Desa Pulau Legundi merupakan desa yang terletak di sebuah kepulau yang sangat berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai desa wisata, dimana kondisi alamnya yang berupa pantai, pulau dan laut sangat cocok sekali di bentuk sebagai desa wisata bahari. Namun saat ini potensi alam yang ada belum tergali dan belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal untuk menjadi obyek wisata lebih lanjut dapat dibentuk desa wisata. Khalayak Sasaran pengabdian ini sebanyak 30 orang terdiri dari tokoh masyarakat, karang taruna dan petugas pemerintahan desa. Dari meningkatnya jumlah kendaraan setiap tahunnya menyebabkan kebutuhan oli pelumas bertambah da... more Dari meningkatnya jumlah kendaraan setiap tahunnya menyebabkan kebutuhan oli pelumas bertambah dan hal itu juga menyebabkan limbah oli bekas kian meningkat dengan pesat, peningkatan yang tidak terkendali dan penanganan yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan yang sangat berbahaya bagi kehidupan tidak terkecuali pada manusia, maka dari itu oli bekas ini masuk dalam kategori limbah B3 , maka timbul pemikiran bagaimana cara merancang alat untuk mendaur ulang limbah oli bekas ini menjadi oli murni. Secara umum hasil analisa dan perancangan yang telah dilakukan maka dapat dilakukan pemilihan pemilihan komponen utama seperti material yang digunakan , perencanaan tabung reaktor menggunakan baja ST-37 dengan ketebalan 10 mm tinggi 320 mm dan diameter pipa 320 mm , pipa penyalur menggunakan pipa SNC-22 dengn memiliki panjang 100 cm . dan pipa yang digunakan untuk kondesor juga menggunakan pipa jenis SNC-22. Dengan proses pemanasan oli bekas yang tepat alat ini mampu mengeluarkan oli yang jenih.

The emergence of local television has become an interesting phenomenon to be studied, especially ... more The emergence of local television has become an interesting phenomenon to be studied, especially when it comes to the regulatory aspect of Broadcasting Act no. 32 of 2002 (UUP 32/2002). Although the development of television in Lampung is still very new. The reality, now there is five local private television that operates in Lampung namely L TV, Siger TV Tegar TV, Radar TV and Krakatau TV. Local private television that is used as research object is Siger TV. Siger TV became the object of this research because Siger TV was willing to be the object of research. The method of this research is qualitative research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words of people and observed behavior. Qualitative descriptive communication research is a substantive category of meanings, or more precisely the interpretation of the observed phenomenon, which can not generally be measured in numbers. The focus of this research is whether the implementation of Siger TV broadcasting is appropriate according to Chapter IV of UUP 32/2002. From the results of this study can be concluded that the implementation of the broadcast Siger TV largely in accordance with pursuant to Chapter IV UUP 32/2002. Implementation of Siger TV broadcasts such as Siger TV broadcast content is in accordance with the principle, purpose, function, and direction of the broadcast as referred to in UUP 32/2002. The content of Siran TV also contains information such as hard news and soft news events. Siger TV provides education to the community through a program of dialogue events. Then Siger TV provides entertainment also through music events. The main introductory language in the program of the event used by Siger TV is Indonesian. Kremboong, sebagai salah satu industri atau perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi gula, Dalam proses yang terdapat pada stasiun gilingan memerlukan alatalat yang mampu bekerja dalam kapasitas pengolahan tebu yang besar sehingga mesin-mesin tersebut mengeluarkan suara sangat bising yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja. Berdasarkan survei awal intensitas rata-rata kebisingan di stasiun gilingan pada PG. Kremboong PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero) yaitu 89,6 dB. Hal ini menunjukan bahwah kondisi tersebut melebihi nilai ambang batas aman dimana nilai ambang batas aman kebisingan pada tempat kerja adalah 85 dB (Kepmenaker). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebisingan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada proses produksi di PG. Kremboong PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskripsi kuantitatif menggunakan metode observasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh dari lapangan (observasi) dan data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari perusahaan. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah alat ukur untuk mengetahui tingkat kebisingan yaitu Sound Level Meter (SLM). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji korelasi. Dalam analisis data dilakukan perhitungan dengan bantuan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi product moment pearson dimana mendapatkan hasil r xy dari kebisingan shift pagi dan produktifitas shift pagi sebesar 0,961, Sedangkan kebisingan shift siang dan produktifitas shift siang sebesar 0,877 harga ini lebih besar dari r tab 5% = 0,632 (n = 10, α = 5%). Nilai t xy dari kebisingan shift pagi dan produktifitas shift pagi 9,763, sedangkan pada kebisingan shift siang dan produktifitas shift siang 5,045 harga ini lebih besar dari t tab 1,860 (n = 10, α = 5%, dk = n-2) sehingga dapat disimpulkan r xy > r tab dan t xy > t tab sehingga terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara shift siang dengan produktivitas shift siang. Dan koefisien r xy terdapat pada range 0,80-1,000 hal ini menunjukkan kebisingan dengan produktivitas memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat. Sedangkan pada analisis uji beda (uji F) kebisingan shift pagi dan shift siang mendapatkan hasil nilai F hitung sebesar 4,787 sedangkan nilai F tab sebesar 4,41 (N = 20, dk pembilang = m-1, dk penyebut = N-m, α = 5%). Dari perhitungan tersebut maka dapat disimpulan bahwa F hitung > F tab hal ini menunjukkan "Terdapat Perbedaan Antara Kebisingan Shift Pagi Dengan Kebisingan Shift Siang di PG.Kremboong PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero)" diterima.dan produktivitas shift pagi dan shift siang mendapatkan hasil nilai F hitung sebesar 2,785 sedangkan nilai F tab sebesar 4,41 dan (N = 20, dk pembilang = m-1, dk penyebut = N-m, α = 5%). Dari perhitungan tersebut maka dapat disimpulan bahwa F hitung < F tab , hal ini menunjukkan "Terdapat Perbedaan Antara Produktivitas Shift Pagi Dengan Produktivitas Shift Siang di PG.Kremboong PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero)" ditolak.

