja. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, (1) keseimbangan kehidupan-kerja dan kebahagiaan di tempat kerja secara signifikan memengaruhi OCB, (2) keseimbangan kehidupan-kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB, (3) kebahagiaan di tempat kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran perceived organizational support, efikasi diri, workplace well-being, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap work engagement. Sebanyak 129 orang karyawan resto berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Data-data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala dan dianalisis dengan teknik Analisis Regresi Berganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan efikasi diri, workplace well-being, dan kepuasan kerja memengaruhi work engagement. Melalui uji parsial ditemukan efikasi diri dan workplace well-being masing-masinh berpengaruh terhadap work engagement. Sumbangan efektif  workplace well-being terhadap work engagement diketahui lebih besar daripada sumbangan efikasi diri. Implikasi berikutnya adalah perlunya peningkatan perhatian pada masalah kesejahteraan dalam pekerjaan terutama dalam menghadapi masa pandemi.

This research aims to look at the effect of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between Islamic work ethics (IWE) and perceived organizational support (POS) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). A total 64 manufacturing company employees participated in the study. The results showed that job satisfaction can be a mediator between IWE and POS on OCB. It was found that the effect of IWE on OCB directly is more significant than indirect relationship. Conversely, impact of POS on OCB indirectly is more significant than direct relationship. This means that without job satisfaction POS can significantly influence OCB.

This study aims to examine affective commitment as a moderator on the impact of cultural orientat... more This study aims to examine affective commitment as a moderator on the impact of cultural orientation and job satisfaction on contextual performance. 100 employees offood outlets participated in this research. Job satisfaction scale, organizational culture scale, affective commitment scale and contextual performance scale were used to collect the data. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to analysed. The results show affective commitment was not able to moderate the influence of culture on contextual performance, but affective commitment significantly influenced the impact of job satisfaction on contextual performance. Thereforeto improve contextual performance among employee, organizations may support employees to internalize organizational culture, increase high job satisfaction and encourage employees to have an affective commitment to their organization.

Penelitian dilakukan pada karyawan salah satu hotel di dengan jumlah responden 125 karyawan. Responden penelitian ditentukan meggunakan stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala model summated rating 4 poin untuk mengukur 20 indikator. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This behavior is considered unproductive and has a significant impact on individuals and organizations. Cyberloafing behavior is allegedly due to low self-control. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a negative relationship between self-control and cyberloafing behavior. The method of collecting data uses the scale of self-control and scale of cyberloafing. The results showed that there was a very significant negative relationship between self-control and Cyberloafing behavior. Self-control variables contribute 77.2 percent of Cyberloafing behavior which shows that selfcontrol is an important factor that must be minimized to reduce Cyberloafing behavior in the workplace.

Nurses with high employee engagement are expected to be able to provide excellent services to patients so that they can increase public trust in hospitals as health care. When demonstrating low sense of engagement with their job in a hospital, nurses tend to be less friendly towards patients, causing complaints from patients. One effort to increase employee engagement is by providing work meaningfulness training. To this end, the purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of work meaningfulness training to improve employee engagement among nurses in hospitals. Participants were 16 nurses who were randomly assigned to either an experimental group or control group. The research design in this study was pretest-posttest control group design. The result showed a significant effect of work meaningfulness training on the level of employee engagement.

Subjective Well-Being has become the primary goal of individuals to improve their quality of life... more Subjective Well-Being has become the primary goal of individuals to improve their quality of life. In particular, it also mainly applies to female teachers serving as both mother and teacher. This research aims to understand the influence of gratitude, optimism, and work-family balance on female teachers' subjective well-being in Yogyakarta. The study involved 83 female teachers as subjects. The data was chosen through purposive sampling technique and collected using the quantitative method. To obtain the data, the researchers employed subjective well-being scales, gratitude scales, optimism scales, and work-family balance scales. The data were analyzed using multiple regression through the SPSS computer program. The regression analysis resulted in (R) of 0.787 with p=0.001 (p<0.01). It shows that there are highly significant positive relationships among the variables of gratitude, optimism, and work-family balance and female teachers' subjective well-being in Yogyakarta. The variables of gratitude, optimism, and workfamily balance reached the correlation of t 2.932 with p=0.004 (p<0.05); t 4.721 with p = 0.001 (p<0.01), and t 05.042 with p = 0.001 (p<0.01), respectively. The values show that the relation between the three variables and subjective well-being is significantly positive.

