This study aimed to analyze and test the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational climate on nursing service quality through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the Sawerigading Palopo Public Hospital. Therefore, field survey with questionnaires was applied to collect data. It took samples of 135 nurses working in the Sawerigading Palopo Public Hospital. As the result, OCB did not mediate the effect of job satisfaction on nursing service quality. However, OCB mediated the effect of organizational commitment on nursing service quality. Moreover, OCB mediated the impact of organizational climate on nursing service quality in the Sawerigading Palopo Public Hospital.

Pengetahuan tentang kebersihan organ reproduksi harus disosialisakan kepada wanita usia subur. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan wanita usia subur tentang personal hygiene kesehatan reproduksi adalah pendidikan kesehatan. Culture becomes an inseparable part of the formation of a person's health behavior. One of them i... more Culture becomes an inseparable part of the formation of a person's health behavior. One of them is participation in family planning programs. Currently, the participation of men in family planning programs is still lacking. This study aims to determine the determinants of men participating in family planning programs based on the theory of transcultural nursing. The research method is descriptive quantitative with cross sectional design. The number of respondents as many as 178 people obtained by purposive sampling. The instrument in this study was a questionnaire which was adapted from the Transcultural Nursing theory assessment format and had been tested for validity and reliability before. The results of the research on technological factors have a strong relationship (p = 0.000), religious and philosophical factors have a weak relationship (p = 0.002), social factors and family attachments have a strong relationship (p = 0.001), cultural values, beliefs and lifestyle factors have a weak relationship (p = 0.001), political and legal factors have a strong relationship (p = 0.000), economic factors have a strong relationship. weak (p = 0.000), the education factor has a strong relationship (p = 0.000). The most influential factors on men's participation in family planning programs are social factors and family attachments followed by educational factors. The government and family planning field officers are expected to be more active in intensifying the promotion of family planning for both women and men directly and through print, electronic and social media.

Efforts to prevent pressure sores should be carried out early since the patient has been identified as being at risk of developing pressure sores. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge of family members of patients who experience immobilization in preventing pressure sores. This community service activity was carried out at the Benyamin Guluh Kolaka Hospital Neurology Polyclinic. The service method is carried out through education, discussion and question and answer. The results of this dedication were obtained by the enthusiasm of the patient's family and the patient's family who actively asked questions so that they were committed to caring for family members who were immobilized to prevent pressure sores on the patient's body. They said that their knowledge had increased after being given education by the service team.

Toddler age is a golden period in the cycle of human growth and development. At this time there i... more Toddler age is a golden period in the cycle of human growth and development. At this time there is a rapid development of the brain and intelligence of children. The role of parents in stimulating growth and development of children in this period is very important to prevent developmental delays. This study aims to analyze the relationship between family income, maternal education and the number of siblings with the growth and development of children under five. The research was conducted at the Posyandu in the working area of the Wundulako Health Center in March 2021. The sample in this study amounted to 207 mothers of children under five who visited the posyandu at the time of the study. The data was collected primarily by using a questionnaire and then analyzed by univariate and bivariate. The results showed a significant relationship between family income and toddler growth and development (p = 0.014). Maternal education did not have a significant relationship with growth and development (p = 0.173) and the number of siblings also did not have a significant relationship with child development (p = 0.299). The results of this research are expected to provide input to the health center regarding the growth and development of children under five in their working area. It is better if cadres actively screen the growth and development of children under five every month so that the growth and development of toddlers do not experience delays.

Pada dasarnya anak terlindungi oleh adanya undang-undang tentang perlindungan anak, akan tetapi kelompok ini tetap saja rentan mengalami pelecehan seksual. Hal yang miris bahwa pelaku tindak kkekerasan seksual tersebut tidak lain adalah orang terdekat si anak. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi seksual pada anak sehingga anak memiliki pemahaman dan mampu untuk menjaga dirinya dari tindak kekerasan seksual. Pendidikan kesehatan dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan slide powerpoint, dilengkapi dengan video dan lagu tentang sentuhan boleh dan sentuhan tidak boleh. Objectives: To described the role of health workers in all puskesmas in Kolaka Regency in an effort to prevent stunting.Methods: The design of this study was a descriptive survey by providing closed and open question questionnaires. The population was all health workers serving under-five nutrition spread across 14 health centers in Kolaka Regency. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling so that the number of samples was 30. Results: This study showed that 66.7% of health workers had not attended training, 60% were planning to innovate, but only 33.3% are innovating, and 93.3% are cooperating. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan edukasi kepada remaja terkait dampak rokok terhadap kesehatan. Edukasi dilaksanakan di sekolah setingkat SMP san SMA di Kabupaten kolaka yang diikuti oleh 122 siswa. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November sampai Desember 2020 yang dibagi dalam 5 kali kegiatan. Para siswa secara antusias mengikuti semua rangkaian kegiatan edukasi dengan baik dan pada sesi diskusi terdapat 4 orang siswa yang mengajukan pertanyaan terkait dengan materi yang disampaikan. One indicator to assess the quality of health services is to measure the level of satisfaction of patients who are recipients of health services. This research aims to analyze the effect of the quality of nursing services with patient satisfaction at BLUD Benyamin Guluh Kolaka Hospital. The research method used was an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population and sample were 75 patients in the internal and surgical rooms which were obtained by the accidental sampling method. The results result showed that significantly the high quality of nursing services can affect patient satisfaction (p=0.000 < p=0.05). The conclusion of this study is that the higher the quality of nursing services, the more positive impact on satisfaction felt by patients otherwise.

Jumlah balita stunting di Kabupaten Kolaka tahun 2019 adalah 113 orang serta daerah lokus target penurunan stunting tahun 2018-2019. Jumlah tertinggi kedua balita stunting berada di Kecamatan Polinggona yaitu sebanyak 18 orang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan tentang stunting untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pasangan usia subur, ibu hamil, dan ibu balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Polinggona. Advanced age is a natural process of the growth. Blood pressure is the necessary power so that blood can flow in the blood vessels and circulation reached all the tissues of the human body. Hypertension or high blood pressure is an abnormal increase in blood pressure in the arteries continuously over a period. Kematian ibu bersalin masih ditemukan terjadi di Kabupaten Kolaka. Tujuan : Mengetahui determinan antara terhadap kematian ibu bersalin di Kabupaten Kolaka tahun 2018. Metode : Penelitian kualitatif ini dilakukan dengan desain fenomenologi. Jumlah informan sebanyak tujuh orang yang merupakan keluarga terdekat yang mendampingi ibu dalam persalinan dan mengetahui permasalahan dengan jelas. Pada pengumpulan data digunakan pendekatan waktu retrospektif. Data dianalisis dengan metode analisis isi. Hasil : Determinan status reproduksi ditemukan; ibu yang terlalu cepat hamil (usia 13 tahun dan 15 tahun), jarak kehamilan terlalu dekat serta ibu primigravida.