The existence of the internet as a new media has penetrated every layer of society, including in terms of news and information search. Now the internet is no longer only can be enjoyed by certain circles only but also can be enjoyed by all circles. Whether it is the middle or upper class with various social economic classes and level of education. As a source of broadcasting information, radio also serves as the main source of information to convey information to the community. In addition to entertainment or music, news events or information are the types of programs favored by the public. If radio stations broadcast interesting and liked information by listeners, this can be used as a tool to increase the number of selling points for the radio station concerned. Based on this, this research aims to see the efforts to optimize the role of radio broadcasters in finding information via the Internet in D'Radio Lampung. This study uses a descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations to radio broadcasters in D'Radio Lampung. The results show that there are various obstacles in connection with the search for information through the internet. In this case, when an interim Village Head Election is held, the dismissed village head's remaining term of office is more than one year. Pekon Kampung Baru, Kota Agung Timur Subdistrict, Tanggamus Regency, held an interim election due to the death of the Village Head with a remaining term of 5 years and 8 months; in support of the Village Head inter-time substitution process so that it runs smoothly. As a Village Consultative Body, it plays an important role in the Inter-time alternation process. The purpose was to find out how the role of the Village Consultative Body plays an important role in the interim shift process using qualitative research methods, data collection techniques through observation, and interviews and documentation. Based on the findings, it was concluded that: (1) the Village Consultative Body's role in the Interim Election of Village Heads in Kampung Baru Village was not fully maximized, due to the Village Consultative Body members' partiality with the Village Head Candidates, resulting in miscommunication between members of the Village Consultative Body and others, as well as the village government. (2). The implementation of the interim election for the Village Head of Kampung Baru only involves elements of the government, namely 5 Hamlet Heads, 1 youth leader, namely the Karang Taruna leader, 1 religious leader, and 9 Village Consultative Bodies.