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational support and work-life balance on work engagement with happiness as a mediator variable. There were 122 nurses of a private hospital in Yogyakarta joint in this study. The data was collected through the Organizational Support Scale, Work-life Balance Scale, Happiness Scale, and Work Engagement Scale. Data analysis techniques with the SEM method with AMOS version 22.0. The results reveal that happiness is able to mediate the effect of organizational support and work-life balance on work engagement. This willingness is known as organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) that may influenced by supportive leadership style, intrinsic job satisfaction and perceptions of organizational culture. This study aimed to explore the effect of supportive leadership style, perceptions of organizational culture and intrinsic job satisfaction on OCB. Subjects involved in this study were 68 paramedics of a private hospital in Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data were collected using three scales, and then analyzed with multiple regression. Results show that supportive leadership style, perception of organizational culture and intrinsic job satisfaction significantly predict OCB among paramedics. Perception of organizational culture have the biggest contribution in predicting OCB, followed by intrinsic job satisfaction and supportive leadership style. Improving supportive leadership styles, perceptions of organizational culture and intrinsic job satisfaction will increase the OCB of the employees.

This research aims to look at the effect of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between Islamic work ethics (IWE) and perceived organizational support (POS) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). A total 64 manufacturing company employees participated in the study. The results showed that job satisfaction can be a mediator between IWE and POS on OCB. It was found that the effect of IWE on OCB directly is more significant than indirect relationship. Conversely, impact of POS on OCB indirectly is more significant than direct relationship. This means that without job satisfaction POS can significantly influence OCB.

Job satisfaction scale, organizational culture scale, affective commitment scale and contextual performance scale were used to collect the data. Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to analysed. The results show affective commitment was not able to moderate the influence of culture on contextual performance, but affective commitment significantly influenced the impact of job satisfaction on contextual performance. Thereforeto improve contextual performance among employee, organizations may support employees to internalize organizational culture, increase high job satisfaction and encourage employees to have an affective commitment to their organization.

Penelitian dilakukan pada karyawan salah satu hotel di dengan jumlah responden 125 karyawan. Responden penelitian ditentukan meggunakan stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala model summated rating 4 poin untuk mengukur 20 indikator. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This behavior is considered unproductive and has a significant impact on individuals and organizations. Cyberloafing behavior is allegedly due to low self-control. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a negative relationship between self-control and cyberloafing behavior. The method of collecting data uses the scale of self-control and scale of cyberloafing. The results showed that there was a very significant negative relationship between self-control and Cyberloafing behavior. Self-control variables contribute 77.2 percent of Cyberloafing behavior which shows that selfcontrol is an important factor that must be minimized to reduce Cyberloafing behavior in the workplace.

Nurses with high employee engagement are expected to be able to provide excellent services to patients so that they can increase public trust in hospitals as health care. When demonstrating low sense of engagement with their job in a hospital, nurses tend to be less friendly towards patients, causing complaints from patients. One effort to increase employee engagement is by providing work meaningfulness training. To this end, the purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of work meaningfulness training to improve employee engagement among nurses in hospitals. Participants were 16 nurses who were randomly assigned to either an experimental group or control group. The research design in this study was pretest-posttest control group design. The result showed a significant effect of work meaningfulness training on the level of employee engagement.

Subjective Well-Being has become the primary goal of individuals to improve their quality of life... more Subjective Well-Being has become the primary goal of individuals to improve their quality of life. In particular, it also mainly applies to female teachers serving as both mother and teacher. This research aims to understand the influence of gratitude, optimism, and work-family balance on female teachers' subjective well-being in Yogyakarta. The study involved 83 female teachers as subjects. The data was chosen through purposive sampling technique and collected using the quantitative method. To obtain the data, the researchers employed subjective well-being scales, gratitude scales, optimism scales, and work-family balance scales. The data were analyzed using multiple regression through the SPSS computer program. The regression analysis resulted in (R) of 0.787 with p=0.001 (p<0.01). It shows that there are highly significant positive relationships among the variables of gratitude, optimism, and work-family balance and female teachers' subjective well-being in Yogyakarta. The variables of gratitude, optimism, and workfamily balance reached the correlation of t 2.932 with p=0.004 (p<0.05); t 4.721 with p = 0.001 (p<0.01), and t 05.042 with p = 0.001 (p<0.01), respectively. The values show that the relation between the three variables and subjective well-being is significantly positive.

There were 122 nurses of a private hospital in Yogyakarta joint in this study. The data was collected through the Organizational Support Scale, Work-life Balance Scale, Happiness Scale, and Work Engagement Scale. Data analysis techniques with the SEM method with AMOS version 22.0. The results reveal that happiness is able to mediate the effect of organizational support and work-life balance on work engagement. This willingness is known as organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) that may influenced by supportive leadership style, intrinsic job satisfaction and perceptions of organizational culture. This study aimed to explore the effect of supportive leadership style, perceptions of organizational culture and intrinsic job satisfaction on OCB. Subjects involved in this study were 68 paramedics of a private hospital in Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data were collected using three scales, and then analyzed with multiple regression. Results show that supportive leadership style, perception of organizational culture and intrinsic job satisfaction significantly predict OCB among paramedics. Perception of organizational culture have the biggest contribution in predicting OCB, followed by intrinsic job satisfaction and supportive leadership style. Improving supportive leadership styles, perceptions of organizational culture and intrinsic job satisfaction will increase the OCB of the employees.