The notary is a public official who is authorized to make authentic deeds, in which the obligatio... more The notary is a public official who is authorized to make authentic deeds, in which the obligation of a notary in carrying out his position must act honestly, reliably, independently, impartially, thoroughly, and safeguard the interests of the parties involved in legal actions. This is known as the precautionary principle for a notary in carrying out his position as a public official. The purpose of this writing is to examine the legal implications of counterfeiting and the responsibility of a notary to the binding sale and purchase agreement he made. The research method used in this paper is normative juridical with a statutory and case study approach. The results and findings obtained after conducting research and analysis of the problems in this paper, namely the legal impact due to the negligence of a notary in making a binding sale and purchase agreement because to forgery, so that the legal consequences of these PPJB are void, this is because it is not in accordance with the legal requirements of an agreement as stated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code, namely those relating to lawful causes. This happens because the notary in carrying out his authority does not carry out his obligations related to the principle of precautionary, therefore the notary must be responsible for his actions that have been carried out in accordance with the law and code of ethics. So it can be concluded that the deed made by the notary is null and void and is not an authentic deed but a private deed.

Pembangunan sering dianggap sebagai suatu cara penyelesaian terhadap berbagai masalah yang muncul... more Pembangunan sering dianggap sebagai suatu cara penyelesaian terhadap berbagai masalah yang muncul dalam masyarakat, khususnya pada negara-negara yang sedang berkembang. Dewasa ini, peran komunikasi dirasakan sangat penting terutama dalam pembangunan. Sehingga dalam penyelenggaraan pembangunan itu sendiri diperlukan suatu sistem komunikasi agar terjalin komunikasi efektif dan memiliki makna yang mampu mengarahkan pencapaian tujuan pembangunan. Komunikasi merupakan proses pemindahan pengertian dalam bentuk gagasan atau informasi dari seseorang ke orang lain. Komunikasi merupakan kegiatan yang paling sering dilakukan di organisasi yaitu 75%-95% dari seluruh kegiatan organisasi. Dari kegiatan tersebut dapat dirinci 5% untuk menulis, 10% baca, 35% bicara dan 50% mendengar. Adapun komunikasi tersebut dilakukan dalam kerangka: 44% untuk komunikasi rutin, 26% untuk pengembangan SDM antara lain untuk penilaian karyawan, konseling karyawan, training, seleksi, promosi karyawan, dll., 19% untuk traditional management seperti pengawasan, memberi instruksi, melapor, dll., dan 11% untuk networking antara lain untuk berkoordinasi Pendidikan dan pembelajaran adalah kunci penting dalam bergabung dengan era Informasi. Peningkatan komunikasi akan meningkatkan kapasitas pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Pengembangan SDM di teknologi informasi dan komunikasi penting bagi kemampuan masyarakat suatu bangsa untuk mendorong kemampuan daya saing global dan menjadisalah satu faktor kemajuan suatu bangsa dalam percaturan internasional.

The recurrence rate of shoulder dislocation is high with most of them were anterior dislocations. Bristow-Latarjet (BL) procedure had been reported to provide good outcomes in restoring the joint's stability. The aim of this report is to describe a case of recurrent anterior shoulder dislocation treated with an open BL procedure. Case description: A 36-year-old patient came to our center with complaints of left shoulder pain after falling from a bicycle. Anterior apprehension and sulcus sign was positive on the physical examination and MRI showed anteroinferior labral detachment suggesting a Bankart lesion. Today, the role of communication is considered very important, especially in development. Communication and development are two interdependent things. The method used in this study uses the method or approach of the literature (library research). Studying literature or the library can be interpreted as a series of activities related to the method of collecting data from the library, reading, recording and processing research documents (Zed, 2003). The result of communication about development is a strategy that emphasizes the need to socialize development with development actors in the form of spreading a message by a person or group to the public to change their attitudes, opinions and behaviors to increase external progress and internal satisfaction in order to achieve development goals whose benefits can be perceived by all equally. From this we can conclude that communication for development adheres to the principles of modernization of development, by positioning the government no higher than people who only form models of communication from top to bottom in society.
